Lightning Spear
Ice Spear changes to a Lightning skill. No longer decreases Movement Speed. Attacking a target that the user has Burned deals additional damage equal to 40% of the remaining Burning Damage. If the target is Frosted or Wet, Damage is transferred once to other enemies within 5m.
An item that contains a skill's ability. When imprinted on a Heroic weapon, the ability inside the Skill Core can be used.
