Leave of absence for WoW Forever guilds
Members request time off from Discord or the web, officers approve or reject it, and approved leave is visible when you plan raids.
Free. Leave of absence is a Free module. Attendance analytics, where approved leave can be excluded, needs Core.

Requests and approval
Members use /loa create with dates and a reason, check /loa status, cancel a pending request, or end leave early. Officers approve, reject with a reason, list and view requests, or create leave for another member.
Guild rules
Choose whether leave needs approval, limit how often and how long members can be away, allow or block past dates, and pick the allowed reasons.
Set it up
- Turn on leave of absence and set your approval and limit rules.
- Tell members to use /loa create before they go.
- Review pending requests with /loa list.

- Does leave count against attendance?
- You decide. A guild setting controls whether approved leave counts in attendance analytics.
- Can officers add leave for someone else?
- Yes. /loa create has a member option for officers.
