Why do I need to upgrade if I only have one guild?

While guild count is one factor, our pricing is primarily based on the features and tools you need. As your guild grows beyond 25 members or requires advanced features like automated DKP tracking, custom Discord commands, or detailed analytics, upgrading gives you access to tools that save hours of manual work each week.

What's the difference between Basic and Advanced Analytics?

Basic Analytics (Core tier) includes dashboard stats, member growth tracking, activity participation rates, and quest completion metrics. Advanced Analytics (Elite+) adds detailed reports, member engagement trends, activity heatmaps, performance tracking over time, and the ability to export data for external analysis.

Can I add more guilds if I need them?

Yes! Each tier includes a reasonable number of guilds for most communities. If you need more, Mythic customers can add additional guilds for $10/guild per month. This keeps costs predictable while allowing flexibility for larger communities.

What happens if we go over our member limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit (at 80% and 95%). You can upgrade anytime to accommodate growth. We never remove members or disable features without warning - you'll have a 7-day grace period to upgrade after hitting your limit.
