v1.33.7
Build preference signups

  • Albion Character Defaults: Albion characters can save up to five preferred guild builds, which are used to prefill activity signups and Discord RSVP defaults.
  • Guild Build Cleanup: Archived builds are skipped for new defaults, and removed builds are cleared from saved preferences, signups, and build-based party slots.
  • Party Planning Views: Activity parties and preset pages now have cleaner panels, denser slot lists, and clearer assignment states for faster setup.
v1.33.6
Currency transfer flow
Treasury setup is smoother, and members can send or deposit currencies directly from their wallet.

  • Member Treasury Deposits: Members can deposit currency from their own balance into the guild treasury.

Improvements

  • Treasury Actions: Treasury member movements now use clearer Send to member and Receive from member wording.
  • Currency Display: In-game currencies now show their currency code instead of looking like real-money dollar amounts.
  • Currency Metric Rules: New currencies now follow reward metric limits, duplicate-label checks, and metric audit history.

Fixes

  • Treasury Setup: Creating a currency now creates its main treasury account automatically, so the treasury balance appears right away.
v1.33.5
Party preset permission fixes
Members with view-only party or build access can now open the relevant pages without edit access.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Party Presets: Members with View Party Presets can now open flexible loadout pages without needing edit permissions.
  • Builds: Albion guilds now have separate build permissions, so members can view build lists and build-based party plans without edit access while create, edit, deactivate, and delete actions stay limited to the matching permissions.
v1.33.4
Treasury and alliance activity updates
Track guild currencies and control how alliance activity announcements are shared.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

Features

  • Guild Treasury: Track guild currency balances, deposits, withdrawals, expenses, payouts, member contributions, adjustments, and ledger history in one place.
  • Custom Currencies: Add currencies such as aUEC or Lucent with their own names, codes, and decimal settings.
  • Treasury Permissions: Choose who can view or manage treasury balances and transactions.
  • Alliance Activities: Create activities that are shared with your alliance directly from the activity flow.

Improvements

  • Alliance Discord Delivery: Alliances can choose whether activity announcements post to the host guild, every opted-in guild, one shared channel, or nowhere.
  • Guild Announcement Controls: Individual guilds can opt out of alliance activity announcements or choose their own alliance activity channel.
  • Clearer Activity Setup: Alliance activity creation now explains how Discord announcements will be delivered before the activity is created.
  • Party Presets: Member lineups and role loadouts now live on one page with a single creation flow, making it clearer which kind of party plan to create.
  • Party Preset Setup: Games with build support now show build loadouts as their own setup choice, separate from role loadouts.
  • Activity Parties: Build-based activity parties now focus on selected builds instead of showing unnecessary role filters and role slots.
  • Build Party Slots: Empty build slots now appear as individual drop targets with the build weapon and gear icons, making it easier to fill a specific slot.
  • Build Preset Builder: Build rows now show the rest of the selected gear beside the build name, so officers can identify loadouts without opening each build.
  • Activity Signups: Build-based activities now require members to choose one of the builds allowed for that activity when signing up.
  • Calendar Signups: Calendar activity popovers now open a build picker before attending build-based activities.
  • Calendar Popovers: Activity popovers are wider and better grouped, with a fully clickable event header.

Fixes

  • Alliance Updates: Creating, joining, inviting, editing, or leaving an alliance now refreshes alliance pages immediately so the latest changes appear without a manual reload.
  • Calendar Responses: Activity popover response buttons now correctly show the current RSVP state, including waitlisted signups.
  • Activity Parties: Build-slot member cards now stay in their slot position, show the build required by that slot, and raid-sized build groups show their full raid capacity.
  • Party Preset Builder: Dragging builds or roles from the sidebar no longer causes the available list to scroll sideways.
  • Party Presets: Deleting a static party preset from the parties page now opens the delete confirmation instead of navigating to the preset.
v1.33.2
Alliance sidebar link
The guild sidebar now includes Alliances.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Alliance navigation: Alliances now appear in the guild sidebar, so you can open them without typing the URL.

  • Alliance members: Search and browse alliance members more easily.
  • Alliance settings: Invitations and important actions are clearer and easier to manage.

Fixes

  • Guild resets: Resetting a guild now handles alliance changes more smoothly.
  • Alliance invitations: Joining an alliance from an invitation is more reliable.
  • Activity declines: Declining an activity now works reliably for guilds using build sign-ups.
v1.33.0
Albion builds, build-based parties & raids
Define your guild's accepted Albion builds with full gear + ability sheets, sign up for events with a specific build, require builds on party slots, and run Albion-sized parties (6) and raids (20) — plus preset dialogs and a round of alliance hardening.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

Features

  • Albion build management: Guilds can now define their accepted builds on a new Builds page — a full equipment sheet (Main Hand, Offhand, Head, Chest, Feet, Cape, Food) plus the ability loadout (Q, W, D, R, F and the weapon passive). Items and abilities are searched live from Albion's item catalogue, with icons, tiers, and enchantments. Two-handed weapons automatically clear the off-hand.
  • Build-based event sign-ups: For Albion, players sign up to an event by choosing one of the guild's accepted builds — capturing exactly what they'll bring per event, separate from their character profile ("you are what you wear").
  • Build-specific party slots: A party preset slot can now require a specific build instead of a role. Officers choose which builds are allowed for the slot, members signing up are limited to a matching build, and the roster shows each open slot's accepted builds.
  • Albion party & raid sizes: Albion parties now hold up to 6 players (was 5) and raids are organised as groups of parties up to 20 players, matching the in-game raid frame.

Improvements

  • Enable or disable builds: Hide a build from event sign-ups by deactivating it instead of deleting it — deactivated builds move to a separate section and can be re-enabled at any time.
  • Builds page: A guild's builds are now grouped by role with larger, easier-to-read gear and ability icons.
  • Party Presets: Creating static and role presets now opens in a dialog, so you can start a new preset without leaving the presets list.
  • Alliance Invitations: Alliance invites now verify guild eligibility, game compatibility, and available alliance capacity before they can be sent or accepted.
  • Alliance Activities: Alliance calendars now show activities that were intentionally shared with the alliance.

Fixes

  • Guild creation onboarding: Creating another guild now stays in the setup flow and lets you choose an existing community or start a new one.
  • Party sharing: Discord party posts, shared images, and assignment DMs now consistently exclude static roster placeholders that have not actually signed up.
  • Alliance Access: Alliance pages now load normally and respect guild access when viewing alliance details, members, activities, and invitations.
  • Alliance Leadership: Alliance leader changes now use the transfer flow so alliances do not accidentally end up with multiple leaders or no leader.
v1.32.21
Starter Albion builds & more reliable activities
Every Albion guild now comes with a ready-made set of popular builds, plus steadier event sign-ups, reminders, and roster sharing.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Starter Albion builds: Every Albion guild now starts with a ready-made set of popular builds for every role — tanks, supports, healers, and DPS — each fully kitted out with weapon, armor, cape, and food at Tier 8. Members can sign up and fill parties straight away, and you can edit, rename, or remove any build to match how your guild plays.

Fixes

  • Event sign-ups from Discord: Members with a build selected can sign up again — the build picker no longer blocks them with an error.
  • Event reminders: Changing the reminder time on an existing event now updates both the channel post and the DM reminders.
  • No-show penalties: No-show penalties are now applied consistently and show up correctly in a member's history.
  • Roster sharing: The Share menu on party groups now opens the Discord post and image options reliably, with a clearer message if an image can't be downloaded.
  • Party assignment DMs: When you send out party assignments, only members who are attending (or plan to) get a DM — people who haven't responded are no longer messaged.
v1.32.20
More reliable item screenshot detection
Guild bank screenshot detection now fails gracefully when image analysis takes too long.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Guild bank item detection: Screenshot analysis now avoids long hangs and shows a clear message if detection takes too long, so you can retry or enter items manually.
v1.32.19
A simpler way to set up your guild
Creating a guild is now a quick, step-by-step setup, with easier member invites and clearer messages along the way.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Step-by-step guild setup: Creating a guild now guides you through it one question at a time. Choose your game, name it, add a logo, set your region and language, and you're ready to go.
  • See who's joined from Discord: When inviting members, connect a Discord role to see who has already joined and who still needs to.

