Some nights you just need a few named parties, like the galley, the cannons and the carracks, and you don't care who plays what. A party plan built that way used to vanish from your event's plan list, because none of its parties had seats yet. Now a plan with no seats planned builds open parties: each gets a full party of seats, and anyone can take one. The plan editor tells you so under each party. Plans that do plan seats work exactly as before, so an empty party there is still yours to fill by hand.

Seats that ask for no role, including every seat in a party you add straight to an event, now take any class. Members picking their own party no longer see "No seat for your role" on a party that never asked for one.

Field boss timers used to need a witness. Somebody had to land the killing blow, save the fight and share it, or the boss sat there as "no kill seen" while you guessed. Now the game tells us itself. Open your in-game map with the Companion running and it reads when every field boss on it is back, then shares that with everyone on your server. Those times are exact, so the Field tab says "back in" and "up" without the hedging. Times counted from a kill still say "around". Only your server, the boss and its time leave your PC, and turning off Share field boss kills stops it.

Clearing trash on the way to a boss no longer wipes the numbers you came for. Set Show fights to Bosses only in the damage meter's settings and mobs stop replacing the meter or padding your Total. Your last boss fight stays up until the next one, and training dummies still show for your parses.

Alerts go where you want them. Press Move next to Move alerts in the app's In-game overlay settings and drag the sample card anywhere over the game, clear of your hotbars and quest tracker. Real alerts drag the same way, and picking a corner puts them back.

One for leaders: if your roles were on your main and you'd joined the guild with an alt later, Guild Manager could quietly act as the alt and hide Create activity. It now acts as the character the guild shows, so the button is back.

Some nights the question isn't "are you coming?" but "where are you going?" Now your members can answer both at once. Turn on Members choose their party and the signup card lists your parties, how many seats each has left, and which ones are already full. Members pick one, press Signed up, and take a seat. The same choice is in the Discord signup panel, so nobody has to leave the server to claim a spot on the cannons.

Set it once on a party plan and every event built from that plan opens with it on, recurring nights included. Each event's Parties tab has the same switch, so you can lock the parties when you're ready to finalize. Members who sign up without picking wait on your board instead of landing in the first party with room, and you can still move anyone you like.

Seats that ask for a role stay picky, too: if a party has no seat for your role, it says so instead of seating you somewhere you don't fit.

No more hunting for a hidden switch before the officer copilot will talk to you. AI is now on for every guild, so any officer can open the copilot and start asking. A paid Core plan includes $3 of AI use each month, and your community can add a top-up whenever it wants more. Trials and plans granted by hand don't come with the monthly AI credit.

Your gold stays where you left it. Credits never top up or charge on their own, and AI stops the moment they run out. Before each question starts, the copilot sets aside enough to cover it, so even a whole officer team asking at once can't go past what your community has. When you're out, the copilot tells you up front instead of after you've typed your question, and AI settings show what's left at a glance.

The officer briefing on your dashboard also stopped waiting for an invite: switch it on and it's there.

If you added your own priority tier next to the built-in ones, it could quietly outrank all of them. A lower roll on your second tier beat a higher roll on your first, even though your list said otherwise. Rolls and bids now rank in exactly the order shown in your priority list, and we've fixed the order for every guild, so open rolls and auctions follow your list too.

Deleting a tier that people already used no longer leaves you stuck with it. Hit delete and it's gone from the list, the web and Discord. Past rolls and bids keep showing its name, and any that are still open rank below every tier you kept. That skull emoji can finally retire.

Ask the officer copilot something big, wander off to check the roster, and come back to a reply that waited for you. Replies now keep going when you close the panel, switch conversations or reload the page, so there's no need to stare at the spinner like it owes you gold. A conversation that's still working shows a spinner in your list, and a dot marks a reply you haven't seen yet.

You can see the legwork too. Each reply lists what the copilot looked up, like the activities it searched, the members it compared and anything it couldn't read, with how long each one took. Changed your mind halfway? Hit Stop and keep what's written so far. If a reply doesn't make it, the copilot tells you why, whether your guild is short on AI credits or your access changed, and Try again reruns the same question.

A few more comforts while we were in there. Your conversations no longer go blank when someone changes role or metric visibility. Attendance cards stay as they were when the answer was written, so they always match the text above them. Each conversation keeps its unsent question until you come back, every answer has a copy button, and you can type your next question while a reply is still running.

Nobody likes finding an expired LFG card still sitting in the channel weeks later. Groups that expire from now on clean up their card and thread on their own, and keep trying if Discord says no the first time. Groups you finish or cancel yourself keep their card and archived thread, chat history included.

Community roles got a firmer hand too. You can only give out permissions you hold yourself, and only the owner and existing Admins can hand out Admin. If a Discord role used to grant Admin or owner through a link, you'll need to assign those people directly. If your default role has grown extra permissions, new members still get in, just without that role until you pick a safe default.

Screenshots for check-ins, quests, donations and the bank now count once the file has actually arrived. Pick an image and close the tab halfway, and nothing gets recorded by mistake. Sideways phone photos stay the right way up, too.

Announcement DMs no longer get stuck on Sending forever if a run gets interrupted. Anyone we definitely didn't reach can be retried with Send again. If we can't tell whether a DM landed, we say so and skip that person rather than risk sending it twice.

One sign-in change: Blizzard can't start a new account anymore. If you use it, sign in another way first and link Blizzard from your account. Already linked? You don't need to do a thing.

The Rewards tab in Analytics is back. It had started showing an error the moment your points loaded, and Try again just hit the same wall. Your standings, economy flow and movers open normally again.

Your application said screenshots were optional, but creating a character still asked for them. You can now create your character or guild first and add gear screenshots later.

Guild leaders can turn on Require gear screenshots to join in guild settings. Application forms use that guild default, with Required and Optional overrides when a particular form needs a different rule. Existing gear screenshots count, so you don't need to upload them again.

Joining through a Discord activity follows the same guild default. If screenshots are needed, you can finish on the website and return to the same signup. Adding screenshots there keeps the ones you already saved.

Clicking your first guild event used to send you off to fill in a whole character before you could say you were coming. Plenty of people took one look at the form and went back to fishing.

Now you can sign up right where the event is posted. Confirm your name, pick your class and spec, and you're on the roster. If your game has more classes than a Discord menu can hold, you pick a weapon, an archetype or a race first, then your class from a much shorter list. Everything else can wait until you actually need it.

Plans change, so after you sign up you get a private panel that only you can see. Swap your spec for the night, leave a note for your raid leader, or bring a different character.

Leaders, this one's for you too. In your Discord settings you can now choose Let anyone in your server join, so a new face can join your guild just by clicking an event.

Bringing an Albion build to a slotted event? If you haven't set a favorite, we now show you the guild's builds to pick from instead of a stern message and a closed door.

Make a leadership role your guild's default, and every new recruit walked in with it. Worse, once the Member role lost its default spot, there was no button to give it back.

Now any role that can run the guild, like your Leader role or one with role or guild settings access, stays out of default roles. Recruits get your ordinary defaults and nothing more. The role still works everywhere else, so you can assign it to people by hand, pick it in an application template or link it to Discord.

Moved your default somewhere else? Open the Member role's menu in your role list and choose Set as default to bring it back.

Hunting pets in AION 2 used to mean looking up what drops what, then hoping you were standing in the right field. Plenty of souls walked straight past you while you were busy with something else.

Now the Pets tab keeps watch. When a monster that drops souls for a pet you still need comes into view, that pet jumps to the top of your list with the monster's name under it. Pets you don't own yet are marked New pet and come first, and the To Lv 3 count sits right beside them as usual.

Pets you've already taken to level 3 stay out of the way. Monsters only show up once they come into range while capture is running, so a good stroll helps. Sensible shoes not included.

While we were out walking, we fixed the Buffs & cooldowns settings too. Picking which skills go on your cooldown bar used to mean casting each one first and hoping it turned up under Seen this session, which after a fight was often just your buffs. Now the Cooldowns section lists every cooldown skill your class has as soon as you're in the world, each with its own switch, so you can set up your bar before the first pull.

Testing a new rotation on the training dummy used to mean watching the clock and stopping by hand, so every attempt came out a different length and comparing them was mostly guesswork.

Now the Companion keeps time for you. Open the damage meter's settings, find Timed dummy parse under Fights, and pick 1, 2 or 3 minutes. Your first hit on a dummy starts the clock, and the meter counts down right on its combat line.

When time's up the meter shows Parse done and your result goes to Fight history, even if you only save boss fights. Hits are ignored for 8 seconds after that, so your last few swings don't start the next attempt. Then hit the dummy again and you're off.

It works in a party too. The scarecrow was not consulted.

Hidden Cubes don't show up on your map, and you could stand right next to one without ever hearing its chime. Now the Companion overlay taps you on the shoulder.

When a cube is within about 100 metres, a card pops up saying whether it just appeared or has been sitting there for a while. If someone gets to it first, the card changes to Hidden Cube taken, so you can stop running. Turn it off or pick a sound under Timers in the overlay settings.

Today in the overlay also lets you pick what it tracks, just like the app. Global doesn't have everything on the list yet, so click the count at the top right and switch off the caps you can't use. They stay hidden in the app and on the web too.

Your party was there all along

Invited a few friends instead of using the finder, and the damage meter acted like you were soloing the dungeon? Sorry about that. Anyone with a guild was slipping past it. Now everyone in your party gets a row, full group or not, and someone still off in another zone waits with an empty row until they turn up.

The Party total stops going missing too. One player the meter couldn't see used to blank the whole figure. Now it adds up everyone it can see, and tells you when some damage may be missing.

And Total no longer starts over when you die and respawn or walk through a boss door. Your run's number makes it to the end, even if you don't.

Five alts, a dozen counters each, and somehow Nightmare always sits at 14/14 on the one you forgot. The new Today board keeps that list for you.

Play with the desktop app open and it reads your characters straight from the game: Nightmare, Transcendence, Conquest, Ascension Trial, the Sanctuary raids, daily dungeons, Shugo Festival and Dimensional Invasion keys, Odyle Energy, Abyss time, your Kinah and Abyss Points caps, the Daeva Pass, duty missions and the weekly Odyle purchase. No ticking boxes by hand.

The board puts first what's going to waste, counters at their cap that keep refilling, then what's left before reset, soonest reset first. Keys and dungeons your whole server shares get their own row. Below that, each character has a card, and counters read before a reset show as estimates until you log in again.

You'll find it on the Today tab of the desktop app, on the Today screen of the in-game overlay for the character you're playing, and at Today in the web sidebar while your active character is in AION 2. Don't care about a counter? Hide it from Customize and it's gone everywhere.

Arena, Battlefield, supply missions and event coins aren't on the board yet.

Want your server to show "Horde: 65" and "Alliance: 45" right in the channel list? That used to mean inviting another bot and living within its free limit. Now Guild Manager does it.

Open Settings → Counter Channels and choose New counter. Pick what to count (everyone in your server, who's online right now, or members with a role) and write the name with {count} where the number goes, like Horde: {count}. Point it at a voice channel you already have, or let Guild Manager create one. A new channel can sit under a category, and members can see it but can't join it.

The bot updates each name every 10 minutes and only renames a channel when the number actually changes. If a counter can't update, say the channel was deleted or the bot is missing the Manage Channels permission, the counter tells you why. Fix it and press Check now. You can pause a counter at any time, and removing one leaves the channel where it is.

Counter channels are part of Core, with up to 50 per guild.

Every Wednesday after reset, Guild Manager posts your Aion 2 legion's week to Discord. That post used to bury your rank on its own row and squeeze every change into brackets. Now your rank and how far you moved open the report, each figure shows its change in small text underneath, and the biggest gainers are numbered from first to third.

If you hold more than one legion, the report reads as one post instead of a stack of repeated footers.

The switch has moved to Discord settings → Game-Specific, next to event alerts. It now tells you which legion the next report covers and which channel it goes to. If nothing will post, it says why: the bot is offline, no General Announcements channel is set, or your guild isn't shown as a legion yet. Your guild overview also points leaders to the setting once your guild is shown as a legion.

Asking "which night works for raid?" used to mean a pile of emoji reactions from anyone who could see the channel, including the alt from three guilds ago. Now, when you write an announcement for a Discord channel, you can turn on Add a poll, type a question and up to 10 answers, and choose how long voting stays open.

The poll shows up under your announcement with a button for each answer and live results. Members click to vote, click again to take it back, and get a quick private note confirming their pick. Only members of your guild or community can vote. Anyone else gets a polite "members only" reply, and nothing they click changes the count.

Want to let people choose several answers, like which bosses to farm this week? Turn on Let people pick more than one. You can follow the results as they come in from the announcement's page in Guild Manager.

Ariel has arrived in Aion 2 Global, and your Daevanion plans can now keep up. You can select its board in the planner and character builder, allocate its nodes, and save or share the result.

Your Armory can show Ariel's full board alongside your unlocked nodes, and you can follow the plan in the desktop guide.

Checking who's keeping up used to mean opening profile after profile. Aion 2 guilds now have a Roster review tab in Analytics that puts your whole roster on one page for the last 2, 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

A chart plots each member's attendance against how much their Combat Power grew compared with the guild's median. The table below lists attendance, no replies, no shows, item level and Combat Power with their change, and a status for everyone: On track, Needs help after a rough week or when gear is falling behind the guild, or At risk after several weeks in a row under your attendance target. Hover a status to see why, or open a member to see their power chart and attendance week by week.

Members who joined partway through are marked New and measured from the day they arrived, and characters without Armory data are judged on attendance alone. You choose the growth bar and how many weeks below target count as at risk in your attendance settings, and you can export the whole review to CSV.

Role names can now use accented letters, including æ, ø and å. You can keep names such as Trollrådet when creating or renaming guild and community roles.

Your guild quests can come along for the adventure. Open Quests in Companion or its overlay to check your progress, submit a completion with screenshot evidence, or contribute to a shared goal without switching to your browser. Your guild's approval rules still apply, and you can check pending and approved submissions in your quest history.

Class role sync now counts all your active characters in the guild. If your main is a Templar and your alts play four other classes, your Discord account can receive all five mapped class roles. Playing the same class on two characters still grants just one role, and each sync keeps any role another active character still needs.

Step onto an Abyss, arena or battlefield map and your DPS meter turns into a PvP meter, same look and all. Flip between Dealt, Taken and Healing to see who's carrying your party, which other players dealt the most to it, and who's keeping everyone standing. Each player shows the last HP the meter saw, and the clock runs for your whole session instead of a single scrap.

Your party's board starts fresh when the party changes, but your own session keeps counting until you leave the map. Hit the meter's history button to open PvP sessions: every player in the current session, which side held each Abyss artifact when last seen, and your past sessions, all in the same window as your fight breakdowns.

Sessions stay on your PC until you share one with your verified character's guild. Your guild sees shared sessions on your member page, and you can stop sharing whenever you like.

Kills and assists aren't captured yet, and amounts can include healing or shields, so treat these as a record of what the meter saw rather than a K/D/A scoreboard.

One of your loot winners changed their mind? You can now choose exactly whose win to pass along, even when a roll has several winners. The next eligible participant receives that win, and your other winners keep theirs.

The pass dialog shows each winner's name and roll so you can check your choice before confirming.

If your recurring archbosses or raids gradually disappeared from the calendar, your schedule hadn't ended. Future events had stopped being added.

