Guild Manager addon for WoW Forever
Record who raided and what dropped, see soft reserves on item tooltips, and keep your guild roster current on Guild Manager.
Your raid, recorded as it happens
Officers rebuild attendance and loot from memory after every raid. The addon records it in game instead: who was there and for how long, every boss, every drop, and every Need, Greed and roll-off. The desktop app brings it to Guild Manager, where officers review and record it in a few clicks.
There's no ZIP to download. The Guild Manager desktop app for Windows and macOS installs the addon, repairs it if it stops loading, and carries data between the game and Guild Manager.
What it does
One-click install
The desktop app finds your WoW Forever folder and installs the addon. Repair puts it back if it stops loading.
Attendance from the actual raid
Who was inside the raid and for how long, every pull and kill, every drop and every roll. Logs from every officer merge into one raid report on the activity.
Soft reserves in game
Raid organizers see who reserved an item on its tooltip and when the loot window opens, and the results go back to the raid's reservation.
Roster that keeps itself current
Officers who manage members publish the in-game roster to Guild Manager, and the app republishes it after every save, keeping levels and classes current.
How to set it up
- 1Install the Guild Manager desktop app and sign in with Discord.
- 2Open the menu, choose In-game addon, and click Install addon.
- 3Log into WoW Forever and type /reload. Type /gm to open the addon, and keep the app open while you raid.

Commands
- /gm
- Opens the Guild Manager window with your guild roster.
- /gm raid
- Shows the raid log and the soft reserves loaded for the raid.
- /gm sync
- Saves now, so the desktop app gets your roster and raid log without logging out. Reloads your interface.
- /gm roster
- Shows the guild roster tab.
- /gm guild
- Refreshes the guild roster.
- /gm debug
- Prints client, character, and guild details for support.
What it won't do
- The addon never connects to the internet. The desktop app reads and writes its saved files.
- It doesn't press keys, move your character, or play for you.
- It can't get around your guild's permissions. Only officers who manage members publish the roster, and only officers who record attendance turn raid logs into results.

- Is the addon free?
- Yes. The addon and the desktop app are free to download. What you see follows your guild's Guild Manager plan.
- Where do I download the addon?
- From the desktop app. We don't publish the addon as a separate ZIP, so your copy always matches the app that syncs it.
- Why does the addon need /reload or /gm sync?
- WoW Forever only shares addon data when the game saves: when you log out or reload. /gm sync saves right away. Keep the desktop app open during raids so it collects every save.
- Can I sign up for events in game?
- No. The game only loads addon data when the interface reloads, so events shown in game would go out of date. Sign up in the desktop app or on the web, where it's always current.
- Is it safe for my account?
- It's a normal addon that uses the game's addon interface. The desktop app only touches the addon's own files and never reads or changes game memory.