Improvements

  • Clearer upgrade prompts: When a feature needs a paid plan, you'll see a simple message with a one-tap way to upgrade instead of a confusing error.
  • Friendlier messages: If something goes wrong, you'll see a clear, readable message instead of technical details.
v1.32.18
Redesigned auction page, now translated
The auction detail page has a cleaner, full-width layout and is now available in every supported language.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Auction page redesign: The auction detail page was rebuilt to be compact and full-width. The item, status, live countdown, and an officer Manage menu now sit in a single header; key numbers (high bid, starting, increment, bids, bidders, average) show in one clean strip; and placing a bid sits beside the live bids table. The countdown shows progress toward close and highlights the final minute.
  • Fully translated: Every label, button, hint, validation message, and officer dialog on the auction page is now translated into English, Spanish, Portuguese (BR), and Russian. Dates follow your language, and the override-winner dialog shows your guild's actual currency name instead of a fixed label.
v1.32.17
Auction leader recovery fixes
Auction leaders now update correctly after higher-priority bids are removed.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Auction bids: If a higher-priority bid is deleted or withdrawn, the previous eligible bid now correctly becomes the current leader again.
v1.32.16
Higher priority tiers can bid the minimum amount
If you bid with a higher priority tier than the current leader, you no longer have to outbid their amount — you can bid the starting amount.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Auction bids: When you place a bid using a higher priority tier than the current high bidder, you can now bid the minimum (starting) amount instead of being forced to beat the current high bid. Your minimum is now based only on other bids in your own priority tier, which matches how the winner is actually decided. Bidding within the same tier still requires beating the current high bid as before.
v1.32.15
Auction timer extension fixes
Auction timer extensions now apply consistently when late bids are placed.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Auction extensions: Late bids now correctly apply the guild's timer extension settings across all auction creation flows, add the full configured extension time, and avoid closing early when a scheduled close job is outdated.
v1.32.14
Guild Bank redesign, deposit fixes, and translations
The guild bank gets a cleaner, more compact layout, a smoother deposit flow, and full translations across all supported languages.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Bank layout: Tabs now sit in a lighter, browser-style strip with a quick + button to add a tab, the Deposit button moved next to the inventory it acts on, and the table filters line up at a consistent height.
  • Deposit & tab dialogs: The deposit and "new tab" dialogs now keep their header and action buttons fixed while the content scrolls, use a more compact layout, and the new-tab dialog spreads across two columns on wider screens.
  • Add items faster: You can add another item from the bottom of the deposit list without scrolling back to the top, and each new Star Citizen item starts in the same category as the last — no need to re-pick it every time.
  • Translations: The guild bank — including the deposit, tab, and item dialogs — is now fully translated in English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Russian.

Fixes

  • Item quality no longer changes by accident: Scrolling the mouse wheel over a number field (like an item's quality) no longer quietly changes the value, so pasted numbers such as 500 stay 500.
v1.32.13
Calendar shows attendance for finished activities
Opening a completed activity in the calendar now shows how many members attended instead of a confusing '0 attending'.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Activity calendar: When you open an activity that has already happened, the popover now shows the attended count (plus no-shows and excused absences when there are any) instead of "0 attending". Upcoming activities still show RSVP numbers as before.
v1.32.12
One-click event sign-ups are back
Signing up for events in Discord no longer makes you pick a build first — you're signed up instantly as your main build, and can switch afterward if you want.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • One-click sign-ups again: If your character has more than one build, signing up for an event in Discord used to stop and ask you to choose a build before anything happened. Now a single click signs you up right away.
  • Switch builds anytime: Signed up with the wrong build? Pick a different one from the menu on your confirmation message — no need to start over.

Fixes

  • Always signed up as your main build: Before, if you didn't manually pick a build, you could end up not signed up at all — or signed up without your main build. Sign-ups now use your primary build by default, everywhere.
v1.32.11
A cleaner activity creator and number fields you can actually edit
Creating activities is tidier and easier to click through, and number fields across the app can now be cleared and retyped.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Cleaner activity creation: The Create Activity steps got a tidy-up — a more consistent layout across every step, clearer recurring schedule and reward options, and turning on a setting now scrolls the new section into view instead of jumping back to the top.
  • Click anywhere to choose: Options and checkboxes — like reward type, party type, and check-in settings — are now fully clickable. Tap the whole row or its label, not just the small button.

Fixes

  • Number fields you can clear: Amount, duration, limit, and other number boxes across the app used to snap back to a default the instant you deleted the value, so you couldn't type a new one. You can now clear and retype any number field.
  • Activity category color shows when selected: After picking an activity category, its color now appears in the dropdown, not just in the list.
v1.32.10
Fix event creation freezing on the rewards step
Switching reward options while creating an activity no longer locks up the page.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Reward setup no longer freezes: On the last step of creating an activity, choosing between Custom rewards and No rewards could make the page stop responding. That's fixed — you can now switch reward options freely and finish setting up your event.
v1.32.9
Catch early leavers when finalizing attendance
Run /track-activity at the end of a raid to flag members who checked in but left — optionally revoking their rewards automatically.
Features

New

  • Early leaver reconciliation: Add finalize-attendance to /track-activity for your end-of-raid scan. Members who checked in but are no longer in voice get marked Left Early, so someone can't grab attendance rewards at the start and slip out. Off by default — turn it on per guild.
  • Configurable policy: In Guild → Activities → Settings → Check-in methods (and on recurring templates), choose what happens to a leaver: Flag for review keeps their rewards for an officer to confirm, or Auto-revoke removes their attendance rewards automatically. The default is flag, so nothing is taken away without review.
  • Manual control too: "Left Early" is now a status you can set by hand from the Attendance tab. Setting it revokes attendance rewards; switching the member back to Attended restores them.
  • Visible everywhere: Left Early shows up in the attendance list, calendar, member timelines, and attendance stats, and the officer who runs a finalize scan gets a DM summary of what changed.
v1.32.8
Star Citizen: find every item when adding loot
Item categories now show all their items, so Star Citizen guilds can add any item to the bank, wishlists, and auctions.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Star Citizen item search: Picking a category like "Ship Systems" now shows everything in it — power plants, quantum drives, shields, and life support, not just coolers. You can finally find and add items like the SonicLite power plant to your guild bank, wishlists, and auctions.
  • More item categories: Added Avionics, Propulsion, Undersuits, Technology, and Miscellaneous so even more gear shows up when you search.
v1.32.7
Clearer activity check-in
Activities now only show the check-in options that are actually turned on.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Activity check-in: Fixed an issue where an activity could show a screenshot check-in button after it started, even when screenshot check-in wasn't turned on. The check-in options you see now match the methods enabled for that activity.
v1.32.6
Discord signup reliability
Discord activity signups are more reliable when selecting characters and builds.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Discord activity signups: Fixed an issue where selecting a character or build could show an error instead of opening the next signup step.
v1.32.5
Roster image sharing
Export, preview, and share clean party roster images from static presets and activity parties.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Share party rosters as images: Party rosters can now be exported as polished images, previewed before sending, or sent directly to Discord from static presets and activity party pages.

Improvements

  • Cleaner guild pages: Key guild pages now use more consistent spacing and wider layouts for easier browsing on larger screens.
  • Clearer roster sharing controls: Roster sharing actions are grouped more clearly so officers can choose between image export, image posting, and Discord embed posting.
v1.32.4
Raidbots wishlist imports
WoW Retail players can now turn Raidbots Droptimizer reports into validated wishlist upgrades.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Import wishlists from Raidbots: WoW Retail players can paste a public Raidbots Droptimizer report, preview validated item upgrades, and import the useful upgrades directly into their wishlist.

Improvements

  • Officer upgrade context: Guild wishlist views now highlight Raidbots-sourced DPS gains so officers can see which drops are meaningful upgrades for members.
  • Safer import previews: Raidbots imports now show skipped results, warn about character mismatches, and only save reports that match the selected character.
v1.32.3
Better WoW Retail readiness
WoW Retail roster readiness now highlights API-backed Mythic+ signals more clearly for raid officers.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • WoW Retail readiness at a glance: Retail rosters now surface average Mythic+ rating directly in the readiness summary when characters are synced from Blizzard.
  • Retail-focused filtering: Officers can now filter the WoW readiness roster by minimum item level and minimum Mythic+ rating before exporting CSVs or readiness matrices.
v1.32.2
Guild pages feel faster and more localized
Guild activity, member, and quest pages now show more helpful text in your selected language, with smoother navigation for larger communities.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • More guild pages in your language: Activity pages, recurring activities, member profiles, gear checks, quest pages, quest logs, approval flows, reminders, settings, and empty states now show much more of the experience in your selected language.
  • Clearer activity setup and reminders: Activity configuration, check-ins, party setup, role assignment, Discord notifications, reminders, audit logs, linked videos, and late attendance review now use clearer labels, actions, and help text.
  • Better quest and member workflows: Quest directories, evidence uploads, approvals, logs, cooperative quest progress, member stats, WoW readiness, and gear check pages now have friendlier wording across more screens.
  • Faster large-guild actions: Member lists, Discord role sync, announcements, quest rewards, wishlist approvals, loot updates, and other heavy guild actions now do less waiting behind the scenes, helping busy guilds feel more responsive.
  • Quicker audit notifications: Discord audit messages are now sent in the background so actions can finish faster instead of waiting on notification delivery.

Fixes

  • Less page hanging during Discord syncs: A background Discord sync could slow down or stall guild pages for large communities. Navigation and page loading should now feel more reliable.
  • More reliable guild maintenance tasks: Several background jobs and cleanup flows were tightened up so scheduled reminders, auctions, loot rolls, and activity updates behave more consistently.
v1.32.1
Changelog
Stay up to date with what's new in GuildManager
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Better guild onboarding: New guild setup now captures game-specific character details up front when a game requires them, with a more compact mobile-friendly layout.
  • Cleaner character forms: Game-specific character sections now fit better in narrow screens with flatter, easier-to-scan form layouts.