Recurring activities now keep scheduling when a linked party plan is archived or deleted. Your guild's audit log flags the unavailable plan, and any saved round structure stays in place with empty member slots. Restore an archived plan and later events use it again.

Existing series that fell behind resume adding upcoming events automatically. A problem with another guild's schedule can no longer stop yours.

The AION 2 meter in the desktop app learned to rewind. Ever wondered exactly when that pull went sideways? Now you can watch it happen again.

Replay a fight. Open a saved fight, go to Timeline and press Replay. The party bars, DPS, stats, buffs and deaths play back second by second, from 1× to 16×. Drag to any moment, pause with Space, or step with the arrow keys. Skills and healing stay whole-fight and say so, so nothing on screen pretends to know more than it does.

Your real share of a world boss. On open-world field bosses, the game doesn't tell the meter about every stranger's hits, so your party used to split 100% among themselves while a whole crowd chipped away. Now everyone outside your party shows as one Others row, worked out from the HP the boss actually lost. Your share is finally your share of the boss. Others lives only on the live meter and is never saved or uploaded.

Gear score for the whole party. Every member's gear score now comes straight from the game's own party list, and the gear score / combat power chip always switches. Nothing read yet? It shows "GS —" instead of quietly staying put. No party member's name is sent anywhere.

Lobbies that say where you're going. A finder lobby now carries its dungeon's name, like "Lobby · Draupnir · Easy", marks the leader, and shows gear score and combat power side by side.

The last fight sticks around. A finished fight no longer vanishes when a teleport inside a dungeon re-sends your party. Want it to stay through a new party too? Turn on Keep the last fight under Damage meter, After combat, and it waits for your next pull or Reset meter. Screenshot at your leisure.

Ctrl+D belongs to your browser again. The meter, Reset Total and Pet Hunting keys now only work while AION 2 or the overlay is in front. Bookmark a page with AION 2 running in the background and your meter will still be there when you get back.

A title bar you can read. Like a see-through meter but lose the buttons against a bright sky? The new Title bar slider under Background keeps the header solid while the rest stays light. It follows Background until you move it.

Right on time, even after days of uptime. On a PC that stays on for days, Windows' capture clock can wander away from yours. That used to clip the start of a capture after a zone change and send field boss kill times that were a little off. The meter now keeps its times on your PC's clock, so everyone's respawn timers stay honest.

Ever built a raid plan and wished the slot said "Priest" instead of just "Healer"? Now it can.

Classes in your party plans. Role-based party plans have a new Classes tab next to Roles. Drag a class into a party and the slot takes that class's roles with it, so a Druid slot stays open to tanks, healers and damage alike. In games with specs or talent trees, such as World of Warcraft, the tree sits right under its class: drop Protection under Warrior and the slot asks for a Protection Warrior who tanks.

The right people land in the right slots. When you use the plan for an event, auto-fill puts the planned class first and the planned spec ahead of that. Anyone else who fits the slot's role can still take it. Put the wrong class in a planned slot and you'll see a Class Mismatch warning, the same gentle nudge you already get for roles.

Roles that match how each game plays. We went through every game's classes and fixed the ones that didn't add up:

• WoW: Forever: talent trees know their roles, so a Holy Paladin counts as a healer even without a preferred role, and Feral Combat covers tank and damage. Raids go up to 40 for Onyxia's Lair.
• WoW Classic: characters no longer all read as DPS. Death Knight, Monk and a Preferred Party Role option are in, and raids go up to 40.
• World of Warcraft: Augmentation Evokers count as damage, and raids go up to 30.
• Aion 2, Lineage 2, Blue Protocol, Metin2, Ragnarok, Throne and Liberty, The Quinfall, ArcheAge Classic and Black Desert: every class now has its proper roles. Black Desert classes land in Vanguard, Skirmisher or Pulverizer from Succession or Awakening.
• Final Fantasy XIV and Pax Dei: pick your main job or preferred role, with full eight-player parties for FFXIV.

Your existing characters pick up their corrected roles on their own. There's nothing to re-enter.

The AION 2 damage meter in the desktop app got its biggest update yet. If it ever vanished mid-raid, got stuck after a lobby or showed nothing at all behind your VPN, this one's for you.

It stays put. Auto-hide and fade behave again after a loading screen, and a meter you bring back with Ctrl+D stays until your next fight ends. Set After combat to Hide and turn on Show on hover to call the hidden meter back by pointing at it. Closing the app no longer throws an error at you.

When a fight goes sideways. Two new header buttons ask for a second press so a stray click costs nothing: Reset meter clears the current fight and Total, and Reconnect restarts damage tracking without restarting the app. Clear history keeps your favorites.

Bars you can read at a glance. Each bar has two layers in a deeper shade of its class color. Pick a bar color and bar length under Damage meter settings, and rates read like 2.1k/s. If you'd already tuned your bar opacity, your bars keep the strength you chose. Hover a row for that player's top skills, damage taken and deaths, same as before.

More on the meter, less in other tools. The footer shows your Shugo keys, Odyle energy and ping, plus a lock so the meter can't be dragged by accident. Ping comes from the game's own traffic, and the meter sends nothing extra to NC's servers. Bosses and named targets get a Time to kill line under their HP bar, and HPS can pop out into its own window.

Playing behind a VPN? The meter now reads the game through WireGuard-style tunnels and over IPv6.

After the fight. A fight's details open on your Skills with the party ranking above them, and the new Rotation tab shows your casts on a timeline. Every tab names the target, the fight length and party DPS, so a saved image always says which fight it was. You can also choose whether DPS counts the whole fight or each player's time from their first hit to their last.

Settings that make sense. They're regrouped under clearer names, After combat offers Stay, Hide or Fade, and the new How it works page under Support explains what the meter reads, what leaves your PC and whose open-source work we build on. Want your gear score next to your name? The app looks up only your own character on the public Armory, the same lookup it already made for your combat power.

Field bosses don't keep a schedule. Gartua comes back twelve hours after someone kills it, and unless you were there, you had no idea when that was.

Now the desktop app keeps count for you. When anyone using it on your server finishes off a field boss, the kill is shared and everyone on that server gets the countdown. Open Timers in the overlay and pick Field to see every boss in Verteron or Altgard: how long until it's back, which ones should be up, and which nobody has seen die yet.

Gartua, Lagta, Kashapa and Dartan alert you before they return, at the same lead time as your other timer alerts. Ring the bell next to any other boss, or pick them under Field bosses in Timers settings.

Sharing only sends the boss, your server and when it died. If you'd rather not take part, turn off Share field boss kills in Companion settings, under AION 2 damage HUD. You'll still see the timers other players share.

Respawn times are community estimates, so treat "should be up" as a good bet rather than a promise. A kill only counts when someone using the app actually hit the boss.

Your Predator no longer shows up as a Brawler, and your Mauler no longer borrows the Juggernaut's name. Eight gauntlet combinations now use their global class names while keeping your saved classes, gear and icons intact.

Gear Tracking headings also match the class tabs when you edit your character, so opening your Mauler shows "Mauler gear".

Wargames also keeps Mauler and Juggernaut builds separate when you reopen a saved class selection.

Publishing a parse used to mean opening your history after the run, backing up each fight and picking a difficulty from a menu. That's a lot of clicking for something you wanted every time.

Now there's one switch. Turn on Publish boss fights in the desktop app's settings, or in the damage meter's settings in the overlay, and from then on your boss fights go to the Armory leaderboard on their own. The app waits until you're done with the dungeon and sends the whole run in one go. Trash pulls, training dummies and fights cut short stay on your PC.

You don't pick a difficulty anymore either. Every difficulty of a dungeon has its own bosses, so the boss tells us where you were. The boards, your parses and your fight history now show the dungeon and difficulty next to each boss, like "Ferocious Horn Den · Easy".

Changed your mind about a fight? You can still unpublish any of them.

Changed the event details, but your Discord reminder still has yesterday's instructions? Editing an event now refreshes its existing signup posts and reminders, including its title, description, image, timing, signup deadline, capacity and custom message. Clearing the custom message clears it on Discord too. Notes added by an officer to a manual reminder stay with that reminder.

Character combat power changes also refresh reminder rosters when your event has no separate main signup post.

Looking for a Kibelisk in Middle Reshanta and finding nothing on the map? That's because the map stopped at Lower Reshanta. Not anymore.

The Aion 2 map now has 47 worlds: all three layers of Chaotic Reshanta, Pantheon, the PvP arenas and battlefields, and 32 Elyos and Asmodian dungeons. The world picker groups them the way the game does, so the dungeon you want is a click away.

There's a new Locations layer for the places you travel between: Kibelisks, teleportation portals, flight circles, Spacetime Rifts, dungeon entrances, strongholds and more. Monsters are now sorted by race (Cogni, Fera, Natura and Varian), and every world picks up the markers added since the last update.

Everything you've already discovered, and the routes you've drawn, come along with you. Strongholds and sealed dungeons can now be marked as discovered too.

Tired of someone shouting "Kaira's up!" five minutes after Kaira went down? Your Discord can now call it ahead of time.

Open your guild's Discord settings and look under Game-Specific. Pick a channel for event alerts, choose what to announce (Shugo Festival, Spacetime Rift, Bosses or any mix), set your server region and how early to post: 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before the start. Bosses covers Watcher Kaira, Guardian Lord Nahma and the sieges.

Each alert shows the start time in every reader's own time zone, the location where we know it, and a button to the full timers page. The settings also show you exactly what the next post will be. If the bot ever gets disconnected, alerts pause and your choices stay put until it's back.

Times follow each region's published schedule, so treat them as a heads-up rather than a live spawn report.

Signed up in Guild Manager, but still missing from the Discord reminder? Your response was saved, but reminder posts could keep showing the old roster.

Signing up, changing your response or withdrawing in the desktop app or website now updates the event's existing Discord posts, including scheduled reminders, reminders sent by officers and shared alliance posts. Existing events get the fix too, without needing to be posted again.

A boss timer a few hours off isn't much help. Aion 2 event timers now let you choose NA East, NA West, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Korea or Taiwan, and follow that server's clock through daylight saving changes.

Bosses, Rifts and reset alerts now use the corrected regional schedules. Global weekly reset lines up with daily reset at 07:00 UTC, Korea's additional boss waves are included, and Taiwan's siege starts at the right time.

In Companion 0.16.2, open Timers settings to choose your server region. Your old Global choice starts with a suggestion based on your computer's timezone. The schedule shows which timezone your displayed times use, so you can compare them with the in-game clock.

If your Cleric looked suspiciously like a Chanter in the Armory, it wasn't a case of mistaken identity. The two class emblems had swapped places. Every Cleric and Chanter now wears its own emblem across Armory rankings, class filters, legion pages, character pages, search results and fight details.

Nobody changed class. Your characters were always listed under the right one, they just had the wrong badge.

You can now edit a reward metric's key, whether your guild belongs to an alliance or runs on its own. Your balances, history and reward settings stay linked, including existing alliance rewards.

Keep loot DKP and Discord event points separate with their own metrics and keys. Suggested keys now follow the full name as you type, while a key you enter yourself stays yours.

If a command or integration selects points by key, update it to the new key after renaming. The original key stays reserved for that reward system.

Billing management now opens older subscriptions that were previously unable to reach the customer portal. You can update your payment details or cancel without starting another checkout.

You can also open billing management after your plan ends or is paused. Renewal and cancellation updates for older communities now reach your subscription again.

Checkout now pauses when we can't confirm your billing account or check for an existing subscription. A temporary problem reading the plan catalog also leaves your current plan alone while the update waits for a retry.

Kathana - The Reign of Shadows joins Guild Manager in beta. Bring your Ashram together for boss hunts and room clears, record who's present, and award the guild points you choose. Use those points in loot auctions, with Guild Bank keeping track of the drops.

Your characters can record their tribe, advanced job, god, Level and Master Points. Master Points stay separate from your guild's loot currency.

The Kathana item database lets you search by name and category, inspect item details, and choose catalog items for your wishlist once your guild enables it. Community-sourced details and legacy rare-item notes are marked, so you can see where the information came from.

Characters in your Armory rankings now get background checks even when they aren't linked to a Guild Manager member. Older readings take their turn automatically, so character, class, server and legion rankings no longer depend on someone returning to refresh every profile. Checks aim for a daily update and can take longer while there's a backlog or the game's Armory isn't answering.

Legion rankings now label their age as "Oldest member data". One older member reading can show that age even when the legion's score was recalculated recently.

Older automatically assigned roles could stop you from accepting a recruit and send you hunting for a setting to save. Guild owners and reviewers whose permissions cover those roles can now approve the application directly, including roles selected by its application template. The same fix covers adding characters, moving members between guilds and marking members active again.

Your current permissions determine which roles you can grant. Automatic acceptance still uses the approvals saved in your role and recruitment settings.

Recruitment posts used to live in a Discord channel nobody outside the guild could see. Your guild's public profile now has its own timeline, and every leader who can post announcements can write to it as the guild. Each post shows the guild's emblem with a small picture of the leader who wrote it, so visitors always know who's talking.

Posts and threads. Write up to 500 characters, add up to four images, or chain several posts into a thread when one isn't enough. Open the bigger editor from the posting box, or press n anywhere on the profile. Made a typo? You have 15 minutes to fix it. Pin your best post to the top of the profile.

Talk back. Signed-in players can like, reply and repost. Replies open right under the thread in a compact panel, one line per reply. Quote a post to add your own take, or repost a member's post onto the guild's timeline.

Your own profile, too. Your player profile gets the same timeline, a centered header with your main character and guilds, and Characters, Guilds and Communities tabs built from game art and guild emblems instead of plain lists.

Covers and a cleaner header. Guilds and players can upload a cover image straight from their profile. Without one, the profile uses your game's art. Guild profiles show who leads the guild, how many members it has and whether it's recruiting at a glance, and leaders can write the guild's description without leaving the page.

Visitors see a read-only profile. Only owners and leaders see the posting box, the cover button and the edit controls.

The Armory used to open on a banner and a pair of lists. It now opens on the search, over the game's own art, and gets straight to the point: the strongest legions in your region, then the strongest characters, then the week's biggest climbers and parses, then each class's leaders.

Legions first. Ten legions, one flat row each, with a thin line under every row showing how close it stands to first place. Switch between total combat power and the average of a legion's twenty strongest, so a small elite legion can stand beside a big one. Legions on Guild Manager show a Recruiting mark when they are taking members, a Verified mark when their guild's owner plays there on a character the desktop app has seen, and a Discord link on their page when the guild lists one.

A week you can feel. Rankings now turn over with the game's own Wednesday reset, and every board is recorded daily whether or not anyone opened it, so the arrows beside each rank always say "since last week". Each region's board also tells you the combat power it takes to be in the top 1, 10 and 50 percent. Legion pages chart how their known strength moved, and list this week's biggest gainers.

Climbers. A new card on the front page names the characters and legions that gained the most combat power this week, and says when the gain came from gear.

DPS, on the record. Boss fights you back up from the desktop app can now be published to a public DPS board, under your linked Armory character. Turn on "Publish my boss fights automatically" on the DPS meter page or in the app, or publish and unpublish fights one at a time. Boards run per boss and per week, filter by class and combat power band, and only list complete fights of thirty seconds or more. Only you are ranked from a fight you publish; your party appears by class and power band, not by name, unless they publish it too. The app needs version 0.11.0 to publish, and boards cover Global servers for now.

