Ragnarok: The New World guild guide: classes, bosses, and reliable groups
Plan Ragnarok: The New World groups without importing old Ragnarok rules, with clear class commitments and boss goals.
The Guild Manager catalog uses the slug ragnarok-online for Ragnarok: The New World. This guide is for that title. Do not assume a build, class requirement, or loot rule from Ragnarok Online, Eternal Love, or another Ragnarok release applies here.
Tell recruits which Ragnarok you play
Write the full title, region, server, and usual event times in recruitment. Ask for character name, current class plan, preferred role, and the activities the recruit wants to join.
Check current publisher information before promising access across regions or platforms. Shared branding is not proof that two characters can join the same group.
Keep the current class commitment visible
A familiar class name helps start a conversation, but officers still need to know the setup the member will bring. Ask for their practiced responsibilities, relevant progression, and an alternative role only when it is ready for the activity.
Before a boss outing, reconfirm character and role. Do not count two possible setups as two players available at once. Give new support players a learning session before making them the only backup for a progression group.
Describe the boss objective
State the target or activity, gathering point, expected duration, current entry conditions, and the person responsible for leading. Separate learning the encounter from repeatedly farming a reward.
For a mixed-experience group, explain whether the outing will stop to teach mechanics. A clear expectation helps beginners ask useful questions and lets experienced players decide whether the session fits their goal.
Check reward ownership before making rules
Verify whether the activity produces personal rewards, shared drops, or assignable items. Only apply guild loot priorities where the game permits distribution. Publish eligibility and tie handling before the valuable reward appears.
After the outing, save the progression point and missing preparation. Keep the next invitation focused on that goal. A recognizable task, such as practicing a mechanic or filling a support assignment, is easier to recruit for than a general demand for more active members.
Put the plan into practice
Keep your roster, event commitments, and decisions together with Guild Manager’s guild tools. For Discord setup and participation checks, read the command guide and voice attendance guide.