Fixes

  • Subscription status clarity: Guilds without an active paid subscription now show clearer free-plan messaging instead of implying a trial expired.
  • Admin subscription accuracy: Admin guild lists now show the current effective subscription status instead of an old canceled plan tier.
  • Member roster stability: Some game-specific character data formats no longer crash the guild members page.
v1.32.0
Changelog
Stay up to date with what's new in GuildManager
Improvements

Improvements

  • Faster guild setup: New users now get a streamlined two-step onboarding — just pick a name and a game, then your character, and you're in your guild. Discord and other settings can be configured afterward from the post-setup checklist.
  • Smarter routing: If you already manage a guild, the create flow now sends you straight to it instead of starting over. Adding a second guild to an existing community lives at a dedicated quick-add page.
  • More reliable guild creation: Two guilds with the same name created at the same moment no longer collide — the second gets a unique URL automatically.
v1.31.3
Started UI translations
We have started translating selected parts of GuildManager into Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. Some areas of the app will still appear in English while the rollout continues.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Language options: language switching is now available in supported navigation and account menus for English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.

  • First translated screens: selected public pages, navigation, dashboard areas, guild settings, and Discord bot responses now have first-pass translations. Some parts of the app are still in English while we continue the rollout.

Fixes

  • Billing checkout: fixed an issue that could prevent guild managers from starting a subscription checkout.
v1.31.3
Integrated WoW roster readiness
World of Warcraft readiness is now integrated into guild analytics, member details, and exports.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • WoW roster readiness: World of Warcraft readiness now appears inside the main Analytics page instead of requiring a separate audit workflow.
  • WoW roster exports: member exports now include WoW readiness details like item level, Mythic+ score, tier pieces, missing gems or enchants, professions, and last sync time.
  • WoW member lists: rosters now keep the quick WoW columns focused on branch, item level, professions, and Mythic+ instead of adding extra audit or sync-state columns.
  • WoW readiness sync: officers can now refresh linked Blizzard characters directly from the Analytics readiness module and see how many characters synced successfully.
  • WoW background sync: linked WoW character snapshots can now refresh on a schedule when valid Blizzard tokens are available.
  • Weekly chest tracking: WoW readiness now supports officer-managed weekly chest/vault imports for guilds that track this data in spreadsheets.
  • Classic professions fallback: officers can import WoW profession data from CSV or JSON when Blizzard does not provide profession snapshots for a Classic branch.
  • Weekly readiness exports: WoW readiness now includes a weekly CSV matrix that combines roster readiness with attendance/RSVP status for each event.
  • WoW readiness details: the readiness table now separates gear flags, weekly vault slots, and professions into clearer columns, and member profiles show vault/profession snapshots in a readable summary.

Fixes

  • WoW audit data: member lists now use synced Blizzard audit data correctly instead of only looking at manually-entered character fields.
  • WoW gear checks: gem, enchant, and tier/set counts now use branch-aware audit rules instead of applying one Retail-style rule set to every WoW branch.
  • WoW member profiles: Blizzard snapshot data now stays out of the generic character info cards so players no longer see large raw JSON blocks.
  • Character editing: editing a character now only saves actual editable character fields, preventing synced WoW audit snapshots from being duplicated as manual fields.
v1.31.2
Required gear screenshots for applications
Application forms can now require applicants to upload a fresh gear screenshot before submitting.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Required gear screenshots: application templates can now require a current gear screenshot before an applicant can submit the form.
v1.31.1
Stricter activity check-in controls
Guilds can now require an attending RSVP before members self check in, while the existing RSVP-before-check-in option has clearer wording.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Attending-only self check-in: activities now have a stricter option to let only members marked Attending self check in with PIN, screenshot, or voice. Members who chose Not Attending or Tentative need an officer to mark attendance.

  • Clearer check-in wording: the existing RSVP check-in setting now explains that it only requires a response before check-in — attending, tentative, and not attending all count as responses.

v1.31.0
Guild-defined party roles
Each guild can now define its own party-role taxonomy — Pilot, Gunner, Pain Cleric, Bless Lead — instead of being stuck with the game-level defaults. Add custom roles, hide the ones you don't use, reorder, and override defaults with the same key. Custom roles flow through preset editors, activity parties, and Discord embeds automatically.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Custom party roles per guild: under Settings → Party Roles, admins can now build a role list that fits how their guild actually plays. Add a role (label, icon, color, category, description), hide game defaults you never use, and drag to reorder the whole list. Every preset editor, role picker, and Discord embed picks up the new list automatically.

  • Override game defaults: create a custom role with the same key as a game default (e.g. tank) and your label/icon/color wins for that guild. Existing presets keep working — they reference the key, not the metadata.

  • Soft-delete + restore: archived custom roles disappear from the live list without breaking historical presets or audit logs that referenced their key. Restore them from the Archived section.

  • Guild-aware Discord posts: when a party preset or activity is posted to Discord, the embed now uses the merged guild role list — so Star Citizen guilds with Pilot/Gunner/Engineer/Medic see those names in the post, not Tank/Healer/DPS/Support.

Permissions

  • New permission Manage Party Roles — separate from Manage Party Presets so guilds can give one person preset rights and another the role-taxonomy keys. Leader role gets it by default; grant it to other roles in Settings → Roles & Permissions.

Examples

  • Star Citizen — full crew: define Pilot, Gunner, Engineer, Medic, FPS/Marine, Boarder, Capital Ship Crew. Hide the legacy Tank/Healer/DPS/Support fallback. Every Discord activity post and party preset now uses the SC role names.
  • Silkroad — Pain & Bless: add Pain Lead and Bless Lead as custom roles with their own icons and colors. Use them in static party presets so every member sees the assignment at a glance.
  • Throne and Liberty — Frontline vs Tank: override the default tank key with a custom role labeled "Frontline" and a sword icon. Existing presets keep working.

Notes

  • Custom roles are scoped to one guild and one game; they don't leak between communities or games.
  • Game-level role-resolution strategy (how a character's class maps to a role) stays game-level — it answers "what role does this class imply," which is a game concept, not a guild concept.
  • Reordering, hiding, and adding roles are all audit-logged under Party Management.
v1.30.4
Tactical slot notes & instant roster posts to Discord
Write a short note next to any party member — Pain partner, Bless order, healer focus — and it rides along everywhere the party is shared. You can also post a party preset straight to Discord without making an event first. Preset pages got a visual refresh too.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Tactical slot notes: every party slot now has a small notebook icon next to the player. Click it and write a 140-character note — "Pain: P3, P5", "Bless 2nd", "Focus heal Aria", "Pull aggro on phase 2". The note shows up:

    • inline on the web roster (italic, right under the player),
    • next to that player's name when you post the party to a Discord channel,
    • and in the DM each player gets when you send party assignments — with their own note called out at the top so they see exactly what they're supposed to do.

The icon flashes green for a second after you save so you know it stuck.

  • Healers and DPS can tag themselves: anyone assigned to a slot can edit their own note — they don't need Manage Activities permission. Officers and party leaders can edit everyone's. When two people are looking at the same party manager, edits sync in real time without a refresh.

  • Post a static party preset straight to Discord: open any static party preset and use the new "Post this roster to Discord" button. Pick a channel, optionally pick roles to ping, hit post. Useful for "here's tonight's team, see who you're with" before there's an event on the calendar. Slot notes carry across — including notes you've left on backup assignments.

  • Notes survive when a preset becomes an event: create an activity from a static party preset and every slot note on the preset assignments comes along automatically. Backup assignment notes are preserved on the slot too, even though backups don't auto-join the event.

Examples

  • Silkroad — Pain assignment: party leader writes "Pains P3 + P5" on the warrior, "Pains P1 + P4" on the warlock. When the party hits the channel, every member sees who they're paired with at a glance — no more spam in in-game chat.
  • Silkroad — Bless order: tag each cleric with "Bless 1st", "Bless 2nd", "Bless 3rd". Clerics know their rotation the moment they read the post.
  • Throne and Liberty — heal pairings: healers tag themselves with "Heal Aria + Kael". DPS know who's covering them.
  • Any game — leader notes: "Pull aggro on phase 2", "Use cooldowns at 30%", "Stay near tank" — works for anything you'd otherwise have to repeat three times before pull.

Safer Discord posts

A few small but important changes under the hood when posting parties to Discord:

  • If your custom message contains @everyone or any unlisted role, the only roles that get pinged are the ones you explicitly picked in the Mention Roles dropdown. No surprise mass-pings.
  • Slot notes can't break the embed: text like @everyone, fake channel links, or spoiler tags inside a note are neutralized before posting.
  • The bot now checks the destination channel actually lives in your guild's Discord server before posting — clearer error if the channel picker shows something stale.
  • Every note edit and Discord post is recorded in the guild audit log so leaders can review who changed what.

Improvements

  • Preset pages refreshed: the Party Loadouts, Static Presets, and Role Presets pages now match the tighter look already used on the dashboard and activity pages. Preset cards show more at a glance, the tabs are slimmer, and the empty-state panels are friendlier.
  • One-click save on preset details: the Save changes button now lives in the preset details header on the edit page, right next to the title — no more hunting for it below the form.
  • Drop hit area on party cards is now larger and reaches right up against the party title, so dragging a member onto a party registers immediately instead of needing you to inch further down.
  • Star Citizen party roles: SC guilds no longer get the irrelevant Tank/Healer/DPS/Support fallback. Sensible defaults — Pilot, Gunner, Engineer, Medic, FPS/Marine, Boarder — are now seeded. Per-guild custom party roles (so each guild can define its own taxonomy) is tracked as a follow-up.
v1.30.3
Community-wide Guild Applications page
Community admins now have a single rollup of every guild's open applications, and the broken Quick Action link is fixed.
FeaturesFixes

Features

  • Guild Applications (community level): a new page at Community → Guild Applications lists every pending and under-review application across all guilds in the community. Each row links straight to that application's detail page inside its guild for review. Available to community members with View Applications or Manage Applications.