Share it. Links to characters, legions and rankings now unfurl in Discord with a proper card: the figure, the rank and the week's movement.

For leaders. Guilds shown as a legion get a weekly post in their general channel with the legion's rank, strength, movement and top gainers, and the guild owner gets a notification when the legion enters or leaves the top 10, 50 or 100. Leaders can also paste member names on the legion page to get them looked up, so the legion's known roster grows without waiting for strangers to search.

For builders. A read-only JSON API now serves the rankings and public summaries at /api/public/aion2-armory/v1/, with the same coverage caveat the pages carry.

The Armory still only knows characters someone has looked up. The front page now says how many that is, and when the legions were last recounted, instead of hiding it in a footnote.

Your points table could always tell you who is sitting on the biggest pile. It could not tell you who actually showed up last week to earn it. Analytics now has a Rewards tab for exactly that.

Pick a period, such as the last 7 days, this month or any range of your own up to a year, and you get every character ranked by what they earned in it. Next to Earned you will find Spent, Lost to decay and penalties, the net change, and the balance they hold right now. Sort by any of them. Each row carries a small week-by-week trend and shows how the character did against the period before, so a quiet slide is easy to spot. Characters with nothing in the period stay on the list unless you hide them, because the empty rows are often the ones you came for.

Above the table you can read the health of your economy at a glance: points earned against points spent over time, where the points came from, and the movers of the period. That covers the biggest climber, the biggest drop, new recruits who earned their first points and the member who turned up most consistently.

A few things worth knowing:

• Refunds and reversals cancel what they undo, so a refunded auction win does not count as spending and a reversed attendance reward does not count as earning.
• Points passed between members and in or out of the treasury are left out of Earned and Spent, so trading favours will not top the ranking.
• Days follow your guild's timezone, which means every officer sees the same "this week".
• Guilds with more than one reward metric can switch between them, and you can export whatever you are looking at as a spreadsheet.

The tab appears for members who can view detailed analytics and your reward metrics. Thanks to Puiyu for the suggestion.

Keep your Discord organised in forums? Until now your announcements had to go somewhere else, because forum channels never showed up when you picked where to send one. They are on the list now, marked with a 🗂️ so you can tell them apart from your text channels.

Pick a forum and your announcement becomes a new post there, with your message and its image or GIF as the opening message. The post takes your announcement's title. No title? It borrows the first line of your message instead.

If your forum uses tags, you can choose up to five for the post before you send. Forums that require a tag will hold the Send button until you have picked one, so nothing bounces after the fact.

Community announcements can post to forums the same way.

When Discord turns an announcement away, the delivery now tells you what to fix, such as a permission the Guild Manager bot is missing in that channel or a channel that has since been deleted. To post in a forum, the bot needs View Channel, Create Posts, Send Messages in Threads, Embed Links and Attach Files there.

Imported your guild, verified the bot, and still saw “Discord not connected” when creating an activity? Verifying your connection now saves it so you can choose activity channels and roles right away.

Discord settings also show your saved connection status consistently. If your guild shares its community’s connection, restoring it still requires permission to manage the community’s integrations.

Someone missed the deadline, but the item is going to them? You can now add a candidate to a closed loot council item, choose them as the recipient, and confirm the handout. The item stays closed, so you can keep the award on record without reopening interest or reposting it.

Award reasons are now optional for loot council. Leave the field blank when there is nothing to explain, or add a note for your guildmates to read.

Once you confirm distribution or close the item without an award, its candidate list stays locked.

Finding your character deep in the rankings no longer means scrolling through thousands of names. Search for your character to jump straight to your place, with nearby characters above and below. If your character has not appeared in the rankings yet, selecting it loads it and adds it automatically. Your filters adjust when needed so the character stays visible. Scroll in either direction to keep exploring, return to your previous position, or head back to the top without losing your filters.

Search sits above evenly sized filters, so changing a region, server, faction, or class keeps the controls in place. Your selected character also shows its rank, percentile, and the Combat Power needed to pass the next place. Open the charts to compare your progress.

Legion rankings now open with average Combat Power across all active members’ linked Armory characters. Use Ranked by to compare average item level, character count, or Weekly growth. There is no competition entry or ten-member roster to manage.

Weekly growth compares your legion’s average Combat Power with its last saved average before Monday at 00:00 UTC. You can view this week or last week, with the percentage change and average power gained side by side. Legions need an earlier reading before weekly growth can appear.

Legion rankings cover listed legions with at least three linked characters.

You know your Combat Power went up this week. Now you can see by how much, and when.

Every Aion 2 Armory profile has a new Power progress panel. It draws your Combat Power over time, with the total gained since tracking began. Switch to Item level to follow your gear instead. Hover any point for the exact figure on that day.

The same chart follows your character around Guild Manager. It sits on your character page, on your home dashboard when your active character is linked to the Armory, and on the Progression tab of a member's profile, so officers can see who has been putting in the work.

Guilds get one too. Your Aion 2 guild dashboard now shows Roster progress: the average Combat Power and item level of every member with a linked Armory character. Hover a day to see how many characters the average covers.

A new point is added each time a character syncs and its numbers have changed. Tracking began on October 1, so charts start there and fill in from now on. If a chart says it is still waiting for a trend, it only needs one more change to draw the line. Guild averages start today.

Your RF Online Next guild now has a home in Guild Manager. Pick your faction, name your server, and start welcoming members.

All eight Biosuits are ready to select, from Punisher to Demolisher, with Tank, Healer, DPS, and Support roles for your five-player parties. Swapped suits for the night? Set a preferred party role and it wins over your Biosuit's default.

Track DKP for every Guild Raid, Guild Expedition, and Mining War your members show up to, then spend it in auctions. Just type the item's name and choose your points currency. No item database needed to settle who earned the loot.

Finishing setup now takes you straight to creating your first activity, with an enabled activity type suggested for your game. You can change the suggestion before publishing, and your chosen settings stay put while the form updates.

Your setup checklist puts the invite link within reach and shows how many applications are waiting for review or have been approved. An application still needs your guild's usual approval before someone joins.

Setup reminders point you to the work you still have left. Trial reminders reflect your guild's progress and give your community owner a direct path to billing. If you've already picked a paid plan, an old trial won't trigger another warning.

Owe a guildmate some DKP? You can now pay up yourself. Leaders can turn on Member transfers for any points or currency your guild tracks, and members with the Transfer Currency permission can then send their own balance to someone else.

You no longer need a Treasury currency for this, and it isn't a one-time choice. Open the metric in your guild's reward settings and flip Member transfers on or off whenever you like. It starts off, so nothing changes until a leader decides it should.

Points you've committed to live auction bids stay put. You can only send what's left over, so nobody can bid with points they've already given away.

Two fixes came along for the ride:

• The Send currency window on the Members list used to close the moment you moved your mouse onto it. It now stays open until you send, press Escape, or click away.
• Saving changes in the Edit metric window works again.

Finding a character in the Aion 2 Armory shouldn't lead to a page saying it isn't there. Profiles that no one has browsed before now open on the first try, without needing a reload.

If your characters share a name across servers, choosing one now opens that character on the server you picked. Your alt won't send you back to your main's profile.

Moved your guild from TL GuildManager and found Officer and Member stuck as read only? You can edit their permissions and display settings again. Your existing permissions and Discord links stay as you set them. Leader permissions remain locked, and built-in roles stay protected from deletion.

DKP decay settings now open even when a day or rate is missing. The form points out what needs filling in, so you can choose your schedule and save.

For new imports, automatic decay starts disabled. Your import report tells you the old interval and asks you to choose a day and time under Metrics → DKP → Decay. Save with decay enabled to start the schedule. Check the period too: an interval such as every 14 days does not match a monthly calendar schedule.

Ever walked out of a wipe wondering who actually pulled their weight? Version 0.5.0 of the Guild Manager desktop app brings the Aion 2 damage HUD to Windows as a beta.

To try it, open Account & settings → App updates and turn on Join the beta. That switch turns on the damage HUD and sends you test builds before everyone else. Then open Aion 2, and your own and your party's damage show live over the game. Press Ctrl+Shift+D, or your own key, to show or hide it. Playing an Aion 2 character? Home also walks you through the setup.

Your last 100 fights stay on your PC. Back up the ones you want to keep to your Guild Manager account with one click. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to.

The HUD needs a small Windows driver called Npcap to see your fights. No more hunting for it: the app explains why it's needed, downloads the official installer, checks its signature, and opens it for you.

It's an early beta. The HUD can miss a fight, and saving or backing up a fight can fail. Tell us on Discord what breaks.

You can now check Aion 2's next event without leaving your current tool. The top-right toolbar shows countdowns for Shugo Festival, Spacetime Rift, bosses, and server resets while you're browsing an Aion 2 surface or using an Aion 2 character.

Open a timer and the next event sits at the top with its own countdown, in that timer's color, so you never have to hunt for it. The rest of the schedule follows in your local time, with today and tomorrow labeled. Choose Global, Korea, or Taiwan, and all four timers follow the same region. Boss schedules include Artifact Siege, the bosses that follow it, and Guardian Lord Nahma. Reset schedules include both daily and weekly resets.

Rift timers distinguish the first 10 minutes, when you can enter, from the rest of the hour, when the event continues inside. On smaller screens, one countdown button opens all the schedules.

Want the whole week, or a link for your guild? Every timer opens the new Event timers page in Forge, which lists the longer schedule for each event. Pick a region and a timer, copy the link, and whoever opens it sees the same view in their own local time.

Event times may change after maintenance.

An auction shouldn't keep saying it's waiting to open after its start time. Scheduled auctions now open correctly again.

Need to change who can participate? Officers can choose Edit eligibility beside the participants on a scheduled or open auction or loot roll. Allow everyone, choose specific characters, exclude characters, or capture the members who currently have the item on their wishlist.

Your changes apply to future bids and rolls. Existing participation stays valid. Use the participant controls if you also need to remove an existing bid or roll.

Pasting an Armory link into your legion's Discord used to produce /armory/source/57b24c74-fe2c-... and a generic Guild Manager card. Nobody could tell whose profile it was without clicking.

• Readable addresses. A profile now lives at its region, server and name, such as /tools/aion-2/armory/eu/siel/Feldrok. The Share button copies that link. Old links keep working and land on the new address.
• Link previews that say something. Discord, X and other chat apps now show the character's name, level, class, server and combat power, with the portrait when we have one.
• Rankings you can link to. Each region has its own ranking page, and each Global server has one too, like /tools/aion-2/armory/ranking/nae/triniel. Faction and class filters stay in the address so a filtered board can be shared as well.
• Renames and transfers. A character who moves to another server in the same region is followed automatically. A renamed character's old link explains that the name is no longer there and offers a search.

Profiles of level 45 characters can now also be found through search engines. They show only what the official character pages already make public, and the existing removal process still applies.

Being 900th in all of Global doesn't tell you much when you only ever meet the people on Triniel. The Armory ranking now has a Server filter next to the region.

• Pick one server to rank only its characters. Choose a region first and the list shows just that region's servers, so Europe's Siel and NA East's Siel never get mixed up.
• Pick Early Access servers or Launch servers to rank one wave on its own. Founder's Pack players got a five-day head start, and Launch servers open for everyone on October 5. Ranking them apart keeps the comparison fair.

The server list includes every Early Access server NC has opened so far, including Europe's late additions like Yustiel, Ariel, Fregion and Hithanya. The filter only covers Global for now. Taiwan and Korea still rank by region.

Someone on leave says they can make tonight's run after all. Until now the party board hid them from the roster, so the only way to slot them in was to cancel their leave, which meant setting it up again the moment they went quiet.

Members on leave now sit in their own On leave group in the party roster and drag into a party like anyone else. They keep their leave and its protections, and the slot still shows the On leave marker so everyone can see the plan is a maybe. Roster members on leave who have not replied can be planned in the same way, so a Discord "I'll be there" is enough.

On the Leave of absence page, a long reason used to be cut off mid-sentence. Click any reason to read the whole thing, with the member's card at the top so you know who wrote it.

A social night or a bonus run shouldn't punish the members who skip it. Until now every completed activity counted toward attendance, so one optional event lowered the percentage of everyone who stayed home.

Activities now have a Count toward attendance switch, on by default. Turn it off when you create or edit an activity, or on a recurring series, and that activity stays out of:

• attendance rates and streaks, in Analytics, member profiles and the alliance view
• automatic no-shows and no-show deductions
• reward penalties for late or missing replies
• the attendance part of loot score

Check-in and rewards work as usual, so you can still reward the people who show up. The activity shows an Attendance not counted badge so members know where they stand.

A mandatory activity always counts, so turning the switch off also turns Mandatory off. You can change the switch on a past activity too. Its recorded attendance leaves everyone's numbers, and returns if you turn it on again. Rewards, penalties and no-shows that were already applied stay as they are.

Loot at kill time needs to move fast, and auctions weren't keeping up. New auctions opened at the next half hour, and if you used Open early to get things going, the Discord post kept saying "scheduled" with no bid button. Your raiders had to click through to the website to bid.

Now the Discord post updates as soon as bidding opens, whether the auction opens on schedule, early, or gets reopened. The Place a bid button shows up every time, so members can bid without leaving Discord.

Creating an auction is quicker too. Turn on Start now and bidding opens the moment you create it. Pick a quick duration of 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours. Guild Manager remembers both choices, so your next auction starts the same way.

Short auctions still use your timer extension settings. If you run two-minute auctions, check that a late bid doesn't add more time than you want.

If your guild hides member names on sign-up posts, your party compositions went quiet too. Every party showed "6 assigned members" and nothing else, which isn't much help when you need to know who's healing G3. Party assignment DMs had the same problem.

Party compositions now always list every member, tentative ones included. You'll see names on composition posts, static roster posts, party assignment DMs, and the Discord party and slot commands. They all use the same layout as your sign-up list, with class icons, and gear score when you have it turned on.

Your sign-up post still follows your settings, so it keeps showing only totals if that's how you set it up. Compositions that are already posted update the next time the party changes.

Alt-tabbing out of a pull to answer a sign-up is over. The Guild Manager desktop app now draws a small overlay on top of your game.

When something needs you, a compact alert slides in from the corner you pick. Answer an activity with Sign up, Maybe, or Decline, bid on an auction you were just outbid on, or roll on loot, all from the alert. Bids ask you to confirm, so a stray click never spends your points. Hover an alert to read the rest, and pick a sound and volume that suit you.

Fifteen minutes before an activity you have a party for, your party appears on screen with each member's class icon, and it stays there until the activity ends. Collapse it, drag it anywhere, or hide it for that activity.

Press Ctrl+Shift+G, or record your own hotkey, to open a small panel with your activities, loot, party, and inbox. The panel also has Guild Manager's tools for the game you're playing. In Aion 2 that's the map, the item database, crafting, and more. Move and resize the panel however you like, and it opens where you left it. Clicks outside it still reach your game.

Games from Steam, Epic, GOG, Riot, Ubisoft, EA, and the Xbox app are detected on their own, and you can add any other game in a couple of clicks. Everything lives under In-game overlay in the app menu, including a preview of every alert type.

The overlay works with games in borderless or windowed mode. Get the latest desktop app from guildmanager.app/desktop, or let it update itself.

Tabbing out of Discord mid-raid to rebid on that one staff is over. Every auction post now has a Place a bid button, and /auction list shows what's open and whether you're leading. Pick your character and priority tier, then bid the minimum, a little more, or any amount you like.

