Sword of Justice guild guide: events, mentorship, and group goals
Connect Sword of Justice guild commitments and mentorship with clear event expectations and useful preparation.
Sword of Justice has several kinds of social relationships. Guild membership, Kinship, and Mentorship are not the same commitment. Organize the guild around shared activities without assuming every social connection belongs to the same progression team.
Tell recruits what the guild actually does
Ask for region, server, character, current school or combat plan, usual play times, and preferred activities. Explain the mix of social play, learning, progression, and organized combat you offer.
Use the official regional guides for guild creation and current conditions. A coordination platform can help manage people after you form the guild, but it does not replace the game’s founding requirements.
Give mentorship a useful handoff
Introduce a new member to an experienced player who has agreed to help. Name the first objective, the meeting time, and what the newcomer should prepare. Do not silently assign all teaching work to whoever happens to answer Discord fastest.
Keep learner sessions separate from progression signups. Members should know whether the outing will explain mechanics or expects prior preparation.
Make event invitations complete
State the activity, gathering point, planned duration, essential responsibilities, and leader. Confirm group capacity and entry conditions in the current game version. Ask members to sign up with the character setup they intend to use.
When someone changes their plan, reconfirm role coverage rather than assuming another prepared setup exists. Identify the substitute who can cover the commitment at the right time.
Avoid turning social play into compulsory chores
Publish which events are expected and which are optional. If attendance affects guild decisions, explain the policy before measuring it. A member should not learn afterward that a casual invitation counted toward a mandatory target.
For rewards, check what is personal and what can be shared before introducing loot priorities. After each organized session, save the outcome and one next goal. Let that note help the next group without turning every outing into a lengthy officer report.
Put the plan into practice
Keep your roster, event commitments, and decisions together with Guild Manager’s guild tools. For Discord setup and participation checks, read the command guide and voice attendance guide.