Fixes

  • Community dashboard Quick Action: the "Applications" shortcut on the community dashboard and Guilds page no longer 404s. It now links to the new Guild Applications page and is labeled clearly so it is not confused with a single guild's applications.
v1.30.2
Mobile improvements
A round of fixes to make the app work properly on phones.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Plan selection and upgrades work on mobile again.
  • The sidebar drawer fits properly and doesn't cover the whole screen.
  • Tab strips on the settings and activity pages scroll instead of cutting off labels.
  • Community and guild creation flows are usable with the on-screen keyboard.
v1.30.1
Compact rewards tab
The activity Rewards tab now matches the rest of the compact configuration design.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Activity Rewards tab uses the same compact panel layout as the other activity sections. The outer Alert and inner card are gone; rewards live directly inside a single panel with hairline-divided rows.
  • Add reward (and Adjust distributed rewards when the activity is completed) now sit in the top-right of the panel header, alongside the section title.
  • Each reward row is one tight line: metric picker, amount input with the unit baked in as a non-interactive suffix (for example 50 DKP), and a remove button. No more nested bordered cards, and the trash buttons line up across rows regardless of unit length.
  • Save changes appears as a subtle bottom-aligned button strip only when there are pending changes.
v1.30.0
Compact activity detail page
A denser, cleaner layout for activity pages, with a refreshed reminders and check-in form.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Activity detail page: more compact, data-dense layout. Stats, response, party composition, check-in, and late-request panels each use a single hairline-divided card, so the page reads tighter at any zoom.
  • Activity configuration form: now matches the recurring template design. Basic info, Scheduling, Participants, Party organization, Check-in settings, Activity reminders, and Role assignment share the same panel chrome with hairline-divided rows — no more nested bordered cards.
  • Check-in settings: each method (Manual, PIN code, Screenshot, Discord voice) is a single row. Flip the toggle on and the sub-config appears inline below as a tinted strip instead of a bordered sub-card.
  • Activity reminders: Channel and DM reminders share a single panel with eyebrow strips. The Mention roles and Custom message rows now use a sidebar label + control layout, so opening the role picker no longer shifts surrounding fields.
  • Tabs: no longer flash a horizontal scroll strip on hover when all tabs fit on screen.
  • Multi-select inputs: smaller height, rounded corners, and focus styling that match the rest of the form inputs.

Fixes

  • Activity type labels: the activity detail header and the configuration form now show formatted names (for example "World Boss Tumok") instead of the raw slug ("world-boss-tumok"), even before the form's options finish loading.
  • Already-checked-in activities: the activity detail page no longer shows a "Submit a screenshot to confirm attendance" hint or a chunky check-in status panel after you have already checked in — the response card alone communicates the attended state.
  • Live check-in countdown: the open-window banner no longer crashes the page with a maximum-update-depth error when the banner is not showing.
v1.29.4
Recurring activity form fixes
Improved reliability when editing recurring activity templates.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Recurring template saves: Save behavior options are now easier to select because the full option card responds to clicks.
v1.29.3
Tracking reliability fixes
Improved reliability for referral attribution and analytics loading.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Referral tracking: Affiliate referrals now use the current tracking endpoint so referral attribution remains reliable.
  • Analytics loading: Analytics support assets are now allowed by the site security policy, reducing noisy browser console errors.
  • Page loading: App page data requests now use a more reliable loading path, reducing stalls that could make navigation feel stuck.
  • In-app console noise: Marketing tracking scripts no longer load inside the signed-in app, reducing blocked-script warnings while keeping them on public marketing pages.
v1.29.2
Realtime and Discord activity reliability fixes
Fixed Discord activity updates for longer messages and improved loot roll realtime page stability.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Discord activity updates: Activities with longer custom messages or cancellation notes now update Discord reliably instead of failing silently.
  • Loot roll realtime updates: Loot roll pages now keep realtime connections stable during updates and avoid redundant full-page refreshes when several roll events arrive together.
v1.29.1
Navigation reliability fixes
Improved reliability for app navigation and page data loading.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Page navigation: Batched page data loading is more reliable, so pages are less likely to get stuck when several requests load at once.
v1.29.0
Theme overhaul, dashboard rework, and a brand-new landing
Refined dark palette, semantic theme tokens everywhere, an Action Hub dashboard, a rebuilt /features page, and a simplified landing with animated product mockups.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

Features

  • Action Hub dashboard: The user dashboard is rebuilt around a personal greeting, a four-up Quick Actions grid (Jump back to your default guild, Discover, Create community, Applications), a stat strip, and a focused two-column guild list with a side rail. Fewer scrolls between you and the next thing you need to do.
  • Animated landing showcase: Five feature blocks now ship with simplified, animated mockups of the real product — live DKP auction with shifting leadership, week-view activity scheduler, Discord role sync, attendance chart, and a rolling audit log. No more emoji placeholders.
  • Reworked /features page: Seven feature deep-dives (Loot, Activities, Voice attendance, Applications, Discord sync, Analytics, Audit log), each with a full-detail bullet list and an animated mockup. Voice attendance and the application voting workflow are now showcased.

Improvements

  • Polished dark theme: Cooler neutrals, a tightened violet primary, retuned chart palette, neutral-black shadow scale, and a switch to the Geist display font. Same dark theme, less vibe-coded.
  • Semantic theme tokens: Status, brand, and neutral colors now route through destructive, success, warning, info, primary, chart-*, muted, and border tokens across the entire app. Future theme swaps are now a single CSS change away instead of a search-and-replace across the codebase.
  • Simplified landing page: Cut from eleven sections to seven. New clean hero, no more emoji game tags, no gradient-rounded-full mega-buttons. Single confident CTA reaches pricing in fewer scrolls.
  • Sharper category accents: Cards, badges, and stat borders that used hardcoded colors now use the chart palette, so they auto-rotate cleanly when the theme changes.

Fixes

  • 24h Activity counter: The guild dashboard 24h Activity card was rendering "000" instead of a sum because Postgres returned the underlying counts as strings. The router now coerces to numbers at the boundary.
  • Scrollbar styling: Custom scrollbars were silently broken because the styles wrapped CSS variables in oklch() twice. Scrollbars now render with the correct theme color.
  • Audit log feed: The landing page audit feed was cross-fading every entry on each tick due to a key collision. Entries now slide in and out individually for a true rolling-feed effect.
v1.28.9
Star Citizen Item Quality in the Guild Bank
Star Citizen organizations can now record item quality directly when depositing materials and items into the guild bank.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Star Citizen Bank Quality: Star Citizen guild bank deposits now include an optional quality value, making it easier to track 0-1000 quality items and materials without putting the value in notes.
v1.28.8
Easier gear screenshot viewing
Gear screenshots on member profiles now use the same expandable viewer everywhere — click to enlarge, right-click to open the original in a new tab.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Consistent gear viewer across games: Where Winds Meet and Throne and Liberty profile screenshots now use the same expandable carousel as the rest of the app. Click any screenshot to enlarge it, browse with arrow keys, and use the new Open original button to grab the full-resolution image.
  • Gear screenshot viewer: The expanded screenshot popup now has an Open original button so you can jump straight to the full-resolution image in a new tab.
  • Open in new tab: Middle-click or Ctrl/Cmd-click a gear screenshot on a member profile to open the original image in a new browser tab without leaving the page.

Fixes

  • Screenshot quality: Right-click → Open Image in New Tab on a gear screenshot now opens the full-resolution original instead of a downscaled preview.
  • Where Winds Meet screenshots: Build screenshots on member profiles are now clickable to view full size, matching every other game.
v1.28.7
Where Winds Meet picker improvements
Where Winds Meet build editing is easier with better Inner Way search and clearer weapon grouping.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Inner Way selection: Typing now filters Inner Ways immediately, and pressing Enter selects the best visible match instead of clearing the slot.
  • Weapon categories: New blade martial arts now appear under Mo Blades for a cleaner weapons list.

Fixes

  • Build editing: Pressing Enter in the Inner Way search no longer submits the surrounding form unexpectedly.
v1.28.6
Where Winds Meet build updates
Where Winds Meet players can track the latest martial arts, sects, and Inner Ways with a faster searchable picker.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Where Winds Meet builds: Added the latest martial arts, path options, sect boosts, and Inner Ways for WWM character builds.

Improvements

  • Inner Way selection: Inner Way slots now support typing to filter options, making large ability lists much faster to search.
v1.28.5
Silkroad Online support
Guilds can now set up Silkroad Online rosters with builds, jobs, levels, gear screenshots, and Item Points.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Silkroad Online: Guilds can now track builds, jobs, levels, gear screenshots, and Item Points for Silkroad rosters.