Want to know the moment someone outbids you? Run /notifications and turn on loot DMs. You'll hear when you're outbid, when an auction you're in is about to close, and when you win, with a button to bid again right there in the DM. Turn on wishlist DMs too, and you'll get a heads-up whenever an item on your wishlist comes up for auction, roll, or loot council. DMs stay off until you ask for them.

Your wishlist lives in Discord now as well. /wishlist add searches your game's items as you type, and /wishlist view lets you change priorities or drop items you no longer need.

New to the guild's Discord? /me puts your next activities, balances, loot waiting on you, and wishlist in one private panel, with one-tap sign-up for events you haven't answered. /rewards history, /attendance, and /loot mine answer "where did my points go?" before you have to ask an officer.

You can also see and edit your character with /character, create one with /character create, and apply to a guild with /apply. Short applications can be answered in Discord, and longer ones still open on the website.

Officers can post a live roster with /roster post. It shows names, classes, and power grouped by role, keeps itself up to date, and has an Apply to join button for visitors.

Your Monsters & Memories guild now has a home in Guild Manager. Choose your launch server, welcome members, review applications, and organize your group adventures.

All 18 classes and nine Early Access races are ready to select, with character levels up to 60 and Tank, Healer, DPS, and Support roles for your parties. You can choose a preferred party role when the class default doesn't fit.

Track DKP, run auctions, and keep guild quests moving. For loot bidding, just type the item's name and choose your points currency. You don't need an item database to decide who takes the sword home.

Losing a roll you paid into was supposed to hand back part of the fee. For rolls with a refund percentage, the points never came back. Cancelling one of those sessions or deleting a roll with a refund didn't return the fee either. That was on us.

Refunds now land the moment a roll closes, whether it ends on its own or an officer closes it. Cancelled sessions return the full entry fee again, and so do deleted rolls when the officer chooses a refund.

You also no longer have to open the settings to see what you'll get back. The entry fee on each roll's page now shows its refund rule, such as "50% back if you don't win".

Since yesterday's notification update, some of you started getting Discord DMs your guild never set up, like "starting in 15 minutes" and check-in alerts. That was us, not your settings. Those alerts were falling back to Discord whenever the app couldn't push them to your phone.

App notifications now stay in the app: your inbox always, plus a push if you have the mobile app. Discord DMs are back to what your guild configured, meaning the activity DM reminders set in each activity's reminder settings and the DM you get when you win a loot roll. Everyone your guild's reminder targets gets it on Discord again, whether or not they also use the app.

The Discord DM toggles are gone from notification settings, because they no longer control anything. Your guild's activity settings decide which DM reminders go out.

Built a role party plan with a full party, added it to an activity, and got told it "exceeds the current 5-slot limit"? The plan was fine. We were counting its slots wrong. Role party plans now apply to activities normally, including the ones you've already saved, so there's no need to rebuild them.

The planner and the activity also agree on party sizes now. If a party in your plan really is bigger than your game allows, you'll hear about it when you save the plan, not later when you try to use it.

Your application post in Discord can now carry a banner. Open your template, go to the Discord step, and under Discord post pick an image, upload one, or search for a GIF, the same way you do for the Activity Board and Daily Agenda. It shows up large under your description, and the preview shows it before you post.

While you're there, the title and description are yours to change. Want it to say "Join" instead of "Apply to"? That's one edit, and {guild.name} fills in your guild's name for you. Leave a field blank and the grey text shows exactly what will be posted instead.

Some older templates couldn't be posted at all and only got a vague "Discord rejected the application message" error. Those now post normally. If Discord does refuse something, the message tells you which field to fix, like the button emoji or the thumbnail, so you're not stuck guessing.

Your parties can stay in their own voice rooms while you take attendance once. Choose the channels that count, use a whole Discord category, or match channel names starting with text like siege-. You no longer need Shotcaller to cover several rooms in one check. If you already use it, your synced Shotcaller channels still work.

Save the attendance channels on your activity and use them for both manual and scheduled snapshots. Guild defaults and activity templates can carry the same setup into your next event.

In Discord, /track-activity can use the saved selection or a category or name prefix just for that run. Add preview:true to check which rooms and members it finds before recording attendance. You can still choose one channel or use the room you're already in.

Everyone captured across the selected rooms goes into one attendance result, with bots excluded and each person counted once. Manual checks now keep the attendance they can confirm if a room cannot be read or a member lookup fails. Your result shows what was skipped, with channel details attached. Incomplete checks never mark no-shows or penalize early leavers. Preview stays off unless you request it.

These are still snapshots taken at a single moment, not a running timer. Take another check for late arrivals or use the final attendance option at the end of your event. Our updated voice attendance guide walks through the choices and commands.

Guild Manager now gives you a heads-up when there's still something you can do. You'll hear about it when an activity you signed up for starts in 15 minutes, when responses are about to close, when a roll you're eligible for opens or is about to close, and when an auction you're losing is almost over. Outbid alerts now tell you the new leading bid.

Tap a notification and you land on the right screen, and it's marked as read. If what it pointed to is gone, the app takes you to your inbox instead of leaving you on a blank screen. A newer alert about the same auction or roll replaces the older one, and alerts that no longer apply expire instead of arriving late.

You won't get alerts about your own actions anymore, like the check-in window you just opened or outbidding yourself on an alt. Results for loot you didn't win go to your inbox without buzzing your phone.

You set push and Discord DMs per category in one place, on the web or in the app. If you have the app, you get a push. If you don't, or you've turned push off for a category, the important alerts come as a Discord DM instead. You'll never get both. You can also mute a whole guild so its alerts only go to your inbox.

On the web, a new bell in the top bar shows how many unread notifications you have. On your phone, the app icon badge shows the same count and clears as you catch up. Alerts use your device's language, and check-in and start-time alerts can get through Focus modes you've set to allow time-sensitive notifications.

Your shared party images now put your guild front and center, with its logo and name above the roster. Colored class icons make each member easier to spot, names keep their role colors, and available combat power uses the same compact display as your Discord rosters.

Activity compositions and static party presets share the new look. Larger rosters get room to grow, and a small Guild Manager icon in the corner leaves the spotlight on your guild.

Finished checking a Wargames report and couldn't figure out how to "review" it before sharing? That step is now a single Publish button, sitting at the end of the report's actions. Publishing shows your guild the scoreboard, statistics and screenshots, and confirms the review so the numbers count toward player and team statistics. Changed your mind? Published lets you make the report officers-only again.

You don't need to match every player first. Guests from outside your guild can stay unmatched and still appear in the report under their in-game names.

Your report list now shows every report with a status that says who can see it: Published, Officers only or Needs review. Editing or re-reading a report takes it back to officers-only until you publish the changes.

Wanted a fresh read of a Wargames report's screenshots, and ended up uploading them all again? You don't need to anymore. Re-analyze screenshots on the report's Screenshots tab now reads the screenshots you already saved. You confirm which side is the yellow team first, then watch each screenshot update as it's read.

When the reading finishes, you'll see exactly which players change: new classes, corrected stats and anyone who wasn't on the report yet. Nothing is saved until you choose Apply to report, and Discard leaves the report exactly as it was.

Each screenshot card now always shows how many players it read, how many reads it has left and any notes worth a look. Need more screenshots? Add screenshots opens an upload dialog right from the same tab.

Uploaded a Wargames scoreboard and found half the match listed as Crossbow and Daggers? The screenshot reader was guessing at the tiny weapon icons instead of reading them. It now checks every row against a reference of all ten weapon icons and takes a closer look at the Weapons column, so each player's class comes through the way it appeared in game.

If the reading service is briefly busy, it tries again on its own instead of using up one of your extraction attempts. Reports you already saved keep their current weapons. To update one, read its screenshots again from the report editor while they have attempts left, or correct the weapons by hand.

Your guild's free application form no longer tells applicants it is temporarily unavailable.

When your subscription expires, applicants now get the free default form, including through existing custom-form links. Your custom forms stay saved and become available again when you renew. Recruitment settings and application limits still apply.

You can now read the changelog without signing in. Our public Discord guide walks through commands, voice attendance, and the T&L gear screenshot workflow, so your officers can check how it works before setting up a guild.

Alliance setup makes the limits clearer. Core covers up to four guilds you own and up to eight participating guilds in an alliance. You choose what your guild shares before inviting anyone else.

Your Applications page now shows how many people started the web form and how many of those people were accepted. Each person counts once per guild. Tracking begins with new form interactions; older applications and previews are left out.

Your player dashboard now brings upcoming activities, loot decisions and pending requests together. Starting-soon activities stand out, while requests waiting on your guild stay easy to spot without looking like another task for you.

Your party sits beside its activity, with member classes, your leader and your place in the roster. Change your response, check the lineup or open the activity from the same section. Attendance and your reward balance use smaller summary cards, leaving more room for what is happening next.

Running two or three Wargames back to back? Keep them in one event and give each round its own lineup. Add an empty lineup, start from a saved party plan, or duplicate the previous round and make your swaps. This works for other activities too.

Mark members as Sitting out when they are taking a round off. They stay separate from members you have not assigned yet, and the rotation overview shows everyone's plan across the event. Signups, check-in and rewards still belong to the event.

Choose which lineup to export or share. Members can see their assignments across rounds in the app and in Discord assignment messages.

Each Wargames round can have its own report linked to its lineup. Reports preserve the planned roster so later changes do not rewrite your review. Your series still has one confirmed result for the standings.

Your report scoreboard now separates the two teams, with tables side by side when there is room and stacked on smaller screens. Switch to All players for a combined ranking. Search, sorting and column choices carry across both views, so you can compare the same stats without setting everything up again.

Your Wargames screenshots now stay in your team's private workspace instead of disappearing after a week. Open the Screenshots tab on a report to see every image, click one to expand it, and move between images in the viewer.

Want another reading of the scoreboard? Choose Re-analyze screenshots, confirm your team mapping in the editor, and read the saved images again. Check the new results before saving your draft. Images that can no longer be read and exhausted reading attempts are shown clearly.

Reopening an import also shows the saved filenames and reading results for every screenshot, so images you've already read no longer look like unfinished uploads.

Draft reports can now be linked to a guild activity from the Parties tab without publishing them. Wargame activities include their own Wargames tab, where you can read linked reports without leaving the activity. Private drafts stay private.

Each guild now has its own scoreboard totals, and the player table has room to show more than a handful of rows.

Your trial no longer offers retired plans. Billing now shows one Core subscription, with your included guilds, members and storage beside the price and subscribe button.

Choose monthly or yearly billing in the same panel. Yearly billing shows both the monthly equivalent and the full annual charge, so you can see what you'll pay before continuing. If you already have a retired plan, your current subscription details remain visible.

The public pricing comparison also points to Core, with outdated offers removed from every language.

Uploaded several Wargames screenshots? Choose your team mapping once, then read all pending screenshots with one click. If a screenshot fails, the other images still get read. Each screenshot shows its result, missing stats and uncertain classes so you know what needs a closer look. Retry failed images without rereading successful ones.

Weapon pairs now match all 45 classes in the shared catalog, including spear, orb and gauntlets. You can also search the class picker by weapon name when correcting an entry.

Your review table now shows player values clearly. Select a cell to correct it without a wall of input boxes, and use the column picker to keep the details you need in view. Cancelling an edited report or a player correction asks before discarding your changes.

The match's Reports tab also lets you choose between reports and load older ones. Match details, scoreboards and review dialogs now follow the same layout and controls as the rest of your guild workspace.

A weekday reminder should point your guild to the next event, without filling Discord with the rest of the week's schedule. Recurring series now send that reminder only for the next non-cancelled event after the selected day and time, for both channel messages and DMs.

Your other reminder times stay the same, and separate recurring series each keep their own reminder.

Missing your community's game? Choose Request a game in the Help menu, tell us what you play and which features your community needs, and submit your request without leaving Guild Manager.

Your requests stay private to you and our team. You can return to see their status and our response, so you don't have to keep checking a Discord conversation. Requests help us decide what to support next, but aren't a promise of a release date.

You can now open a sent guild announcement and read its full message and attachment without needing Manage Announcements. Delivery details and management controls stay with your officers.

The Templates button on your activities page now appears only when you have Manage Activities. Opening a template link follows the same rule.

Your characters now have their own profiles. Open one from a player's character list to see its game details and guild history, with class names and other choices drawn from that game's configuration.

You can publish updates on your player profile. Guild members with announcement permissions can post on the guild profile too. Both use the same editor, support editing and removing posts, and load older updates as you scroll. Unsaved text stays in place if publishing fails.

Talent builds now belong to a character. Choose or create one before saving, then decide whether to keep the build private or publish it on Forge. Editing it from your character updates the same build. The talent dialog also uses a neutral background and no longer gives its tabs a vertical scrollbar.

Your public player profile now appears in your guild and community's member list without needing to choose a custom handle or feature a character first. Owners appear even when they don't have a character in the guild, and officers and community administrators have their own sections.

Larger rosters keep loading as you scroll. Players with several characters appear once, and private profiles stay private.

Ready to move on? Open your user menu while viewing a guild or community to find Leave guild or Leave community.

Before you confirm, you'll see exactly which membership you're leaving and what you'll lose. Leaving a guild affects the named character. Leaving a community removes all your characters from its guilds. Your characters stay on your account.

Owners still need to transfer ownership before leaving.

The Guild tab now follows your active character when you return from Player, so switching games takes you to the right guild. Leaving a community also skips activities you never joined, keeping busy guilds from slowing down your departure.

Need to settle who goes first? Use /roll in Discord to roll a number from 1 to 100. Everyone in the channel can see who rolled and what they got. You don't need a linked account or a selected character to join in.

You can now give a role Manage Activity Check-ins to let officers open and close PIN windows and review screenshot submissions. Your activity setup, rewards, recurring events, reminders, and deletion controls stay under their existing permissions. Changing attendance by hand still needs its existing permission too.

For an existing guild, enable the new permission in your role editor alongside View Activities. Existing roles keep their permissions, and anyone with Manage Activities can still run check-ins as before. Newly created guilds include the permission in their default Officer role.

Your attendance details now show the activities behind your percentage, including declined, tentative, and other responses that previously disappeared from the list.

Late arrivals now count consistently in your attended totals, mandatory and optional breakdowns, and activity history. One-day filters stay on one day, and future activities stay out of historical attendance. Members without eligible activities show an unmeasured rate and no longer pull down the guild average.

If you signed up but did not attend a completed activity, it now counts toward your no-show percentage. Activities that never ran still stay out of your attendance rate.

Attendance, no reply, and no-show percentages can still add up to less than 100% when you have other responses, such as declined. Open the activity details to see the full picture.

The attendance matrix also shows these responses and labels its rates as covering the activities on display. Updates to attendance penalties and original responses now reach the activity details too.

If you leave and rejoin a guild, new attendance updates now follow your current membership.

You can now choose a new start date when editing a recurring activity. Select Restart upcoming events, pick a date, and check the first-event preview before saving. Events follow your series' repeat schedule and timezone.

Saving replaces upcoming scheduled events and removes their signups. Past events and events already in progress stay. If you set an event limit, counting starts from the new date. A paused series resumes, your end date still applies, and reminders use the new dates.

Moving your weekly raid an hour later should leave it on the same week's calendar. Editing a recurring activity's time or weekdays now saves your chosen schedule without pushing the next event weeks into the future.

