Can we track attendance, loot, and DKP?

Yes. Track attendance, DKP balances, and loot awards so officers can look up past decisions.

Can we set up before our first raid?

Yes. Invite your officers, add members and characters, then schedule your first event.

Can we choose our own party and raid sizes?

Yes. Barrow Deeps (10 players) and Hyjal Summit (20 players) come preconfigured, and you can set your own capacity and role targets for dungeons, PvP and leveling groups. Save templates for groups you run every week.

Do you support soft reserves for WoW Forever?

Soft reserves lock Friday at 19:30 server time

AAerwyn

Reserve on the raid page before the pull. Hard reserve this week: Onslaught Girdle.

Barrow Deeps roster posted

AAerwyn

Two tanks, three healers, five damage. Bench gets priority next week.

Soft reserves in game. Raid logs without the paperwork.

The Guild Manager addon writes locked reserves onto item tooltips and records every pull, drop and roll, so one raid report covers attendance and loot.

The line the addon adds to the tooltip: “Soft reserved (2): Grimbar, Valeria”.

See who reserved it before anyone rolls

Hover a drop and the tooltip lists who soft reserved it and who hard reserved it. The loot window names them in chat, so the master looter never alt-tabs.

One raid report from every officer's log

Several officers can run the addon. Guild Manager merges their logs into one report: who was there, each boss kill, each drop and who won the roll. Accept it to record attendance, DKP and reservation results.

Soft and hard reserves, locked before the pull and exportable to Gargul
Raid logs merged from several officers, each fact marked by how many logs saw it
Attendance, DKP and loot results recorded from the report, with a reason on every award
Results posted to Discord, where officers can also run DKP auctions end to end

Your raids, recorded in game

The Guild Manager desktop app installs our WoW Forever addon and keeps it up to date. The addon records your raids and shows soft reserves, and the app's overlay lets raiders answer sign-ups without alt-tabbing.

Works today

One click installs the Guild Manager addon into WoW Forever. There's no ZIP to unpack and nothing to copy by hand.
The addon records who raided, every boss, every drop, and every roll. Officers turn it into attendance and soft-reserve results in one raid report.
Hover an item in game to see who soft reserved it, and who hard reserved it.
Officers who manage members can publish the in-game guild roster to Guild Manager, and the app keeps it current on its own.
Answer sign-ups, place bids, and roll for loot from alerts over the game. Your party appears before the event starts.