Improvements

  • Roster Display: Silkroad member lists, attendance views, gear checks, exports, and analytics now use Build and Item Points labels where appropriate.
v1.28.4
Member status controls
Officers and managers can once again mark guild members active or inactive from the Members directory.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Member status controls: Officers and managers can again mark members Active or Inactive from the Members directory reliably.
v1.28.3
Member status updates
Marking guild members active or inactive now updates reliably from the Members directory.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Member status changes: Marking a guild member as Active or Inactive from the Members directory now updates consistently and refreshes the roster correctly.
v1.28.2
Reliable menu actions
Overflow and dropdown menus now run the action you choose consistently across Guild Manager—including bank loot, crafting, quests, data tables, and your account menu.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Menus & tables: Choosing an option from a row menu, overflow menu, or column sort menu now runs that action reliably—covering exports, edits, deletes, status changes, member tools, and other common tasks.
  • Across the app: The same fix applies in guild areas (bank sessions, crafting, quests, leave of absence, activities, applications, announcements), community invites and roles, admin tools, and account navigation (character switcher, sign out, impersonation, insights, and party presets).
v1.28.1
RSVP timestamp fixes
Activity RSVP updates now show the correct response time across the web app and Discord.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Activity RSVP Times: Changing your activity response now refreshes the displayed sign-up time correctly, so switching between attending, tentative, declined, or cancelled no longer keeps an old timestamp visible.
v1.28.0
Insight folder Discord notifications
Insight folder Discord notifications, improved announcement card readability, and clickable announcement cards on dashboards.
Features

Features

  • Insight Folder Discord Notifications: Each insight folder can now be configured with a Discord channel. When a new video is added to the folder or an existing video is moved into it, a rich notification embed is automatically posted to the selected channel. The embed includes the video title, platform, thumbnail, and a link back to the folder. Moving a video out of a folder automatically removes its old notification from Discord, keeping channels clean. Set up a notification channel when creating or editing any folder.

Improvements

  • Announcement Card Contrast: Improved text contrast on announcement cards so headings, paragraphs, and list items are clearly readable against dark backgrounds.
  • Clickable Announcement Cards: Recent announcement cards on community and guild dashboards are now clickable, linking directly to the full announcement detail page.
v1.27.18
Recurring activity timezone fix
Fixed recurring activities showing the wrong time after editing when events span a daylight saving time change.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Recurring Activity Time Updates Across DST: Fixed a bug where editing the time on a recurring activity and choosing "update all future instances" could shift some events by one hour. This happened when future instances crossed a daylight saving time boundary (e.g., events spanning March or November). All future instances now correctly preserve your intended local time regardless of DST changes.
v1.27.17
Announcements, LOA & activity fixes, Insights video, and community role sync
Announcement delete and queue actions, LOA date parsing and Discord timestamps, activity time input and warning colors, YouTube live in Insights, and community Discord role sync.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

Features

  • Delete Announcements: Managers can now permanently delete sent, failed, or cancelled announcements along with all delivery records

Improvements

  • Announcement Actions Menu: Each announcement card now has a quick-actions menu for managers with options to view details or delete
  • Broadcast Queue Actions: The broadcast queue now shows an actions menu on each item with cancel, delete, and view options depending on status
  • Failure Indicators: Broadcasts with individual delivery failures now display a "has failures" badge for quick visibility
  • Detail Page Actions: The broadcast detail page now includes a delete button and improved action layout with clearer icons

Fixes

  • LOA Date Parsing: Fixed a bug where /loa create would ignore the dates you entered and use today's date instead. This happened when using single-digit months or days (e.g., 2026-4-7) or 12-hour times like 2pm or 12am. All date and time formats now work as expected.
  • LOA Discord Notifications: LOA notification embeds now display dates in your local timezone using Discord's built-in timestamp format, instead of showing raw UTC times.
  • Activity Time Input Focus: Fixed a bug where the time input in the activity creation form would lose focus while typing, especially after navigating between steps with Previous/Next. You can now type a full time (e.g., 06:30 PM) without the input resetting.
  • Warning & Alert Readability: Improved the readability of warning alerts, info banners, and status badges across the entire app. Warning elements now use proper theme colors instead of washed-out backgrounds that were hard to read in dark mode. This affects alerts, badges, and buttons in activities, loot, quests, Discord settings, alliance management, and more.
  • Insights YouTube Live Videos: Fixed a bug where YouTube live stream links (e.g., saved live videos or premieres) were rejected when adding a video to Insights. These links now work alongside all other YouTube URL formats.
  • Community Role Sync: Fixed a bug where clicking "Sync Now" on a community role linked to Discord would report success but never actually assign the role to members. Syncing now runs as a background job with real-time progress tracking, correctly assigns and removes community roles based on Discord role membership, and logs all changes to the audit log.
v1.27.16
Where Winds Meet Arsenal path tracking
Where Winds Meet builds can now track the currently equipped Arsenal path in the web app and Discord gear form.
Features

Features

  • Where Winds Meet Arsenal Path: Builds can now save the currently equipped Arsenal path, including General, Bellstrike, Stonesplit, Silkbind, and Bamboocut.
  • Discord Gear Updates: /gear update for Where Winds Meet now accepts Arsenal: ... in Extra Details so Arsenal path can be saved without screenshots.
v1.27.15
Gear update command improvements
The /gear update command now opens a form directly for supported games — no extra steps, screenshots optional.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Direct Gear Form: For supported games, /gear update now opens a form immediately — no intermediate step. Fill in your build details, optionally attach screenshots, and submit.
  • Screenshots Optional: Screenshots are no longer required for games that support the form. Attach them if you want OCR, or skip them entirely.
  • Cleaner Command Options: Character and build selection now appear first in the command, with screenshot attachments listed after.
  • Gear Check Messages: Gear check notifications now guide you to run /gear update and follow the prompts.
v1.27.14
Closed signups and Quinfall party size fixes
Closed activity signups now stay closed everywhere, and The Quinfall now uses the correct party size consistently.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Closed Signups: Activity signup deadlines now actually stop new signups and response changes once an activity is closed, including from Discord buttons and menus.
  • The Quinfall Party Size: The Quinfall now uses the correct 12-player party size consistently, so party tools and related activity setup match the game properly.
v1.27.13
Leave-of-absence no-reply fix and clearer recurring saves
Members on approved leave no longer show as no reply for covered events, and recurring event edits now update scheduled future occurrences by default with clearer save choices.
FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Clearer Recurring Saves: Recurring event editors now explain exactly whether your save updates already scheduled future occurrences or only the template for newly generated events.

Fixes

  • Leave No-Reply Filtering: Members with an approved leave that covers an event no longer appear in the No Reply list for that activity.
  • No-Response Reminder Targeting: DM reminders sent to members who have not responded now skip members whose approved leave covers that event.
  • Recurring Event Editing: Editing a recurring event now updates scheduled future occurrences by default instead of silently only affecting newly generated events.
v1.27.12
Discord leave-of-absence guild targeting fix
Discord leave-of-absence requests now stay tied to active guilds, and the command makes the target guild clearer before you confirm.
FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Discord LoA Confirmation: /loa create now shows which guild the leave request will be created for before you confirm it.

Fixes

  • Inactive Guild Mixups: Leave-of-absence requests from Discord no longer attach to an inactive guild when the same member is also part of an active guild in the same community.
v1.27.11
World of Warcraft analytics and roster insights
WoW guilds get dedicated analytics for roster readiness and raid progression, officers can upload progression snapshots to stay current, and member profiles and rosters show richer audit details with clearer raid coverage.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • WoW Audit Views: Guilds playing World of Warcraft can now review roster readiness and raid progression from dedicated analytics pages inside Guild Manager.
  • Officer Progression Imports: Guild officers can now upload a progression snapshot file to keep raid progression current when they track kills outside Guild Manager.

Improvements

  • WoW Member Profiles: Member pages now surface Blizzard-linked audit details like item level, attendance, professions, and sync freshness in one place.
  • WoW Roster Visibility: WoW guild member lists now expose branch, faction, item level, and sync fields to make officer review faster, with retail-only Mythic+ details staying hidden on Classic.
  • WoW Raid Progression Clarity: Raid progression now focuses on current-tier confirmed kills from synced Blizzard-linked raiders and shows how much roster coverage is backing the snapshot.
v1.27.10
Quinfall Application Details
Quinfall application review pages now show clear character details, uploaded gear screenshots, and build information correctly.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Quinfall Application Details: Review pages now show clear labels for character info and display uploaded gear screenshots and build details correctly.
v1.27.4
Recurring Schedule Timing Fixes
Recurring activities now keep the local day and time you selected, even when timezone offsets change.
FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Clearer Pause Behavior: Pausing a recurring template now clearly explains that it stops new generation only. Existing scheduled activities stay on your calendar until you remove them yourself.