Saving an unchanged schedule also keeps your existing upcoming events in place.

Wargames uploads no longer reject a valid Guild Manager page when checking where your screenshot came from. An expired upload login refreshes automatically when your session is still active, and returning to a match restores that match’s screenshot batch.

Choose the yellow team's match side, then read each screenshot to fill your report. Visible player statistics, guild names and ranks carry through to the scoreboard and CSV export. Visible scores, player counts, map, mode and match duration also fill the report fields. Missing or unreadable values stay blank for you to check.

Overlapping screenshots fill missing values without replacing your corrections. Conflicting entries are flagged for review, and different players with identical statistics remain separate. Your report shows each team's player count and the recorded match duration.

Want Saturday reminders for your Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday events? You can now keep them in one recurring series. Under Activity reminders, add a reminder, choose On weekday, then pick Saturday and a time.

Your guild's timezone keeps the clock consistent through daylight-saving changes. Each event gets its own reminder at the most recent selected weekday and time before it starts. This works for both channel reminders and personal DMs.

When editing a recurring series, choose Update scheduled future activities and this template to apply the reminder to upcoming events as well as newly generated ones. Set it up before the reminder time, as missed reminders aren't sent retroactively.

Approved leave no longer makes you disappear from your guild's activity roster on the website. You'll appear under On leave whenever your approved leave covers the activity, even if you've already declined or signed up. Your recorded response stays in place, with an On leave badge beside your name in its usual list.

The roster checks leave against the activity date, including early returns, so past activities still show who was away. It shows your leave status without displaying your reason. Your guild's attendance rules still apply, with no extra setting to turn on.

Your Members directory also marks members currently on approved leave with a soft amber highlight and an On leave badge. It follows your theme and updates as leave begins, ends, or is changed, so you can spot who's away while scanning the roster.

You can now open your sidebar from the page header on desktop as well as mobile. A collapsed sidebar keeps its icon rail while navigation loads, and a failed guild menu shows a Retry button instead of leaving you staring at an empty space.

The menu also follows the same screen-size rules as the rest of the layout when you change your browser's default font size.

If your Discord channels won't load, your settings now explain whether the bot needs access, your account needs reconnecting, or the lookup needs another try. Refresh only reports success when the channels load, and verifying the bot reloads the channel list for you. You can also verify the connection again from community settings after adding the bot.

Applicants no longer get told to join a server just because the bot can't check their membership. They'll see what a guild officer needs to fix. If one channel doesn't let the bot create invites, Guild Manager tries another available text channel.

Missing out on loot no longer has to mean spending your entire entry fee. In your guild's Loot settings, you can now choose the percentage returned to members who do not win, from 0% to 100%. You can also change it when creating an individual session or a batch of rolls.

For a 100-point entry fee, a 50% refund returns 50 points. Winners still pay the full fee. Refunds round down to whole points, and cancelled sessions return the full entry fee.

The fee explanation shows what you pay and what you get back on web, mobile, and Discord. Existing sessions keep their original rules.

Wrap up your rolls

End-of-season cleanup no longer means opening every roll one at a time. You can force close selected sessions from the rolls table, or select every session matching your filters across the full list. Force close and pass to the next winner are also available from each session's row menu.

Mixed selections show the actions you can take and how many sessions qualify. Before you confirm, you'll see which sessions will be skipped. If an action fails, those sessions stay selected so you can retry without repeating the ones that succeeded.

Keep your rolls rolling

Priority tiers used by rolls or bids can no longer be deleted out from under your participants. The delete dialog explains when a tier needs to stay, and you can still edit its name or description. This also protects past results that may need a correction later.

If a roll already references a missing tier, closing now explains what needs repairing and keeps the rolls intact instead of reporting a generic error or leaving participants out of the result.

Your chosen role, Forever

Your WoW: Forever character now uses your preferred party role. Druids and paladins choosing Healer or DPS no longer appear as Tanks just because their class can tank. Existing characters have been corrected across guilds, with your class and talent-tree choices preserved.

Keep the council moving

Marking a council item as distributed no longer leaves you stranded. The previous and next arrows keep the order of the list you opened, so you can finish handing out loot without returning to the table after each item. Distributed items still move to History as usual.

Officer copilot

Who missed your last raid, and how often do they usually turn up? Open Officer copilot from the chat tab on the right edge of your guild workspace to compare their attendance across completed activities. You can also investigate DKP, rewards, loot distribution and your roster’s recorded classes and builds. When you’re viewing an activity, the assistant includes it in the conversation.

The copilot follows related records to answer your question and shows which lookups it is making. Attendance comparisons include each member’s eligible activities, so a recent recruit isn’t measured against runs before they joined.

Ask it to prepare an activity, then open the draft in the familiar creation form. You can change the details and review any Discord posts, reminders, or role changes before submitting. Asking the assistant never publishes an activity on its own.

Your conversations are private to you. The assistant reads existing guild information you have permission to see; there are no extra context settings to maintain.

The copilot is available to officers with Manage Activities in eligible guilds with AI billing enabled. Requests use your guild’s shared AI credits.

AI settings and usage

AI settings now follow the same layout as your other guild settings, with shared-credit controls and usage history. Owners and members who manage settings can review requests, models, and credit spending by month or member. Scroll through earlier requests without leaving the table.

Guild applications

Your first character should be the start of your application, not a detour. Every guild application now lets you choose an eligible saved character or create one right in the character step. Guilds can no longer require you to leave the application to create a character elsewhere.

Already created your character after following an apply link? Open that link again, choose your saved character, and continue. Your application is sent only when you submit it at the end.

Already know who belongs in your guild? In Settings → Applications, choose a Discord role for automatic acceptance. New applicants with that role join without an officer review or a Discord thread or ticket. Everyone else follows your usual review process, and your member limit still applies.

Features

Give your next raid a banner, a boss portrait, or a celebratory GIF. Open Image or GIF when creating an activity to upload an image up to 8 MB. Your image appears beside the activity in the list, in its details, and at full size in its Discord posts.

You can replace or remove the image in the activity's configuration. Recurring activities carry it into future events, and you can apply image changes to the whole series.

Pick an image from your community’s uploads instead of sending it again. Matching files are reused automatically, so they only take up storage once. You can also search for a GIF or return to your recently used GIFs.

Armory

Player shelves now load another small batch as you browse with the arrows or swipe. Opening Armory no longer loads the whole player directory in the background.

Your gaming profile now starts with a handle based on your Discord username and appears in Armory automatically. You can choose your own handle once and make your profile private in Gaming profile settings at any time. Existing chosen handles and privacy choices are kept.

The Armory landing page keeps its featured banner and carousels. Browse the largest guilds, newly created communities, and recently published players, or change a shelf’s sort order. The featured guild no longer repeats in the guild shelf, and the repeated quick picks are gone. Guild rosters show characters, while communities show members.

Deprecated and inactive games no longer appear in Armory or your gaming profile's characters. Switching games clears the previous game's guilds, and player cards show your gaming profile without a character's game badge. Featured communities without their own image borrow a guild's image.

Fixed a sidebar error that could prevent some guild members from using the site.

Armory now shows your guild's current name even while its directory entry is being refreshed. Guilds without their own picture use their community's picture across Armory, profiles, and guild navigation.

Applying to a guild now follows the same layout as creating one. Discord verification has fewer repeated instructions, and the final review gives your character details and answers room to read before you submit.

Removing a Throne and Liberty class from your profile now removes it from your signup choices too. Your member-list build also stays visible when you haven’t entered a gear score. Saved gear is kept if you decide to add the class again. Saving your character also refreshes an outdated member-list build, even when you haven’t changed any fields. Clearing every class now clears your displayed builds too.

Wargames

Your guild is ready to play. Wargames now uses your active character's guild on the public page and the guild you're visiting inside the app. Activity managers can arrange matches and upload scoreboards without creating a separate team. If you need a guild, you can create one for free and continue straight to Wargames.

Wargames is in beta. Some flows are still unfinished, so please report anything that doesn't work.

You can save a scoreboard even when your opponent isn't on Guild Manager. Your region is filled in from your existing profile when available, and opponent details stay optional. If you identify the opponent later, you'll see their server and region before linking them. Matching names never claim old reports, and a verified opponent still cannot see your private report. Guild claims need a separate curator's review.

Scoreboard team labels are now recognized across languages, including screenshots with both teams mixed together. Everyone sees the same team assignments, with controls and team-mapping messages in their chosen interface language. You can assign an unfamiliar label to a side when the reader needs help. Guild names no longer become party assignments when reading a screenshot. If an upload or screenshot reading fails, you'll see what needs attention, such as your sign-in, guild access, upload allowance, or an unavailable reading service.

Discord role sync

Class and profession role previews now check members one at a time to avoid flooding Discord with requests. If a member's roles cannot be checked, you'll see an incomplete preview with member names and a Retry preview button. Sync waits for those checks to succeed before changing any roles.

Forge

Find your next Aion 2 upgrade in Forge's new Item Database. Browse by item category, grade, or patch date, search by name, and switch between a compact table and an icon grid. Hover over an item to inspect its stats and Soul Imprints, or open its own page to compare enhancement and amplification levels. Share the link to keep your selected level, inspect Soulstone and Theostone slots, and check crafting materials or known item sources.

Throne and Liberty now has an Item Database in Forge too. Browse equipment, runes, materials, and more using the same filters and table or grid views. Open an item to compare its stats and traits, inspect available skill cores, and check crafting alternatives and known drop sources. Use the + and − controls to estimate enchanting costs, then share a link with your selected enhancement level. Long lists scroll inside their panels so you can keep the item in view. Potential abilities have skill icons and their own shareable pages, and passive effects appear beside their icons.

Features

Guild leaders can now set a minimum attendance target in Activities → Settings → Attendance. The default is 60% over the rolling 7-day view.

Members below the target get a subtle highlight in Attendance Analytics, while their own attendance cards and dashboards show the same target and status. Members with no eligible activities are left neutral instead of being treated as 0% attendance.

Fixes

Leaving your application button's emoji blank no longer stops you from posting your recruitment message to Discord. Leave it blank for a text-only button. If Discord rejects the message's contents, the error now points you to the application template instead of asking you to keep changing channels.

You can drag members into fixed-roster parties with room available even after someone leaves the guild. Empty positions no longer cause a misleading "multiple primary assignments" error.

You can now choose when parties become visible from a recurring activity's configuration. Keep them hidden until you reveal them, or reveal them automatically before the event. Set the timer to 0 minutes to reveal at the start, and apply your choice to scheduled future events in the series.

Deleting a recurring series now shows how many activities have been removed, with progress kept on the Activities page when you leave or refresh. You can retry interrupted cleanup, and you only see “Series deleted” once it has finished. Other past activities stay in your history. Deletion also finishes when another request has already removed the same activity.

Deleting your guild no longer gets stuck behind an old failed activity deletion when that activity is already gone and its cleanup actions have finished.

Members who leave your guild or community now disappear from upcoming activity rosters and party assignments, including cancelled signups. Older leftover entries are cleaned up automatically. Past attendance stays in your history, and moving between guilds in the same alliance keeps your eligible alliance signups.

Closed loot council sessions no longer leave you with a greyed-out bulk menu. Choose recipients for your selected items, then mark the awards distributed, or close the sessions without an award. You can also cancel closed sessions together. Mixed selections act on the eligible items, and any failed items stay selected so you can retry.

Your Aion 2 Chanters now count toward Support correctly, even if their profiles still had an older automatic role. Deliberate role choices stay in place, and active Discord activity messages refresh when character roles change.

You can create your guild before choosing a game server, including Aion 2 regions whose servers have not been announced. Server is now marked optional, with "Not selected" shown by default.

Features

• YMIR bank imports: Copy your clan-storage loot into a spreadsheet, then import the .xlsx, .csv, or pasted rows from the Deposit Items window. You can fix names, quantities, event sources, dates, and rarities before the whole batch is deposited together.
• Import history: Bank history and CSV exports now keep the event source, original YMIR storage time, normalized UTC time, source row, and spreadsheet name for each imported deposit.
• Duplicate protection: Importing the same sheet into the same guild twice is blocked, while repeated loot rows within one sheet still count separately.

Guilds can now choose Anyone except Not attending for activity check-ins. Members marked Attending or Tentative can check in, and a member with no response can still turn up as a walk-in. Someone who selected Not attending stays excluded unless an officer records them manually.

When attendance changes a member's status, their original RSVP now stays visible beneath the attendance result. Reward reductions show the configured amount, final amount, percentage, and reason, and officers can restore the exact earlier RSVP when correcting attendance. That includes returning a walk-in to no response instead of turning it into a cancellation.

Discord activity posts also keep a consistent visual break between the title and activity details, even when the activity has no description. Shotcaller users get clearer guidance too: Discord voice attendance must be enabled for the activity, but scheduled voice snapshots can stay off.

A full party should not stay full when someone is no longer coming. If a saved party plan fills every slot but an assigned member has declined, cancelled, or been rejected, you can now add a guest in their place.

Active members and members who have not responded keep their reserved slots. If you change your mind, Undo restores the original assignment and party leader.

Removing someone from a party no longer means opening their row menu. In activity parties and fixed-roster party plans, drag an assigned member or guest back to Available Members and drop them there.

The available roster turns into a clear removal target while you drag, even when everyone is already assigned. A shorter trip back to the bench, and no menu hunting required.

Your Daily Agenda now returns to the bottom of its Discord channel when a new cycle begins, pings the roles you selected, and removes the previous cycle's post. Changes during the same cycle still update the new message in place, so the channel stays tidy without silencing tomorrow's notification.

Activity reminders now keep their configured role mentions when you add a custom message. Staff also receive a count-only summary in the guild audit channel after direct-message reminders finish, including how many arrived and how many Discord could not deliver.

Party rosters are cleaner too. Tank, Healer, DPS, and custom role totals now sit beside their column titles instead of repeating under Signed Up, while each subgroup names the selected build or class it represents. If you use grouped names instead, the compact role breakdown remains under Signed Up, so you keep the useful context without the full party layout.

Long histories no longer need a long afternoon of copying rows. Member records, applications, loot workflows, bank inventory and history, treasury activity, and audit logs can now be downloaded as CSV files from their tables.

Each export follows the same filters you are viewing and keeps fetching until the complete matching history is in the file. Existing exports for guild members and applications no longer stop at their old limits either, so the last row makes it out with the first.

Late check-ins stay current

Changing your guild's late check-in threshold now asks whether to save it only as the default for new activities or apply it to every scheduled activity that has not started. Activity edits made while that update is running are left alone.

Scheduled Discord reminders also refresh when the activity begins, so an old Attending button no longer looks available after responses close. If someone taps a stale reminder before it refreshes, Guild Manager updates that message too.

One agenda, one message

Your Daily Agenda now edits the same Discord message when a new agenda cycle begins. Yesterday's agenda no longer leaves another expired post behind in the channel.

Big activities no longer have to turn into a wall of names. Discord signup posts can show totals, names grouped by response, or a roster organized by party role. Larger name lists spread across three columns, and games with configured class emblems use those icons instead of repeating every class name.

Hosts can choose the voice channel where an activity will take place. It appears in the Discord post and gives automatic voice attendance the right channel to snapshot. Aion 2 guilds can also choose Abyss as an activity type.

Activity settings now use the same compact workspace as Guild Settings. Labels, descriptions, inputs, and actions share one alignment across every tab. The Discord editor and preview no longer sit inside an extra side gutter, and reward rows clearly label each amount.

