Thuban's Verdict
On hit with Fatal Stigma, boosts Off-Hand Weapon Activation Chance by 25% for the duration of the mark, and accumulates damage dealt to the marked target up to 50000%. When the mark ends, it explodes to deal additional damage equal to 15% of the accumulated damage.
