RF Online Next guild guide: faction, combat setup, and mine-war groups
Keep RF Online Next server and faction context clear while planning combat roles, reserve duty, and resource decisions.
RF Online Next coordination begins with members who can participate in the same environment. Keep server and faction context visible before assigning a combat group. A familiar name from another RF title is not evidence that its mechanics or class assumptions apply here.
Recruit for the current version
Ask for region, server, faction where applicable, character, current combat setup, usual availability, and preferred activities. Use the current Netmarble information for game systems and event conditions.
Keep progression goals separate from immediate readiness. A member who wants to cover a particular responsibility may need practice or preparation before officers rely on them for it.
Confirm the setup the player will bring
Ask each signup to identify their intended combat setup and practiced role. Check any alternative against the planned activity. Do not count several possible setups as several people available at once.
For a new member, assign a briefing contact and a manageable first responsibility. Clear expectations make a trial session useful to both the player and the organizer.
Brief the mine-war commitment
Confirm the current schedule and entry conditions. Publish gathering time, meeting point, caller, expected duration, regroup instructions, and substitute contact. Name who handles late arrivals so the main caller can stay focused.
If reserves are expected to remain available, explain when they are called and when they can leave. Review attendance against that agreement rather than giving hidden credit rules after the battle.
Make shared support accountable
If the guild provides equipment or pays agreed costs, publish eligibility, limits, evidence, and the approver. Separate an equipment loan from a gift. Record the holder and return condition for anything valuable.
Before assigning rewards, check what the current game lets the group distribute. Personal rewards should not be advertised as guild-controlled loot. After the event, save the outcome, unresolved resource decisions, and one preparation target. Recruit for responsibilities that repeatedly go uncovered rather than adding more characters without a place in the actual group.
Put the plan into practice