Attendance settings no longer repeat each check-in method as two headings. PIN, screenshot, and Discord voice each have one clear control. Voice attendance enables the /track-activity command, which takes one snapshot when an officer runs it. It does not watch a voice channel continuously. If you want Guild Manager to take that snapshot automatically, turn on the separate automatic voice check and choose when it should run.

Lineage 2 Live characters now choose their current class from the full catalog instead of typing it by hand. Clan setup also offers the current Chronos and Naia servers directly.

Party planning now follows the seven-player limit and understands tank, healer, support, and damage roles from each character's class. Discord activity posts use the matching class emblem, keeping the roster compact without hiding who plays what.

Your Characters no longer disappear from the story when their active days are over. Every signed-in player can now claim a permanent Gaming profile handle, add a short bio, and see their Character lifetimes and verified guild chapters in one place.

Retiring a Character removes it from active play while preserving its history, and you can reactivate it later without reviving former guild memberships. Guilds that keep their identity private stay private, and publishing your profile to the open web remains your choice.

Explore, your Player profile, Guilds, and Communities now share one navigation system. You can move from discovery to day-to-day guild work without losing your place, switch between the groups you manage from the sidebar, and keep your active Character close at hand. Profile setup remains optional and appears as a quiet task instead of blocking urgent guild work.

Throne and Liberty guilds can now arrange Wargames, agree on match details, and turn a confirmed match into a guild activity. Import your fight reports, review the results, and compare performances across matches. Reports start private, and your personal statistics appear publicly only when you choose to share them. You can still withdraw that permission after leaving a guild. Guild members can find shared reports in their Wargames workspace, while team setup and match management stay with the officers.

PvP Rankings now gets you to the guilds faster. Open a server straight from the overview, compare regional boards in wider columns, and check guild details in a compact table or mobile list. Breadcrumbs and update actions stay together without repeated page introductions. Encounter history, guild history, claims, and curator pages now use the same compact layout, with consistent spacing and smaller controls.

Suggesting a Rankings update now takes one form instead of a string of wizard screens. Your guild and server carry over, dates default to today, and extra details stay out of the way until you need them. Fight reports keep match details, teams, evidence, and your explanation together. Curators can open a suggestion, start reviewing it, and choose one decision without working through several competing forms.

Your activity roster now keeps Roster, Not attending, and No response separate. Declined, cancelled, and rejected responses have their own place, with independent search, filters, sorting, and exports, so finding the players you need no longer means hunting through everyone who cannot make it.

Party planners can also add a Guest to any open slot for players outside your guild. Guests can carry a class or build, lead a party, move between groups, and appear in shared rosters, images, exports, and Discord posts without creating a guild member or RSVP. Organizer notes stay private, and guest changes can be undone if someone gets benched by mistake.

Adding someone without an RSVP no longer replaces another planned player while an empty slot is still waiting. Five-player parties can now take their fifth member as expected.

Games with a separate raid size also let you choose Party or Raid when creating a group, then switch the group type from its header. For Aion 2, that means 5-player parties and 10-player raids both fit on the activity board.

Choosing At time on an activity reminder now means that time in your guild's timezone. A reminder set for 13:00 arrives at 13:00, instead of treating your choice as UTC and turning up hours early or late.

This applies to channel reminders and personal reminders. Relative choices such as 24 hours before still count back from the activity start, and Guild Manager now uses the same timezone rules for fixed-time reminders and Daily Agenda schedules.

Scheduled and manual channel reminders now disappear after the activity ends and your chosen auto-delete delay passes. Each reminder keeps its own cleanup timer, so sending several reminders no longer interferes with the main signup post or with one another.

When an activity is completed or cancelled, Guild Manager refreshes each reminder using the latest finish time and auto-delete setting. Discord cleanup is safely retried if the first attempt cannot be completed.

Activity creation and settings now use the same Discord options. Pick the signup channel for one activity or a recurring series. Apply a series change to future activities and any signup posts already sent will move too.

Don't want a Discord signup at all? Turn off Send signup messages to Discord. The activity stays on the schedule and keeps its signups, attendance, and personal reminders. Guild Manager won't send the public signup post or scheduled channel reminders.

Daily Agenda will still pick it up, even when the activity was scheduled in another timezone. Each agenda now covers everything until the next agenda posts, while Discord shows every start time in the reader's own timezone. No more late-night bosses slipping through the crack at midnight.

Legend of YMIR Clans can now make Guild Manager their home. Choose ASIA, NAEU, SA, or Steam, enter your current server, and add characters from all six live classes, including Rune Fighter.

Your member directory keeps Class, Party Role, Level, Collection Progress, and Growth Power together. Officers with gear access can open Growth Power for the full character summary and review up to five equipment screenshots. CSV, JSON, and Discord application summaries use the same YMIR names and numbers.

Changed class in game? Update the same character here and Guild Manager will refresh its party role without losing the character's guild history. Clans can also use the existing Donations and Treasury tools for their Silver, Amber, and Diamond routines.

Alliance Owners can now disband an Alliance without putting either guild or its history at risk. Past activities, attendance, participants, and rewards stay with their host guild, while future activities, recurring events, reminders, signups, and Discord posts are cleared away. Both guilds are then free to create or join another Alliance.

Former members whose Discord membership role was removed can apply again without losing their old guild history. Officers can also amend attendance with the activity permissions they already use, and anyone trusted with Modify Gear Data gets a focused gear editor instead of needing full member-management access. Editing your own character now recognizes you reliably too.

Discord activity posts and channel reminders now use the same compact roster lines. A class appears once in its group, while each signup keeps one class or specialization icon beside the character name.

Guild leaders can also turn gear score on or off under Activity Settings → Communication. The choice applies to new activity messages and reminders, as well as existing messages when they refresh. When shown, the score is just the number—no extra “GS” label taking up space.

Moving members between guilds now checks the full move before committing it and shows the real reason when something needs attention. Guild Owners remain protected from manager moves, while ordinary members no longer get stuck behind a generic “try again” message.

Guild Performance now stays current as time passes. “Most New Members” shows active joins from the last 30 days instead of calling them growth.

Guild Ownership is now clearly separate from the Leader role. A guild can keep several Leaders, and transferring ownership does not add or remove any of those roles. Owners can move their own character between authorized guilds while keeping ownership and owner access, then move back from either guild's member directory. Owners can also search the full active roster for a successor, while Community Owners can recover ownership when needed.

Guild banks, loot rolls, auctions, council sessions, crafting requests, donations, and co-op quest goals now work in every supported game. Where a game has a full item database, nothing changes. In every other game, item pickers are replaced with a simple name field, so you can track exactly what your guild actually uses without fighting an empty search box.

Screenshot deposits got smarter too. Upload or paste an inventory screenshot and detected items land straight in your deposit list, ready to submit. Uploading a second screenshot now adds to your list instead of replacing it, and repeated deposits of the same item stack into one bank row instead of piling up duplicates. ArcheAge Classic players will also notice detected items keep their proper grade, from Basic all the way to Mythic, instead of collapsing to Basic.

ArcheAge Classic character profiles now give you three build tabs. Name each build, choose its three skill trees, and Guild Manager automatically finds the matching official class from all 120 combinations. Ebonsong, Darkrunner, and the rest are quick to recognize wherever your class appears.

Each build keeps its own preferred role, Gear Score, primary marker, and gear screenshots. Existing class, score, and screenshot data is carried into your first build when the update rolls out, so established profiles keep what they already entered.

Member lists now keep your primary class, build count, and Gear Score together. Open that entry to switch through builds and review their class, skill trees, role, score, and screenshots. When signing up for an activity or joining a party plan, choose the exact build you are bringing.

Chasing replies should not turn into a row-by-row clicking marathon. Officers can now select several members in an activity's No Reply table and use the floating actions menu to mark them as attending, attended, late, excused, no-show, bench, or declined in one go.

The No Reply list now follows the same layout as the Participants list, including inline status controls and guild labels for Alliance activities. The Attending option lets you sign someone up on their behalf without pretending they already attended. A small distinction, but a rather important one.

Reviewing a new recruit should not mean guessing what their character actually plays. Application alerts in Discord can now show the useful details configured for that game, such as class, preferred role, progression, and a small set of build highlights.

The summary stays compact so the applicant's answers remain front and centre. Public destinations keep sensitive progression and gear evidence out of sight, while private reviewer destinations can include the extra context your officers have chosen—including one gear screenshot when the applicant has seen and approved exactly what will be shared.

Every game gets an honest fallback, too. If a character has little or no configured data, the application still posts normally with their name instead of filling the alert with mystery values and N/As. Much tidier—no detective cape required.

Loot Council no longer has to chase a candidate through a Discord ticket just to understand how an item fits their build. When you show interest from Guild Manager or Discord, you can now add a comment and attach up to three evidence screenshots. You can come back to edit the comment or add proof later, too.

Your comment and screenshots stay private to you and the council reviewers. The candidate table also uses the same build and gear display and permissions as the member directory, so the council can compare current gear, attendance, currencies, recent loot, and the submitted evidence in one place. Fewer tab-hopping expeditions; more informed decisions.

Application templates no longer have to share a page with every recruitment switch and rule. You can now scan active and archived templates in one compact table, open their links and actions where you need them, and create a new template from the page header.

Recruitment availability and repeat-application rules now live together under Settings → Applications, keeping the template list focused without hiding the controls your officers rely on.

Some character names looked more like ancient runes than something you could actually type. Unfortunately, removing those members asked you to type the name back exactly. Good luck with that.

Removals now use a short confirmation word in your chosen language, whether you're removing one member or tidying up several at once. The safety check stays; the impossible spelling test does not.

The default guild application now asks only for information officers do not already receive during character selection: what the applicant wants from the guild, their availability and time zone, their preferred commitment level, and any optional context.

Guilds that already created their own application template—including archived templates—keep their existing setup and do not receive another default.

Guilds now have a proper default application instead of an empty Quick Join form. It asks applicants about their preferred role or playstyle, availability and time zone, commitment, relevant experience, and anything else officers should know.

The default is a normal guild-owned template, so officers can edit it directly from the existing application settings. Game-specific character details continue to come from each game's configuration.

Members can now use Check In on a Discord activity post, choose one of their eligible characters, and enter the activity PIN without opening the web app.

Discord check-in follows the same PIN, check-in window, and signup requirements as Guild Manager, with clear feedback when the PIN is wrong, the window is closed, or the selected character is not eligible.

Former members can submit a new join application after their previous application is approved, withdrawn, expired, or otherwise closed. Guild officers no longer need to delete useful application history to make someone eligible again.

Application limits are now configured once for the whole guild with clearer One Open Application, Rejection Cooldown, and Multiple Open Applications choices. Join applications and alt-character requests are evaluated separately, full guilds may continue collecting waitlist applications, and cooldowns begin when an application is rejected.

Officers in eligible guilds that enable AI billing and Officer briefing can generate a briefing on Guild Home when there are application reviews, quest approvals, at-risk activities, scheduling gaps, or participation changes they are permitted to see.

Each briefing contains at most three cited signals with a direct link to inspect the source. The feature is read-only, uses the guild's shared AI allowance, and does not save prompts or generated prose; selected opaque evidence keys are retained with usage metadata so feedback can be verified.

Activity signup options now follow the guild's current participation settings. When Tentative is enabled, it appears on both new activities and existing activities that used the previous default response options.

Discord activity posts also show each participant's selected class or build when the roster-style participant display is enabled.

Community dashboards now prioritize work that needs a leader's attention, including pending join requests and applications, billing limits, disconnected integrations, and announcement delivery problems.

The redesigned page also brings community metrics, guilds, upcoming activities, and recent announcements into the same compact layout used by guild dashboards. Members see a simpler view centered on announcements, activities, and the guilds they belong to.

Activity totals and participant names now stay aligned between the website, Discord activity posts, channel reminders, and direct-message reminders, including Alliance activities spanning multiple guilds.

Community Admins can create guild and Alliance-shared activities throughout their community without needing a character in the selected guild. Actions performed as a character still require the appropriate guild membership.

Switching guilds now keeps you in the same section instead of returning to the guild dashboard.

Alliance settings now separate controls for your guild, Alliance governance, roles, audit history, and dangerous actions into focused tabs in the page header.

Protected Alliance roles use the same permissions and member-assignment workspace as guild roles. The Alliance audit log is now a compact, filterable table that loads older history as you browse instead of loading the full history at once.

Guild leaders with the Export Wishlists permission and access to view guild wishlists can now download the entries available to their role from the wishlist overview.

The CSV includes each character, account, item or Potential Ability, category, priority rank, visibility, permitted notes, and the UTC date it was added.

Applications, guild and character wishlists, wishlist approvals, Treasury activity, donation reviews, crafting requests, and recurring activity instances now use the same compact table layout as the member directory.

Summary metrics, filters, loading states, pinned columns, and scrolling remain stable as you move between these guild workflows.

Treasury now keeps the selected currency and audit filters in the URL, shows a rolling 30-day summary, groups officer transaction actions, and makes member transfers safer with searchable balances and before-and-after previews. Officers can also inspect full transaction details and export the filtered ledger as CSV.

Send reminder → Discord channel now creates a new notifying message instead of silently updating or skipping the existing activity post.

Retries keep the same Discord delivery without deleting it or reporting success before the delivered message has been recorded.

Guild and community deletion now keeps durable progress through every cleanup step. Interrupted or overdue scheduled deletions resume automatically, while cancellation safely prevents work that has not started.

Deletion screens now distinguish scheduled work from cleanup in progress. Completion audit entries and emails are created only after the guild or community and its related data have actually been removed.

Creating an auction, loot roll, or loot council session no longer means working through a step-by-step wizard. The important item, timing, and bidding or decision fields stay visible, while less common options remain available in compact sections with a clear summary.

Each form starts from your guild's settings and remembers reusable choices from the last session, such as duration, currency, roll rules, and Discord delivery. Before creating, a consequence summary shows where the workflow will post and whether it will create a roll thread or charge participants.

Character pages now keep the latest uploaded stats, screenshots, build details, and preferences visible after an update. Saving a character also cleans up conflicting saved copies automatically, preventing older details from hiding newer changes.

Activity party rosters can now include planned members who have not responded yet. These reservations stay separate from attendance and capacity counts, can be moved or removed like other assignments, and become active only when the member signs up with the character, build, or class selected by the organizer.

The member list now separates attendees, the active guild roster, and declined or cancelled responses. Organizers can move members without dragging, clear an activity's assignments with a safe Undo, or replace the activity roster with a fresh snapshot of its saved party plan without changing RSVPs or the original plan.

Guild bank deposits can now use the exact item name you entered even when the catalog suggests similar items. This restores deposits for custom, rare, or otherwise unlisted items without forcing them onto an unrelated catalog match.

Automatic Discord voice attendance can once again read channel members reliably. Failed scheduling attempts are recorded for retry instead of appearing successful, and upcoming activities can be safely moved onto the current attendance tracker without duplicate notifications.

Loot councils now support an Interest only decision method for guilds that make allocation decisions outside Guild Manager. Members use the same character-aware interest controls in the app or Discord, then an officer chooses from the interested characters after the timer closes. No votes, vote totals, or anonymous-voting settings appear in these sessions.

Guilds can choose a default decision method in Loot settings and override it when creating each new council session. Existing sessions continue to use council voting.

