LU4 clan guide: separate worlds, stable parties, clear loans
Organize LU4 Black, White, and Carmine clan rosters without mixing schedules, characters, or shared equipment.
Use a separate roster context for each LU4 world your community plays. A character on Black is not a substitute for a missing member on Carmine. Even when friends share Discord, their event commitments need the correct world and local meeting time.
This is an operations guide for the Black, White, and Carmine catalog entry. We have not verified a current primary LU4 mechanics reference for this guide. Confirm progression, rates, capacities, and event schedules with your server operator. The Lineage 2 source below provides franchise context only.
Make the world part of every commitment
Recruitment should ask for world, character, current class stage, normal availability, and the kind of party the applicant wants. Repeat the world in event descriptions and shared-equipment notes.
Write dates with an explicit time zone. Two people agreeing to “eight o’clock” may still be planning different evenings. Ask members to confirm the displayed time before the first recurring event.
Give constant parties a backup plan
A stable party needs a leader, a meeting window, current role coverage, and an absence policy. Distinguish an available alternate character from another available person. Name who decides whether a party changes its objective when an essential role is missing.
Keep learning and farming expectations separate. A recruit should know whether the group will teach their role or expects them to arrive practiced.
Track shared equipment as a loan
For each valuable item, write down the owner, current holder, purpose, and return condition. Record contributions toward a shared craft separately from a temporary loan. Explain what happens when the recipient leaves or changes parties.
A simple transfer history is more useful than a spreadsheet full of approximate market prices. Reconcile the actual items before debating valuations.
Close the evening cleanly
Save the next party objective, confirmed absences, outstanding loans, and the next organizer. Resolve rewards according to the rules announced for that session. Avoid combining balances or loot priorities across worlds unless members have explicitly agreed to that policy.
Put the plan into practice
