On hit with the Death Blow skill, creates a 3m-wide Poison Cloud that ignores Block Chance around the target for 4s. Enemies within the cloud take damage over time equal to 132% of Base Damage every 0.5s, and Magic, Melee, and Ranged Evasion are reduced by 300. Increases damage by 100% against monsters. In PvP, deals Defense-ignoring damage equal to 2% of the target's max Health per sec.
