Changes Icebound Tomb to Icebound Spike. Deals Icebound damage equal to 760% of Base Damage + 84 and applies Frost. Creates an ice spike in a straight line forward, applying Weaken: Icebound Spike that increases damage taken by 10% for 5s. Hits up to 30m based on charging time.