Fixes

  • Recurring Event Timing: Recurring activities now keep the local day and time you selected instead of drifting to the wrong day or hour after timezone offset changes.
  • Recurring Event Editing: Updating a recurring series now keeps future generated activities aligned with the schedule shown in the template.
v1.27.9
Discord WWM Gear Follow-Up
Where Winds Meet members can now complete more of their gear updates directly in Discord, with better screenshot support and safer mastery capture.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Where Winds Meet Discord Updates: /gear update now offers a Discord form for Where Winds Meet builds, so members can fill in mastery, role, weapons, and Inner Ways without leaving Discord.
  • More Screenshot Coverage: Gear updates from Discord now support more attached screenshots for builds that need multiple pages.

Fixes

  • WWM Mastery Parsing: Screenshot uploads for Where Winds Meet now capture mastery more reliably when it is visible, while avoiding incorrect filler values when it is not.
  • WWM Build Details in Discord: /gear list now shows Inner Ways for Where Winds Meet builds so Discord updates are easier to verify after submission.
v1.27.8
Gear Checks and Party Presets
Gear tools now respect your active default character, show more recent update details, and make older static party presets easier to find.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

New Features

  • Recent Gear Updates: Member profiles and the Recent Activity feed now show when gear was last updated, making recent submissions easier to spot.
  • Inactive Static Presets: Parties now keep inactive static party presets visible in a collapsed section so older setups stay easy to reference.

Improvements

  • Where Winds Meet Gear Checks: Gear checks now support more sects and weapons, show mastery more consistently, and let you submit builds without choosing a Path Guide.
  • Gear Check Requests: Requesting your own gear check now takes you straight to the editor instead of treating your current setup as freshly submitted.

Fixes

  • Default Character Gear: /gear list now follows your active default character correctly, including Where Winds Meet characters.
  • Direct Message Gear Checks: /gear list works in bot DMs by falling back to your default character when no guild context is available.
  • Updated Gear Screenshots: New gear-check screenshots now replace older ones correctly after you submit an update.
v1.27.7
Guild Analytics Command Center
Guild analytics now has a redesigned command-center layout and shows the current balance held across members for each reward metric.
FeaturesImprovements

New Features

  • Current Reward Metric Totals: Guild analytics now shows how much of each reward metric is currently held across your active members, so officers can compare outstanding balances against everything that has been handed out.

Improvements

  • Analytics Page Redesign: The analytics page has been rebuilt into a more structured command-center view with clearer summary panels, better section hierarchy, and a cleaner flow from roster insights into attendance tracking.
v1.27.6
Star Citizen Fleet Column in Member Directory
Guild members can now see each other's ships directly in the Member Directory for Star Citizen guilds.
Features

New Features

  • Fleet Column for Star Citizen Guilds: The Member Directory now shows a Fleet column instead of Class for Star Citizen guilds. You can see each member's primary ship at a glance, and hover to view their full fleet — including ship names, roles, and a total count. If a member hasn't added any ships yet, it shows "No Ships".
v1.27.5
Clearer Permission Names & Descriptions
Reviewed and updated all permission names and descriptions across the platform to be more accurate and easier to understand.
Improvements

Improvements

  • DKP Renamed to Reward Metrics: The "View DKP", "Manage DKP", and "Modify DKP" permissions have been renamed to View Reward Metrics, Manage Reward Metrics, and Modify Reward Metrics to match what the feature is actually called in the app.
  • Clearer Permission Descriptions: Many permissions previously said vague things like "Full control over X". They now describe exactly what they allow — for example, "Manage Auctions" now says "Configure auction settings, manage active auctions, and control auction rules" instead of "Full control over auction system configuration".
  • "Own Data" Clarity: Permissions like View Reward Metrics, View Member Gear, View Member Wishlists, and View Leave of Absence now clearly state that your own data is always visible regardless of the permission.
  • Better Analytics Permission Names: "View Analytics Charts" is now View Analytics Overview to better distinguish it from "View Detailed Analytics" and "View Attendance Analytics".
  • Renamed for Accuracy: Several permissions got more accurate names — "Direct Distribute Items" is now Distribute Bank Items, "Override Wishlist Restrictions" is now Manage Member Wishlists, and "Manage Insight Comments" is now Moderate Insight Comments.
  • Discord Bot Messages Updated: Permission references in Discord bot commands and error messages now use the correct, human-readable permission names.
v1.27.4
Wishlist Approvals Search Fix
Fixed an issue where searching by item or member in the Wishlist Approvals table did not filter the results.
Bug Fixes

Bug Fixes

  • Wishlist Approvals Search Now Works: Fixed an issue where typing in the "Search items" or "Search members" filters on the Wishlist Approvals page updated the URL but did not actually filter the table. Both filters now work as expected.
  • Member Search by Name: The member search filter on the Approvals page now matches against both the character name and the Discord username, so you can find members either way.
v1.27.3
Recurring Events & Guild Deactivation
Deactivating a guild now automatically stops all recurring events and cancels upcoming scheduled activities.
Bug FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Recurring Events Stop When Guild is Deactivated: When you deactivate a guild, all recurring event templates are automatically paused and any upcoming scheduled events are cancelled. No more ghost events from inactive guilds.
  • Reactivation is Safe: When you reactivate a guild, recurring events stay paused — you choose which ones to turn back on from the Activities settings page. No surprise events.

Bug Fixes

  • Subscription Limit Enforcement: Guilds deactivated due to subscription tier limits now properly stop their recurring events too.
v1.27.2
Faster Gear Uploads & Wishlist Settings Fix
Gear screenshot processing is now much faster and more reliable, with better status updates. Also fixed an issue that prevented Wishlist Settings from loading.
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Faster Gear Screenshot Processing: Uploading multiple gear screenshots is now significantly faster. All images are processed at the same time instead of one by one.
  • Better Progress Updates: The gear check modal now keeps you informed with updated status messages while your screenshots are being analyzed.

Fixes

  • Fixed Gear Upload Timeouts: Resolved an issue where gear screenshot processing could get stuck and eventually time out. Processing is now more reliable, especially during busy periods.
  • Clearer Error Messages: If something goes wrong during gear processing, you'll now see a helpful message instead of a generic error.
  • Fixed Wishlist Settings Not Loading: Resolved an issue where opening Wishlist Settings would show a connection error for guilds that hadn't configured per-role item limits.
v1.27.1
Gear Update Timestamps on Member Profiles
See when a member last updated their gear directly on their profile page, and track gear updates in the Recent Activity timeline.
Features

Features

  • Last Gear Update Timestamp: The Character Information card on member profiles now shows when gear was last updated, with a hover tooltip for the exact date and time. Quickly see at a glance whether a member's build info is fresh or outdated.
  • Gear Updates in Recent Activity: Gear and build submissions now appear as events in the Recent Activity timeline on member profiles. Filter by "Gear Updates" to see a history of when a member updated their character data, including how many fields were changed.
v1.27.0
Calendar Enhancements, Wishlist Improvements & Party DMs
See your attendance status at a glance on calendar badges, preview activity rewards without leaving the calendar, configure smarter loot scoring with wishlist-aware wait times, set per-role wishlist limits, and notify members of their party assignments via Discord DM.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

Features

  • Party Assignment DMs: Guild managers can now send Discord DMs to all assigned party members with a single click. Each member receives a personalized message showing their party name, full roster, and a link to view parties on the web. Available from the Party Composition page alongside the existing "Post to Discord" button.
  • Role-Based Wishlist Limits: Guilds can now set different wishlist item limits per role. For example, Officers might get 30 items while Members get 15. The highest applicable role limit is used when a character has multiple roles, with the global default as the fallback. Configure per-role limits in Wishlist Settings.
  • Wishlist-Only Wait Time: A new "Only Count Wishlist Items" toggle in Loot Score Settings lets guilds configure the wait time factor to only reset when a member receives an item on their wishlist. Receiving unrelated loot no longer penalizes their wait time score.

Improvements

  • Calendar Attendance Indicators: Calendar event badges now show a small icon indicating your attendance status — a green check when signed up, red X when declined, yellow question mark for tentative, and more. Visible at a glance across all calendar views.
  • Activity Rewards in Calendar: The calendar popover now displays an activity's rewards as colored metric chips (e.g., "+50 DKP"), so you can see what's at stake without navigating to the full activity page.

Fixes

  • Attendance Percentage Calculation: Fixed a bug where all members showed 100% attendance in the analytics table and member profiles. The denominator now correctly includes all eligible activities (not just those with a final attendance outcome), so declined, no-reply, and signed-up-but-not-attended events properly count against the percentage.
v1.26.5
Bug Fixes & Quality of Life
Fixed table pagination, disappearing activities in /track-activity, auto voice check-in reliability, and added the ability to cancel pending wishlist requests.
FixesImprovements

Fixes

  • Table Pagination: Fixed an issue where changing pages on certain tables (e.g., distribution history, alliance members) would update the URL but not actually load new data. All tables now correctly fetch fresh data on page change.
  • Track Activity Autocomplete: Activities scheduled more than 4 hours ago no longer disappear from the /track-activity Discord command. The lookback window has been extended to 12 hours, and in-progress activities are now included alongside scheduled ones.
  • Auto Voice Check-in: Fixed a timing issue where auto voice check-in could mark everyone as "not responded" because the bot tried to read voice channel members before Discord had fully delivered the server's data. The bot now properly waits for voice state information before checking attendance.
  • Analytics Cards (Throne and Liberty): Removed confusing grayed-out placeholder cards ("Combat Power", "Additional Stats", "Defense") from the Analytics page for Throne and Liberty guilds. Only the relevant "Average Gearscore" card is now shown.