The council dashboard now opens on active work and separates sessions awaiting an award from awarded, distributed, and historical records. Awarded and distributed items no longer crowd the default view, while filters keep every past session available when needed.

Member profiles now use the compact guild workspace and surface the most useful membership, activity, attendance, reward, and loot information at a glance.

Game-specific details follow each game's configured field order and presentation, including rich build and equipment data where supported. Guild custom fields remain visible, while private gear and character information continue to follow their dedicated permissions. Characters with multiple classes or builds can review each setup independently without exposing raw supporting fields.

Recent member events now open into a dedicated, continuously loading activity table with filters and direct links to the relevant activity or quest.

The member metrics workspace now loads transaction history continuously across every visible metric instead of presenting an incomplete capped total. Period summaries and loot-score ranks also indicate when a result is bounded rather than implying an exact value.

Discord activity messages now find a member's eligible characters even when the activity and membership have reached different stages of the identity migration. This restores sign-ups and declines that incorrectly reported that the activity was unavailable.

Activity attendance tracking from Discord also continues to recognize member permissions before and after the related guild, user, and character references migrate.

Party compositions now load correctly for activities that have already moved to the new identity system. Organizers can once again view and manage party assignments, including character classes and party roles, without the page remaining on its loading state.

Alliance activity sign-ups now consistently use the responding character's guild membership. This fixes calendar and dashboard responses from allied guilds, as well as Discord sign-ups that previously only worked for members of the guild hosting the activity.

No extra role is required. The activity remains owned and managed by its host guild, while each response is authorized and recorded through the member's own active guild membership in the alliance.

Members of an allied guild could not see or sign up for alliance activities. Seeing an activity now only needs the ordinary permission to view activities, so nobody has to be granted anything extra. This also applies to signing up and checking in from Discord, which failed for the same reason.

Creating an activity or a party plan now asks whether it belongs to your guild or to the Alliance, instead of depending on which page you started from. It defaults to your guild, and the Alliance option only appears if your Alliance role allows it. Alliance announcements are still delivered exactly as before.

Your guild's own pages now simply include the alliance. Activities and party plans show alliance content alongside your own, each row marked with the owning guild's colour and an Alliance badge, and you can narrow the view with the filter above the list. The separate mode switch is gone. Your members list still shows your own guild by default.

The source filters are also easier to read: selected sources are filled and ticked, unselected ones are dimmed and outlined, and the row tells you when you are seeing everything.

Alliance no longer has its own separate section with duplicate copies of Activities, Roster and Party plans. Those pages now live where you already work: open your guild's Activities, Members or Parties page and switch the scope from your guild to the alliance. Everything stays where you left it — the scope always starts on your own guild, and guilds that are not in an alliance see no change at all.

Alliance settings used to be split across two places that were both called "Alliance settings". They are now a single page under Settings, with your guild's own participation choices in one section and alliance-wide governance in another. You only see the governance section if your alliance role allows it, so it is now obvious which decisions are yours and which belong to the alliance.

Communities gained a combined schedule. If you lead more than one guild in the same community, you can now see every guild's activities on one page without needing an alliance at all. You only see schedules from guilds you already have access to.

Older links that pointed at the previous alliance pages, including ones posted to Discord before this change, no longer work. Open the alliance from your guild's pages instead.

The alliance calendar can now show each participating guild's activities alongside alliance events. You can filter the calendar by activity source to focus on the guilds and events you need.

Guilds control this with a new Activity schedule sharing setting, which is off by default. Allied guilds see only the time and type of a shared activity, never who signed up. Your own guild's activities always appear on the alliance calendar.

Splitting a guild in two used to force an unpleasant choice. If you wanted attendance and DKP standings to start from zero, the only option was to reset activities, which deleted every raid you had scheduled and every recurring template you had built. Guilds ended up rebuilding their whole calendar just to get clean reports.

Guild reset now separates history from the things you set up. Six new options, each with its own preview count and its own permission check:

Past activities deletes activities that have already finished, along with their check-ins, parties, and rewards. Scheduled activities and recurring templates stay exactly as they are, so next week's raids still run and attendance reports start empty.

Metric history (DKP) deletes every reward metric transaction and decay record. Previously the only reward metric option set balances to zero and kept the full transaction log forever, so member profiles still showed years of history. You can now clear the log, zero the balances, or do both.

Loot history deletes loot award records and cached loot scores, plus roll and council sessions that have already been closed or cancelled. Open sessions are left alone so nothing in progress is disturbed. Loot awards previously survived every reset, which meant loot scores stayed skewed by the old guild's distributions.

Bank history deletes deposit and withdrawal records while keeping your bank tabs and everything in them.

Leave of absence deletes leave records. This one matters more than it sounds: leave is subtracted from attendance reports, so leftover records from the old roster keep quietly excluding people from the numbers.

Gear checks clears outstanding gear check requests and completions so the next round starts fresh.

We also fixed a related problem while building this. An activity was only ever marked "completed" if at least one person checked in, so raids that nobody attended stayed marked as scheduled indefinitely — one guild had activities from six days earlier still sitting in the upcoming state. Past activities are now identified by when they actually ended rather than by their status, so those are correctly treated as history.

Changing the day or time of a recurring activity and applying it to this and all future activities now updates the whole series. Future activities no longer stay on the old day. The activity editor also links straight to the recurring schedule, where you can change how often it repeats.

Moving a character to another guild now brings their wishlist with them. If they already started a list in the new guild, the two are merged without losing notes or items. Officers can review anything that doesn't fit the new guild's rules afterwards, instead of asking the player to start over.

Discord role changes now reliably land. Confirming a role sync from the preview works again, roles that fail to apply are retried, and anything skipped is recorded so it can be looked into instead of being reported as done. When someone has a role in Guild Manager but not in Discord, the sync simply grants the Discord role.

Automatic voice check-in now works for guilds that use their community's Discord connection instead of connecting Discord themselves. Those guilds were skipped entirely, so nobody was marked as attended and no summary was posted.

Resetting a guild's activity data now finishes clearing check-ins, parties, rewards, reminders, and attendance before reporting success, so reports refresh straight away. The participant action inside an activity also reads "Cancel sign-up" again, matching what it actually does.

Saving an activity no longer puts you on a timeout. Editing an activity used to spend the budget reserved for whole-guild operations, so the second save within half an hour was refused — which made setting up a repeating activity, where you save a few times in a row, almost impossible.

Opening a page that loads Discord channels or roles no longer counts against the budget your next save needs. Those lookups only read from Discord, so they now have their own allowance.

Retrying a save that failed is no longer harder than the original save, and deleting or resetting things one at a time no longer locks the button for minutes.

When you genuinely do go too fast, the message now tells you how long to wait in plain terms instead of quoting a number of seconds.

The Community Members list now looks and works like the Guild Members list, with faster name search and the same filters and bulk actions.

Each member now shows whether they are active, inactive, or pending in each of their guilds. Officers can change that straight from the list.

Inactive members can be moved to another guild for the same game. They leave the old guild and become active in the new one.

You can now set the default role next to your Discord role settings, and role pickers show the right names and colors.

Deleting a repeating activity now asks whether to remove just that event or the whole series, and takes you back to your activity list afterwards.

Repeating activities now keep their settings. Before, only the first event stayed shared with your alliance and kept its Discord roles, and the rest lost both. Every event in the series now shows up on the alliance calendar and assigns the Discord roles you picked.

Community settings and guild, community, and alliance roles now use cleaner, more consistent layouts. Permissions are easier to find, pending changes are clearer, Discord controls are better organized, and role editor tabs stay within the editor without an extra scrollbar.

Alliance rosters and party planning are faster and easier to scan, with clearer guild markers and layouts that work better across screen sizes.

Discord activity announcements now work reliably for non-alliance activities, role previews stay accurate on large servers, and member moves explain when someone can't be moved.

Running Sync Roles from guild settings now actually grants Discord roles for mappings set to two-way (bidirectional) sync. Previously only mappings set strictly to App → Discord pushed roles into Discord, so the preview could keep showing the same members as "gaining" after every sync.

The Role Sync Preview now counts each linked Discord account once per role, so its numbers line up with Discord's role member counts even when a player has several characters. On very large Discord servers, the preview tells you when it only covers the first 1,000 members.

Sync results are more honest too: across role, class, and profession sync, members who left the Discord server or roles that no longer exist are no longer counted as successful changes, and audit log entries are only written when a Discord role actually changed.

Most of the app now shares one compact design. Guild Bank, Auctions, Loot Rolls, Loot Council, Leave of Absence, and Gear Check use the same fast layout: quick stats, filter tabs with counts, and consistent tables with color-coded statuses. Members, Loot, Loot Score, Priority Tiers, and Discord settings were reorganized into simple, scannable rows.

Creating auctions, loot rolls, and council sessions takes fewer steps, with clearer card-style choices. Loot Council is much simpler: voting is one click with an optional reason, officers can add several candidates at once, and the council list supports bulk open, close, and cancel. Gear Check gets one-click requests for everyone or only non-fresh members, plus bulk actions.

Fixes: dropdowns that showed internal IDs instead of names, council session creation failing, menu options that did nothing when clicked, misaligned tables, and cleaner links for auctions, rolls, and council sessions.

Creating a Loot Council session now walks you through the same guided steps as Auctions and Loot Rolls: pick the item with the standard item search (no more pasting item IDs), set the voting window with date pickers, choose vote visibility and the Discord channel, restrict eligibility with a proper character picker instead of comma-separated IDs, and optionally set a price.

Loot Council also moved into the Loot section of the guild sidebar, next to Auctions and Loot Rolls, instead of hiding under "More".

The entire Loot Council area — session list, session page, countdowns, and the new creation wizard — plus the sidebar section labels are now fully translated into Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.

Guilds can now resolve loot through a Loot Council, joining Auctions and Loot Rolls as a third way to distribute guild bank items. Officers start a council session straight from the bank, optionally with a note, a deadline, a price, and eligibility lists.

Members raise their hand from the session page or with the new "Show interest" button on the Discord post. Council members with the new voting permission then cast one vote per session — publicly or anonymously, chosen when the session is created — with an optional reason, and can change their vote until voting closes. Councilors who show interest in an item sit out that session's vote.

The session page puts every candidate side by side: class and build with game icons, attendance over a selectable 7, 14, or 30-day window, point balances, recent loot received, and loot score. Votes stay advisory — an officer makes the final award, which lands in the member's loot history and can be priced in any configured point metric.

Configure the Discord channel in Discord Settings, and set council defaults (vote visibility and voting duration) in Loot Settings. Three new guild permissions control managing sessions, voting, and viewing the council area.

Party plans created for an Alliance now belong to the Alliance itself. Authorized planners can build and edit fixed and role plans together using active rosters from every member guild, then keep plans as drafts until they are ready to publish for the whole Alliance.

Alliance activities can use these Alliance-owned plans alongside plans from the host guild. Party plans that guilds shared previously remain ordinary guild plans, so each guild keeps control of its existing work.

Guild party plans can now be shared with your Alliance. Use shared fixed, role, and build plans when creating or updating Alliance activities, with each plan clearly marked by its owning guild.

When a shared plan includes members from allied guilds, organizers can see the character details those guilds choose to share for party organizing. Private roster details stay private, while the Alliance workspace provides a single place to browse and moderate shared party plans.

Activity Boards and Daily Agendas now include shared activities from your Alliance by default. Each publisher has its own setting, so managers can keep either Discord schedule guild-only when needed.

Alliance activities in these messages now open their Alliance activity page. Activity Settings also uses the same workspace, section headers, navigation, and surfaces as the newest Guild Settings pages.

Party planners can now keep party plans as private drafts while they work. Fixed member lineups, role loadouts, and build loadouts each have a visibility setting: share the plan with guild members, or limit it to members who can manage party plans.

New and duplicated party plans start as drafts, so organizers can adjust parties, assignments, roles, and builds without exposing unfinished plans. Publish a plan to the guild whenever it is ready.

The guild member list and Alliance roster now share the same compact workspace design as the latest dashboard and activity pages. Summary statistics, search and filters, table headers, denser rows, loading states, and responsive layouts are easier to scan while continuing to respect roster visibility and permission rules. The Alliance roster also loads continuously as you browse.

The Alliance roster and guild member list now keep the same compact headers, pinned member details, column resizing, hover behavior, and row density. Alliance now opens directly to shared activities, keeping navigation focused on the operational pages members use.

Alliance Activities now uses the same full-bleed sections, surfaces, calendar, filters, and activity table patterns as guild activities. Shared activities also have dedicated detail pages with Alliance-scoped participant visibility.

Alliance settings now follow the Guild Settings layout across General, Roles & permissions, Guilds & invitations, Activity delivery, Audit log, and Danger zone. Equivalent section headers use consistent surfaces, while warning and destructive colors are reserved for states that need special attention.

Guild General, Discord, Reward Systems, and Leave of Absence settings now share the same compact workspace layout. Page actions and section tabs stay in the breadcrumb bar, leaving more room for settings and making related pages easier to scan.

Dashboard section headers for attendance, announcements, recent activity, and top members now use the same raised surface, making equivalent content areas feel visually consistent.

Activity party pages now show static party plan members in their intended slots before they respond. When members sign up they become regular assignments, while organizers can still move or replace planned members as needed. Recurring activities also keep the selected party plan on every occurrence.

Guilds can now decide whether activities held during a recorded Leave of Absence affect a member’s attendance. Turn on Include Activities During LoA in Attendance to treat those activities like any others—including missed activities. Leave it off to exclude activities that happened during the member’s LoA from attendance statistics.

Changing this setting updates both future attendance and existing attendance history, so the guild’s statistics consistently follow its current preference. Existing guilds keep the previous behavior, with activities during LoA excluded, until the setting is turned on.

Leave of Absence settings now use the same compact, easy-to-scan layout as General settings, with clearer sections and the save action in a consistent location.

Community roles can now receive carefully scoped access to individual guilds. Officers can schedule activities or handle other selected duties in another guild without joining its in-game roster or becoming community administrators. Community-level access is also shown as a subtle breadcrumb indicator instead of a full-page alert.

Moving a character between community guilds now closes the previous guild membership cleanly. Moving someone back no longer leaves their earlier membership visible as a duplicate roster entry. Inactive memberships remain tied to their current guild, while former memberships stay available as history without appearing in rosters or character guild summaries.

The Danger zone is now visible to members who have the dedicated Reset Guild Data or Delete Guild permission. Reset and delete access can be granted independently, while ownership transfer remains restricted to the guild owner.

Selective resets now follow each system’s current cleanup rules. Active activities and auctions are cancelled safely, reserved auction bids are refunded, guild wishlist history and imports are scoped correctly, administrators and system roles are preserved, party presets include their drafts and assignments, and reward balances are reset with auditable adjustments that retain transaction history. Full guild deletion also rechecks the requester’s permission before a scheduled deletion runs and drains guild-owned data in bounded cleanup steps.

Community member management now includes a “Not in any guild” filter and safe bulk removal with an impact preview, progress, and partial-failure reporting. Application reviewers can also approve a shared application directly into another active guild for the same game, so the member receives that guild’s default roles without being added to the application’s original guild first.

Moving a member between guilds now also imports destination-guild roles they already hold in Discord when those roles use Discord-to-app or bidirectional synchronization.

Members are now removed from static party presets and activity parties when their guild membership becomes inactive or ends. This also clears party leadership where needed while preserving their activity response history.

