Aion 2 legion guide: turn signups into ready groups
Plan legion roles, dungeon objectives, substitutes, and loot expectations before your next Aion 2 session.
An Aion 2 legion can have plenty of members and still struggle to form a useful group. The roster tells you who belongs. An activity signup needs to tell you which character is coming, what they can cover, and what the group wants to finish.
Recruit for the group you are missing
Ask applicants for their region, server, character, class, usual play times, and preferred activities. Explain whether you organize progression, farming, PvP, or a mixture. Someone who can only play at reset may be a poor match for a legion that meets later, even when their build is excellent.
Keep the character’s primary role separate from a role they are willing and prepared to cover. A theoretical off-role should not be your only backup healer. Review changed equipment and builds before confirming an unfamiliar assignment.
Describe the run before filling it
Name the dungeon or objective, intended difficulty, meeting time, expected duration, and experience requirement. Set group capacity from the current regional rules. Our party and raid size guide explains why a generic MMO party template can mislead you.
For a learning run, recruit patience along with combat roles. For farming, make repeat count and the stopping time explicit. Keep substitutes informed about whether they should wait or make other plans.
Match loot policy to the activity
Do not apply a legion-wide points policy to every drop automatically. Check which items can actually be traded or assigned in that activity. Publish main-character priority, off-role eligibility, tie handling, and the person responsible for recording a decision.
Read our loot overview before choosing DKP. Points track a guild agreement; they do not change the game’s restrictions.
Review the missing seat
After a session, ask whether a cancellation, travel delay, or incorrect role caused the problem. Recruit for the repeating shortage. More names in the roster will not fix a group that always lacks the same capability.
Put the plan into practice
Keep your roster, event commitments, and decisions together with Guild Manager’s guild tools. For Discord setup and participation checks, read the command guide and voice attendance guide.