Improvements

  • Cancel Pending Wishlist Requests: You can now cancel your own pending wishlist requests while they're awaiting officer review. A cancel button appears next to the "Awaiting review" status in your wishlist.
  • Copy Activity ID: Guild managers can now copy an activity's ID directly from the calendar popover, making it easier to use with Discord bot commands.
v1.26.4
Activity Reminder Fixes
Manual channel reminders now send a visible message, and disabling reminders properly cancels scheduled jobs.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Manual Channel Reminders: Sending a manual channel reminder now posts a new message in the channel instead of silently editing the original sign-up post. Custom messages and role mentions are no longer lost.
  • Disabling Reminders: Removing all scheduled reminders from an activity now properly cancels any previously scheduled reminder jobs. Previously, reminders would keep firing even after being turned off.
v1.26.3
Attendance Accuracy Fix
Fixed attendance percentage calculations showing incorrect values and Leave of Absence periods counting against members.
Bug Fixes

Bug Fixes

  • Attendance Percentage Now Accurate: Previously, attendance % used all guild activities as the denominator — even ones a member wasn't part of. Now it only counts events where the member has a recorded outcome (attended, late, or no-show). If you attended 5 out of 5 events, you'll correctly see 100%.
  • Leave of Absence Fully Excluded: Events during an active LoA period are now excluded from all attendance counts — not just the total. Members on approved leave will no longer see their attendance percentage drop.
  • Mandatory Attendance Fixed: The mandatory event tracker had the same issue — counting all mandatory guild events instead of only ones the member participated in. Now consistent with overall attendance.
v1.26.2
ArcheAge Classic Support
Guilds can now fully set up ArcheAge Classic with alliance/race selection, skill tree-based class setup, and game-tailored activity planning.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • ArcheAge Classic Added: You can now create and manage guilds for ArcheAge Classic directly in GuildManager.
  • Alliance & Race Setup: Character profiles now support alliance-based race selection for Nuian and Haranya lineages.
  • Skill Tree Class Identity: Character setup supports ArcheAge Classic's skill tree system, including all core trees used to define your class playstyle.
  • Named Class Resolution: When you pick your 3 skill trees, the system automatically identifies your named class from all 120 possible combinations (e.g., Battlerage + Auramancy + Shadowplay shows as "Darkrunner").

Improvements

  • ArcheAge Activity Planning: Scheduling now includes ArcheAge-focused activity categories such as trade runs, naval content, open-world PvP, and world bosses.
  • Party Setup Defaults: ArcheAge party roles and party size are preconfigured so guilds can organize groups with less manual setup.
v1.26.1
Wishlist & Loot Score Fixes
Wishlist items now let you pick priority, and loot score settings save correctly.
FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Wishlist Priority Selector: You can now set priority (High, Normal, Low) when adding or editing wishlist items. Priority is visible in your wishlist history.
  • Approval Priority Preserved: When your guild requires officer approval, your chosen priority is now kept when the item gets approved — no more defaulting to medium.

Fixes

  • Loot Score Settings: Fixed a bug where number settings like "days to look back" would appear empty after saving, causing values to get erased on the next save.
v1.26.0
Loot Score System
A comprehensive loot distribution system that ranks members by configurable factors — attendance, seniority, activity participation, and more — so guilds can make fair, transparent loot decisions.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Loot Score System: A new scoring engine that calculates each member's loot priority based on six weighted factors — metric balance, attendance, wait time, seniority, wishlist match, and officer adjustments. Scores update automatically and are ranked on a 0–1000 scale.
  • Configurable Score Factors: Guild leaders control how loot scores are calculated by adjusting the weight of each factor (weights must total 100%). Each factor has its own detailed settings — for example, attendance lets you set weights per status (present, late, bench, absent), and metric balance supports net, earned-only, spent-only, or current balance modes.
  • Scoring Options: Choose between percentile, min-max, or rank-based normalization. Configure a scoring window (all-time or sliding window of the last N days) and decide whether to score per character or combine all alts per user.
  • Score Breakdown: Members with the right permissions can view a detailed breakdown of how their score is calculated, including each factor's contribution shown with colored bars. Ties are resolved by a configurable tiebreaker chain.
  • Item Priority Preview: Preview who would win a specific item before awarding it, with wishlist-boosted scores highlighting the recommended winner.
  • Award History: Track every loot award with a full history log. Awards integrate with the existing auction and roll systems, so loot distributed through activities is automatically recorded and factored into future scores.
  • Manual Loot Awards: Officers can manually award loot to members with item details. The system recommends a winner based on current scores, and overriding the recommendation requires a reason — keeping the process transparent.
  • Officer Score Adjustments: Officers can apply manual score adjustments (positive or negative) to individual members with reason tracking, providing flexibility for special circumstances.
  • Loot Score in Member Directory: Each member's loot score and rank are now visible directly in the member directory table, with an optional factor breakdown view showing colored contribution bars.
  • Sidebar Loot Score Display: Members can toggle a loot score badge in the sidebar footer, color-coded by percentile, to always see their current score and rank at a glance.

Improvements

  • Build Tracker Mastery Requirement: Primary builds in Where Winds Meet guilds now require a mastery score to be set, ensuring more complete build data.
v1.25.0
Activity Discord Role Sync
Automatically assign and remove Discord roles when members sign up for activities.
Features

Features

  • Activity Discord Role Sync: Link Discord roles to activities so members automatically receive them when they sign up. Choose whether roles are removed when the activity completes or kept permanently.
  • Role Sync in Activity Templates: Save your role sync configuration as part of activity templates, so new activities can be created with the same Discord role setup every time.
  • Automatic Role Cleanup: When an activity is completed or cancelled, assigned Discord roles are automatically removed from all participants (if configured), keeping your server roles tidy.
v1.24.0
Attendance Penalty System
Guild leaders can now configure attendance penalties that automatically reduce rewards for no-shows, late arrivals, and unexcused absences.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Attendance Penalty System: Configure automatic reward penalties based on attendance status. Members who miss activities, arrive late, or don't respond can receive reduced rewards — fully customizable per guild.
  • Punitive Deductions: Optionally go beyond zero rewards and apply negative metric deductions for no-shows, with per-metric deduction amounts configurable by guild leaders.
  • Metric Influence: Assign role-level reward modifiers so that certain roles receive adjusted rewards. Member-level overrides are also supported for fine-grained control.
  • Penalties Settings Tab: A new "Penalties" tab in Activity Settings provides full control over penalty behavior — including reward penalty percentages, grace periods, no-show timing, late request handling, and Leave-of-Absence exemptions, all with live previews.

Improvements

  • Rejected Attendance Status: Late attendance requests that are denied now show as "Rejected" instead of being silently ignored, giving members clearer feedback on their participation status.
  • Mandatory Activity Toggle: Activities can be marked as mandatory, enabling the penalty system to distinguish between required and optional events when calculating penalties.
v1.23.0
Manual Guild Member Assignment
Guild leaders can now manually add community members to their guild, even if they don't have a character yet.
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Manual Member Assignment with Character Creation: Guild leaders can now add any community member to their guild directly. If the member doesn't have a character for the guild's game, one is created automatically with game-specific fields (class, role, gearscore, etc.).
  • Game-Aware Character Forms: When creating a character during manual assignment, the form adapts to the guild's game — showing relevant fields like class, role, and professions, with game-specific naming (e.g., "Family Name" for Black Desert).

Improvements

  • Broader Member Search: The manual assignment dialog now shows all community members, not just those who already have characters — making it easier to onboard new members.
v1.22.1
Primary Build Role Color Fix
Role colors and party role matching now follow selected primary builds and the activity's game context.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Primary Build Role Colors: Character role colors in party tools now follow your selected primary build for multi-build setups.
  • Multi-Game Party Accuracy: Role matching and role colors now use the activity's game context more consistently, which prevents incorrect role coloring in multi-game environments.
v1.22.0
Changelog
Stay up to date with what's new in GuildManager
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Activity Signup Deadlines: Set a deadline for signups on any activity — after the deadline, members can no longer sign up or change their response. Perfect for finalizing rosters before events.
  • Recurring Activity Deadlines: For recurring activities, set how many minutes before start signups should close (e.g., 1 hour before).
  • Discord Signup Deadline Display: Activity embeds now show the signup deadline with a countdown, and display "Closed" once past.

Improvements

  • Guild Bank Audit Logging: All deposits, withdrawals, item moves, and distributions are now tracked in the audit log.
  • Announcement Audit Logging: Track when broadcasts are sent, cancelled, or resent.
  • LFG Audit Logging: See when groups are created and who joins or leaves.

v1.21.11
Improved Party Leader Selection
Assigning party leaders is now faster and more intuitive with a new dropdown menu on each member.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Party Leader Dropdown Menu: Assigning a party leader is now much easier. Instead of searching through a dropdown list of all guild members, you can now click the menu icon on any party member and select "Make Party Leader" directly. This replaces the previous placeholder search box that required you to hunt for members by name.
  • Two-Click Assignment: Simply hover over a party member, click the menu button, and select "Make Party Leader" - that's it. The crown icon will immediately appear next to their name.
  • Works Everywhere: This improvement applies to both activity party composition and static party presets, giving you a consistent experience across all party management screens.
v1.21.10
Officer Wishlist Editing
Officers can now edit member wishlist items even when guild settings restrict member editing.
Fixes

Bug Fixes

  • Officer Wishlist Editing: Officers with the "Override Wishlist Restrictions" permission can now edit member wishlist notes, even when guild settings disable member editing. Previously, disabling wishlist editing for members also blocked officers from making changes.

