The Quinfall guild guide: professions, expeditions, and shared projects
Plan Quinfall guild work with clear crafting handoffs, expedition responsibilities, and material ownership.
The Quinfall combines combat and professions in a sandbox setting. A guild roster should show more than who wants to fight. Builders, gatherers, crafters, transport volunteers, and expedition leaders all need a clear place in a shared plan.
Recruit around the project you can support
Ask for server, character, normal availability, preferred combat setup, and professions the member wants to contribute. Describe the guild’s current focus and the time commitment behind it.
Keep voluntary contributions explicit. An applicant who wants occasional expeditions should not discover that joining also means an indefinite material quota.
Give each craft a visible handoff
List the required materials, current collector, crafter, intended recipient, and completion condition. Record whether inputs are donations, purchases, or loans. Check current recipes and access conditions in game.
Prioritize projects that use the same scarce resources. Two officers independently requesting the same materials can create confusion even when everyone is trying to help. A shared next milestone keeps effort pointed at a useful result.
Brief the transport and expedition plan
State the destination, purpose, gathering time, expected duration, transport responsibility, and fallback plan. Decide which gathered resources belong to the guild project and which remain personal.
If the group includes inexperienced members, allow time for instruction and travel. Do not advertise a learning outing while planning a strict speed run.
Publish ownership before allocating rewards
For items the game allows the group to distribute, agree on eligibility, main-use priority, and tie handling. For personal or restricted rewards, organize cooperation without promising redistribution you cannot perform.
Track valuable equipment loans with an owner, borrower, and return condition. That history is more useful than an approximate list of everything members may own.
Review one bottleneck at a time
After an outing or craft, record the completed milestone, remaining inputs, and next responsible person. Ask whether the limiting factor was materials, availability, transport, or preparation. Recruit or adjust the project for that constraint instead of expanding every activity at once.
Put the plan into practice
Keep your roster, event commitments, and decisions together with Guild Manager’s guild tools. For Discord setup and participation checks, read the command guide and voice attendance guide.
