Pax Dei clan guide: settlement projects and material handoffs
Coordinate Pax Dei building, crafting, gathering, and expeditions with clear material ownership and achievable projects.
A Pax Dei clan can gather a mountain of resources and still stall on a small missing component. Give the settlement a project list that names what is needed, who owns the next step, and where materials should go.
Recruit for a place in the settlement
Ask new members where they play, when they are available, and whether they enjoy gathering, crafting, building, exploring, or combat. Explain the settlement’s expectations without treating every player as an unlimited source of materials.
Introduce a newcomer to one useful project and one person who can answer questions. “Help with the base” is a vague assignment. “Bring these materials to this storage location for this project” gives them a way to contribute.
Break construction into handoffs
For each project, name the builder or coordinator, material requirements, collection location, and next milestone. Identify which materials are shared and which belong to an individual. Check current plot and access rules in the official FAQ and game client.
Avoid starting several expensive projects with the same scarce inputs. Officers should decide the order with the people doing the work. A short priority list prevents donors from unknowingly funding competing plans.
Give crafting a custodian
Ask who can complete the relevant recipe in the current build. Record delivered materials, the expected output, and where finished goods will be stored. A loan to a crafter is different from a donation to the clan.
When a project changes, tell contributors before consuming resources for a new purpose. Keep a simple completion note so the next organizer does not ask for materials that have already been delivered.
Make expeditions support settlement goals
Brief the destination, objective, meeting point, duration, transport plan, and responsibilities. Decide whether collected resources return to the shared project or stay with participants.
After an expedition, reconcile the useful materials and name the next crafting handoff. Measure participation according to agreed commitments. Building and gathering work deserves its own context rather than being judged by attendance at combat sessions alone.
Put the plan into practice
Keep your roster, event commitments, and decisions together with Guild Manager’s guild tools. For Discord setup and participation checks, read the command guide and voice attendance guide.