Fixes

Fixes

  • Stuck LFG Groups: LFG groups can now be deleted even if the original Discord post was deleted or is no longer accessible.

  • Members Left/Banned: If someone leaves (or is banned from) the Discord server, they’ll be automatically removed from any active LFG groups.
  • LFG List: /lfg list now shows a Group ID for each group, so officers can reference and delete abandoned groups when needed.

Guild Ownership Transfer & Character Management
Guild owners can now transfer ownership to another member, and character deletion is more flexible when you have multiple characters.
FeaturesImprovementsFixes

Fixes

Fixes

  • All Members Now Appear in Crafter Selection: Fixed a bug where members with character names later in the alphabet (e.g., names starting with R-Z) weren't showing up when designating crafters. The dialog now uses an efficient server-side search instead of a limited client-side list.
v1.21.0
Bulk Member Actions & Crafter Assignment
Update multiple member statuses at once with new bulk actions, plus officers can now assign crafting requests directly to crafters.
FeaturesImprovements

New Features

  • Bulk Member Status Changes: Select multiple members in the directory and change their status all at once. Mark members as Active or Inactive in bulk - perfect for managing returning players or handling inactive rosters after a break.
  • Assign Crafters to Requests: Officers can now assign crafting requests directly to designated crafters instead of waiting for crafters to self-claim. This helps ensure idle requests get handled when crafters aren't paying attention.
  • Smart Crafter Recommendations: When assigning, the dialog shows "Recommended" crafters who match the request's required profession, sorted by workload (crafters with fewer active requests appear first).
  • Workload Indicators: Each crafter shows their current active claims count with color-coded indicators (green = available, yellow = moderate, red = busy) to help officers distribute work evenly.
  • Quick Assignment from Table: Use the "Assign to Crafter..." action directly from the row actions menu in the crafting requests table for faster workflow.
  • Reassign Existing Requests: Already assigned requests can be reassigned to a different crafter if needed.

Fixes

Smarter Discord Role Sync
Members now keep their existing Discord roles when they join, and admins can run a one-click bulk sync for all linked roles.

  • Bulk Role Sync (All Linked Roles): Added a bulk sync tool in Guild Settings → Permissions to preview and sync all linked roles at once. This helps you quickly reconcile existing members without syncing each role one-by-one.

Fixed critical multi-character bugs and enhanced Discord activity signup experience
Fixesenhancements

Fixes

  • Discord Activity Signup for Multi-Character Users: Users with multiple characters in the same guild can now properly choose which character to sign up for activities. Previously, the system would silently pick the first character, potentially causing DKP to be awarded to the wrong character
  • Gear Check Cross-Character Protection: Fixed an issue where gear check data could sync to the wrong character when users have characters in multiple guilds. The system now validates guild membership before updating character data
  • Gear Check Timeout Recovery: Added recovery mechanisms for gear check uploads that get stuck. A "Cancel & Retry" button appears after 30 seconds, and a safety timeout automatically clears stuck upload states after 2 minutes

Enhancements

  • Character Selection Menu: When signing up for activities via Discord, multi-character users now see a beautiful selection menu showing all their characters with class info and current signup status (e.g., "Tank | Already signed up")
  • Build Selection Menu: Characters with multiple builds (like Warborne or Throne & Liberty) now get a dedicated build selection step with full context about the activity and character
  • Rich Discord Embeds: All activity interaction prompts now use color-coded embeds that show the activity name, action type, and helpful context instead of plain text messages
  • Character Names in Responses: RSVP confirmation messages now include the character name (e.g., "Thorin is signed up for Weekly Raid") so multi-character users always know which character was affected
v1.16.3
Bank Status Navigation & Notification Fix
Quickly navigate to active auctions and loot rolls directly from the guild bank
enhancementsFixes

Enhancements

  • Bank Item Status Links: "In Progress" status badges in the guild bank now link directly to the associated auction or loot roll page. Click the badge to navigate instantly
  • Status Countdown Tooltip: Hover over an "In Progress" badge to see when the auction or roll will close (e.g., "Auction closes in 2 hours")

Fixes

  • New Release Notifications: Fixed an issue where the "New Release" popup in the bottom right corner wouldn't appear for same-day updates. You'll now see notifications for new versions right away
v1.16.2
Bank Item Splitting
Split stacked items into separate bank entries with individual traits
FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Better Breadcrumb Navigation: Navigation breadcrumbs now show actual names instead of confusing IDs. You'll see your guild name, activity names like "Raid Night", and character names as you navigate, making it much easier to know where you are
  • Per-Item Traits When Splitting: When splitting items in Throne and Liberty, you can now assign a different trait to each separate entry. For example, if you have 4 rings with different traits (Collision Chance, Mana Regen, etc.), you can specify the trait for each one individually

Fixes

  • Split Any Stacked Items: The "Keep as separate entries" checkbox now appears for any item with quantity greater than 1, not just items that were merged by AI detection. This lets you deposit a stack of 4 rings as 4 individual bank entries that can be distributed separately
  • Party Member Limits: Fixed an issue where dragging members into parties would sometimes fail with "more than 6 members" error even when the party showed available slots
v1.16.1
Party & Activity Improvements
Easier activity deletion and party cleanup fixes
ImprovementsFixes

Improvements

  • Simpler Activity Deletion: Deleting activities no longer requires typing the full activity name. Just type "DELETE" to confirm - much easier for activities with long names

Fixes

  • Party Cleanup on Member Removal: When a member is kicked from a guild, they are now properly removed from all activity party slots and static party presets. Previously, removed members could still appear in party assignments
  • Party Cleanup on Member Leave: When a member leaves a guild voluntarily, they are now properly removed from all party assignments as well
v1.16.0
Star Citizen Fleet Management
Track and showcase your Star Citizen ships
FeaturesImprovements

Features

  • Star Citizen Fleet Tracker: Star Citizen guild members can now add and manage their ship fleet directly on their character profile. Browse through all available ships with beautiful card displays showing ship images, manufacturer, crew size, cargo capacity, and roles
  • Ship Search: Quickly find ships by name, manufacturer (like Anvil, Origin, or RSI), or role (Cargo, Mining, Combat, and more)
  • Fleet Display: Your owned ships are displayed in a sleek card grid on your profile, making it easy for guild leaders and members to see what ships are available in your organization

Improvements

  • Party Preset Cards Redesigned: Static and role-based party preset cards have been completely overhauled with improved visual hierarchy, better hover states, and clearer status indicators
  • Preset Card Actions: Edit, duplicate, and delete actions are now easily accessible via a dropdown menu on each preset card. Delete actions include a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental deletions
  • Role Preset Cards: Role-based party presets now have their own dedicated card component showing game info, party count, slot count, and auto-assign strategy
  • View Button: Added a clear "View Preset" button at the bottom of each card for quick navigation
v1.15.2
Activity History Table Improvements
Fixed pagination, filtering, and sorting in the Activity History tab
FixesImprovements

Improvements

  • Activity History Table: The audit log table in the Activity History tab now properly supports pagination, filtering, and sorting. All table controls work correctly and persist in the URL for easy sharing and bookmarking
  • Actor Display: Activity audit logs now show richer member information with popover details when clicking on actor names, consistent with other tables in the app

Bug Fixes

  • Pagination: Fixed an issue where changing pages or items per page had no effect. The table now properly fetches new data when navigating between pages
  • Sorting: Fixed sorting controls that weren't updating the displayed data. Clicking column headers now correctly sorts the audit logs
  • Filters: Search, severity, category, and date range filters now properly reset to page 1 and fetch filtered results from the server
v1.15.1
Party System Fixes
Bug fixes for party management and member assignments
Fixes

Bug Fixes

  • Party Size Validation: Fixed an issue where parties would show "6/6 members" but fail to save with a "7 members would exceed maximum" error. The count now accurately reflects actual party members
  • Preset Party Members: Members who are preset-assigned but haven't signed up for an activity no longer count toward party size limits. They appear as placeholder slots that can be easily overridden
  • Clearer Party Display: Placeholder members from presets now appear at the bottom of party lists, making it easier to see who has actually signed up
  • Party Transfers: Moving a member to a different party now properly removes them from any other parties they may have been assigned to
  • Placeholder Appearance: Placeholder members now appear as view-only indicators without drag handles or remove buttons, preventing accidental interactions
  • Save During Edits: Changes made while a save is in progress are no longer lost
  • Member Validation: Improved checks when assigning members to ensure they belong to the guild and have active membership
  • Web App Party Assignment: Fixed an issue where signing up through the web app wouldn't auto-assign you to your preset party slot. Web signups now work the same as Discord signups
  • Cancellation Cleanup: Cancelling your signup now properly frees up your party slot for others