Officers can also remove existing stale party assignments even when the member is already inactive, no longer belongs to the guild, or their character has been deleted.

Guilds can now configure multiple default roles. Every default role is assigned when an application is accepted or a member moves in from another guild, while roles from application templates are still added on top. This makes it possible to combine a shared game role with a guild-specific role and keep both synchronized during guild transfers.

Activity creation, activity settings, and recurring activity templates now use one “Who can check in?” control. Choose whether any guild member, members who responded, or only members marked Attending can check in.

Deleting a loot roll or auction bid with “Allow Again” enabled now makes the participation action available again immediately.

When retry is not allowed, the loot detail page now consistently explains why another roll or bid cannot be submitted.

Discord posting is working again for crafting requests, loot rolls, and auctions.

Guild Manager will retry a post if Discord is temporarily unavailable.

You can now post or repost individual loot rolls and auctions from their action menus. Reposting replaces the previous Discord message and roll thread with an up-to-date post.

You can also post or repost multiple loot rolls or auctions at once, with progress shown while they are being sent.

Bulk action menus now match the full selection. Auctions, loot rolls, Guild Bank items, members, and leave requests only show actions that can be safely applied to every selected row, including resolve, reopen, open or close early, cancel, undo resolution, and mark as distributed where relevant.

Loot roll posts now have a clearer title and use “Status” instead of “Lifecycle.”

Discord activity posts now use the configured activity artwork instead of repeating the guild name and logo. Activity titles are cleaner, and signup lists show each member's class or build with its icon and without square brackets.

Loot roll and auction creation, cancellation, reopening, and deletion are now more reliable when a connection is interrupted. Refresh any already-open Guild Manager tabs to use the updated operations. Party roster posts now keep each party compact by listing only assigned characters, along with the class or build that matters for their game and its configured Discord icon when available. Slot names and repeated empty rows no longer crowd the roster.

The monthly activities calendar now has more room for event details, while the table keeps a useful minimum viewing area on shorter screens. Changing calendar views or filters no longer replaces the entire calendar toolbar with a loading skeleton, and hover feedback across the latest dashboard and settings surfaces is calmer and more intentional.

Guild settings now use clearer sections, more consistent form controls, and a smoother tab switcher. Updated spacing, borders, and responsive layouts make both general settings and custom fields easier to review and edit on desktop and mobile.

English auction auto-bids now increase your bid when another member takes the lead, up to the maximum you selected.

Guild invites now use a clearer sharing dialog with a copy-ready application link, compact template status, and streamlined Discord roster tools.

Activity details now surface the event status, schedule, participation, response, party setup, and attendance workflow in a clearer compact layout. Configuration, rewards, linked videos, and the Audit Log now use the same streamlined workspace design, with roomier tabs that remain easy to navigate while long tables scroll.

Attendance tables now keep their headers and pinned columns in the correct layer while scrolling.

Officers can now see interest in each auction or loot roll at a glance. Simple icons show how many members want the item, how many marked it as a high priority, and how many placed a bid or roll. Hover over an icon for a quick explanation.

When an auction or loot roll ends without a winner, officers can choose what happened to the item: assign it to a member or mark it as sold on the market. No more choosing a winner when there wasn't one.

Made a mistake? Either choice can be undone. Items sold from the Guild Bank are removed automatically and returned if the action is undone.

Star Citizen Guild Bank search now includes equipment, components, materials, and other items that are not commodities. Items such as Irradiated Valakkar Fang can now be found and deposited through the normal item search.

Screenshot deposits now clearly separate confirmed matches from items that need attention. Uncertain or similarly named items wait for your choice instead of silently selecting the wrong result.

If an item truly is not listed, you can keep its name as a custom bank item after reviewing it. Custom items can be withdrawn, distributed to a member, auctioned, or used in a loot roll. Wishlist matching becomes available after a manager connects the custom item to the right catalog entry.

Deposits now use a simple Add Items and Review Deposit flow, so the destination, quantities, and item choices can be checked before saving. If saving fails, your reviewed deposit stays in place so you can try again without starting over.

The bank inventory is easier to scan on every screen size. Desktop tables use space more efficiently, while phones and narrow windows show a dedicated item list instead of sideways scrolling. Withdrawing an item is now clearly separate from a manager's permanent correction action.

Members with permission can also open a dedicated Bank History to review deposits, withdrawals, distributions, moves, corrections, and catalog links. Multi-item deposits stay grouped together, and an item's original custom name remains visible after it is connected to the catalog.

The guild member directory now opens with character names ordered A to Z. Sorting by member, gear score, points, join date, or status applies to the complete roster, including members who are not yet visible on screen.

High-ranking members no longer disappear from points-sorted results just because they joined earlier than the first loaded page.

Sorting in leave-of-absence, activity attendance, and attendance analytics tables now also applies before results are split into pages, including class, level, check-in method, status, and attendance-count sorts.

The mobile app's navigation is now cleaner and takes up less space. Bottom navigation uses compact icons without labels, and the main menu has its own separate action with a clearer glass surface and subtle edge separation. The active character can now be switched directly from the menu, keeping the app's guild context close at hand.

Screen titles now stay in the same position throughout the app, with less empty space above them. Header bars use a soft blur that fades into scrolling content instead of an opaque background. Glass-style controls also have a softer appearance without the bright edge that previously looked like a border.

Account settings, notifications, histories, and detail views now open above the current tab with a consistent back button and title. Returning takes you through the screens you visited and back to the tab where you started.

Home now works as a concise daily briefing instead of repeating the app's navigation. Activities and loot that need attention appear first, upcoming guild events share a clear timeline, and attendance and reward standing remain easy to scan. Activity badges show your current response instead of repeating that the event is upcoming. Activities, loot, and character progress now use the same compact glass panels and controls as Home. Empty, loading, refresh, and connection states are also clearer.

The former Stats tab is now a Character hub focused on the selected character's progress. Attendance and the primary reward balance share one concise summary, Wishlist is a dedicated stack screen instead of a competing tab, and recent activity, reward, and loot outcomes form one chronological history. Character identity details have moved into the menu, where they remain available without crowding the everyday view.

Activity details now use the same compact glass layout and distinguish response totals from members attending. Party and roster rows show member profile pictures, preserve separate class and build icons when available, and use subtle role-colored accents so group composition is easier to scan.

Auction and loot roll details now show their item, timing, rules, participation, and results in a clearer glass layout. Live controls only appear while an event is actually open, and a precise countdown replaces ambiguous status placement.

The ranking update form now opens over the rankings you are viewing, so contributors can suggest a change without losing their place on the board.

Members can once again use Sign Up, Tentative, and Can't Make It directly from activity posts and reminders. Guild leaders do not need to change any settings.

Guild leaders can now customize Discord activity posts and direct reminders from Activities → Settings → Communication.

Choose a Compact, Standard, or Party roles layout, then decide which activity details to include, how participants are shown, and what the signup buttons say. The live preview shows how the message will look in a channel or direct message before you save.

Members only see signup buttons they can currently use. When an activity is full, the signup button can offer the waitlist; after signups close, the buttons are hidden. Direct reminders also show each member their current response without displaying it in the public channel post.

If your guild requires a reason for declining a mandatory activity, Discord now asks for it when the member responds.

Your choices apply to new posts and reminders. Existing reminders pick up the latest appearance when a member next responds using them.

New Discord-backed loot roll sessions now post every accepted roll to their thread in order. Hidden rolls show who participated and which priority they used without revealing the number early, and failed Discord deliveries can recover without affecting the roll itself.

Loot roll messages now use one clear lifecycle line instead of repeating the status and time. Open sessions show the top five current standings, while completed sessions show a compact final summary and point members to the thread for the full history.

Officers can also see when Discord sync needs attention and safely retry recoverable deliveries from the roll session.

Guild Manager now has a native mobile foundation for iOS and Android. Discord sign-in uses the same account as the web app, device sessions are protected by the system Keychain or Keystore, and guild data stays connected in real time.

This first release establishes system-native navigation, a polished mobile sign-in experience, secure authentication, and the shared data connection that future mobile guild workflows will build on.

Class icon changes now flow through to every affected guild member automatically. Member directories no longer keep an older or missing icon after a game's class configuration is updated.

Throne and Liberty classes now use transparent two-weapon icons, making each weapon combination recognizable at a glance in the member list.

Guild Manager now has a public Tools area for community-maintained game intelligence. Tools are organized by game so new rankings, news, and other community resources can receive stable, shareable pages over time.

The first tool foundation is Throne and Liberty PvP Rankings. Its public overview, region, and server pages show only reviewed coverage, explain assessment freshness and methodology, and keep qualitative statuses readable without relying on color alone.

Signed-in players can now suggest status and alliance updates with supporting context for curator review. Assigned curators receive a visual board editor with staged changes, a floating publish menu, and a realtime submission queue, while administrators can grant regional or tool-wide curator access.

Curators can now manage the complete active guild list from a compact editor. Add or remove guilds, correct names, move guilds between servers, and update status, alliance, or transfer readiness from one dense table before publishing the staged changes together.

Alliances are now tracked as persistent board identities with dated guild memberships instead of repeated text labels. Curators can define and rename alliances, assign guilds from the compact board editor, and review consent-based requests to verify a Guild Manager Alliance without exposing its private roster.

Guild leaders can select their current game server and request a verified link between their Guild Manager guild and an existing board position. Active paid guilds in active communities and outside a trial can receive private match suggestions when they are publicly listed, have accountable ownership, and have at least two active members; suggestions never publish or influence a ranking. Free guilds can still request verification manually.

Published name, server, status, alliance, and transfer-readiness changes now retain dated history. Recent attributed changes are visible when a guild is expanded on the regional board, with a complete public history available for deeper review. Curators can also end a verified Guild or Alliance link without deleting its past verification record.

Ranking and history pages now show clear loading and recovery states instead of appearing empty when data is delayed. Guild history has a stable public address, curator-only realtime views wait for access confirmation, and verified links require confirmation before removal.

Regional boards use a wider, responsive multi-server view so guild names and competitive groups are easy to compare at a glance without hidden horizontal scrolling. Select a guild to reveal its assessment context, alliance, review freshness, and verified Guild Manager profile without leaving the board. Server pages now use the same compact header so the board is visible sooner.

The Tools catalog now lists games instead of individual tools, with game artwork and a direct path to every tool available for that game. Tool and ranking pages also use clearer descriptions, simpler review language, and more descriptive page titles so players can understand and find them more easily.

Throne and Liberty players can now use a Gear Watermark Calculator to estimate their hidden gear level, likely drop levels, and the category worth improving next. The Gate of Memory Timer & Answers tool shows estimated upcoming openings in each player’s local time, then keeps the complete Earth’s Memory answer list in a scrollable, searchable panel. Both tools use compact, task-focused layouts, clearly label community estimates, and are available from the Throne and Liberty tools page.

Region boards use a dense all-server view on desktop and the same information in stacked sections on mobile. Archived coverage is clearly marked as no longer maintained, while unpublished working data remains private.

The Guild Bank now uses the same compact, continuously loading layout as the newest member and loot workflows. Bank tabs, filters, sorting, item status, and row actions stay available while the inventory updates live.

Selecting bank items now opens a floating action menu at the bottom of the screen. The menu groups only the actions that apply to the selected items, including starting or managing loot rolls and auctions, marking deliveries, and removing items.

Bulk-selection controls across member, leave-of-absence, wishlist, auction, and loot-roll tables now use the same floating menu pattern, keeping the table toolbar stable while actions remain easy to reach.

Officer action menus are available again on auction and loot-roll rows. No-winner items can now be inspected, reopened, assigned to a recipient, or removed without forcing distribution as the only next step.

Auction and loot-roll rows now open their workflow details consistently on desktop and mobile. Linked Guild Bank rows do the same when you have permission to view the associated workflow, while controls inside each row remain independently clickable.

Moving a character to another guild in the same community and game now removes the old guild's synchronized Discord roles and grants the new guild's default and active-status roles. Roles shared through the same Discord server are left untouched when the effective role does not change.

Guild transfers now close pending and active leaves of absence, release crafting work assigned to the departing character, update their default guild when appropriate, and remove them from current guild-only activities and parties while preserving attendance history.

When both guilds belong to the same Alliance, current Alliance-shared activity signups and party assignments stay in place. Alliance permission roles remain tied to the original guild membership and are revoked during the transfer; they are never silently copied to the new guild.

Auction and loot-roll lists now update delivery status immediately after an officer marks an item as distributed. Officers can select multiple completed items and mark them as distributed together.

Closed auctions and loot rolls without a winner now remain visible in the current officer workflow. Their action is now Distribute, which lets an officer choose the guild member who received the item and records that recipient in the loot history.

Guild bank rows now show whether an item belongs to an auction or loot roll, and both the type and status link directly to that distribution—even after it is closed, cancelled, or distributed.

Paginated activity, analytics, application, discovery, insight, loot, member-directory, leave-of-absence, and wishlist lists now react immediately to live changes while keeping their loaded pages. Loot history is ordered by the most recent activity, and sticky table headers now stay above item artwork while scrolling.

Alliances now appear as a sidebar section only for members who can participate, with dedicated Overview, Activities, Roster, and permission-aware Settings destinations. Guild-owned Alliance choices—including creation, roster sharing, activity delivery, and withdrawal—now live under Guild Settings → Alliance.

Creating an Alliance uses a guided onboarding flow, while joining remains private and link-only. Alliance capacity is determined securely from the Lead guild’s community, and member guilds no longer need a matching subscription just to participate.

Guild Settings → Alliance now presents the guild’s relationship, roster privacy, activity announcements, withdrawal options, and past history in a clearer settings layout. Alliance creation has also been simplified into three focused steps with plain-language privacy choices and a complete final review.

Alliance authority is now assigned to individual members through protected permission roles instead of being implied by a guild’s Lead or Member relationship. The updated access checks also keep restricted or over-capacity Alliances understandable without unexpectedly removing participating guilds.

Alliance Settings now uses dedicated, linkable sections for general policies, role assignments, guilds and invitations, delivery, audit history, and owner-only actions. Authorized leaders can assign or revoke the protected Administrator and Activity Coordinator roles, and review consolidated Alliance governance history without exposing a guild’s detailed sharing choices.

Guild managers can now review the retained governance history for Alliances they were authorized to access before those Alliances disbanded. Past Alliance history is available from Guild Settings → Alliance, even when the guild is not currently affiliated with an Alliance.

When an Alliance is temporarily restricted, everyday Alliance management is now clearly paused while roster viewing, guild privacy, withdrawal, and owner recovery options remain available. When an Alliance is over capacity, existing guilds can keep working together and invitation controls clearly explain why new links are unavailable. Alliance Settings is also easier to use on smaller screens, and the first invitation action now opens the right settings section directly.

If a host guild leaves an Alliance or an Alliance disbands, affected participants now receive personal recovery notices in Notifications and their guild Activities page. These notices retain the activity summary and let participants safely cancel their own participation when it remains available.

Alliance Activity Coordinators can now remove a shared activity from Alliance visibility without changing the host guild’s original activity, participants, or attendance records.

Guild Settings now loads Discord channels, Discord roles, Shotcaller status, and general settings directly from the current backend, eliminating stale legacy requests when moving between settings pages. Existing guild roles can also be safely reconciled with the new Alliance access defaults so eligible managers see Guild Settings → Alliance immediately.
