Where Winds Meet guild guide: solo goals and multiplayer commitments
Help Where Winds Meet players find suitable learning groups, weapon responsibilities, and multiplayer event goals.
A Where Winds Meet community can include players who mainly explore on their own and players who want regular multiplayer groups. Make those goals visible. Community membership should not automatically promise that a member will attend every organized activity.
Ask what kind of session members want
Recruitment should record region, server context where relevant, character, usual availability, weapon plan, and preferred activities. Ask whether the recruit wants exploration companions, instruction, progression, or organized competition.
Check the current official information for multiplayer access and activity conditions. Do not assume every part of the solo experience is a guild event with the same group rules.
Make learning groups welcoming and specific
Name the activity and the preparation beginners need. Explain whether the organizer will teach mechanics and whether the group will pause for exploration. Give members a meeting location and a contact for arrival problems.
A social invitation can have a loose objective. A progression invitation needs a clear expectation. The important point is that participants agree to the same kind of evening.
Assign the prepared weapon setup
Ask each member what they can reliably do with the setup they intend to bring. Keep an experimental alternative separate from a practiced responsibility. Reconfirm coverage when someone changes their plan.
Set capacity and entry conditions from the current activity. A conventional MMO tank-healer template should be a deliberate planning choice, not an assumption about every mode.
Use rewards and attendance proportionately
Before applying a guild loot policy, check whether the activity permits shared distribution. Personal rewards are still a good reason to play together, but they do not automatically require a points system.
For recurring groups, record who actually participated and where the team stopped. Do not turn optional exploration into a hidden attendance requirement. End with a next goal that members can understand, such as practicing a mechanic, preparing a particular setup, or helping a newcomer enter the activity.
Put the plan into practice
Keep your roster, event commitments, and decisions together with Guild Manager’s guild tools. For Discord setup and participation checks, read the command guide and voice attendance guide.
