Interest and evidence
Members show interest on the web or from Discord and can attach screenshots as evidence. Officers can add or remove candidates. Council members compare attendance, points, wishlist demand and recent awards.
Voting and the award
Each council member has one vote, and candidates cannot vote on their own item. Sessions can open and close on a schedule. Award with an optional note, close without an award, or cancel with a required reason, then mark the item as distributed.
Set it up
- Turn on loot council and give your council the Loot Manager role or matching permissions.
- Open a session for the item and collect interest.
- Vote, award, and mark the item as distributed.
Common questions
- Can someone vote on an item they want?

- Can council decisions be reviewed later?
