WoW Forever attendance from the actual raid
The addon records who was inside the raid and for how long. Officers merge logs from several officers into one raid report and record attendance from it.
Free and Core. Raid logs, raid reports, manual, PIN and screenshot check-in, and /attendance are on Free. Discord voice attendance, automatic no-show marking, leaver rules and attendance analytics need Core.
Checked against Guild Manager 2026-10-14
Raid logs as the record
During the raid, the addon records members, boss pulls and kills, drops and rolls. The desktop app uploads the log, and Guild Manager merges logs from every officer into one raid report on the activity. Officers who record attendance review it and save the results.
Other ways to check in
Members can also check in by hand, with a PIN code shared during the event, or with a screenshot an officer approves. On Core, Guild Manager can take Discord voice snapshots, mark no-shows, and apply a leaver policy.
Approved leave of absence can be kept out of attendance analytics.
Set it up
- Install the desktop app and the addon, and keep the app open while you raid.
- Raid as usual. Type /gm sync if you want to save the log without logging out.
- Open the activity's raid report, review the merged log, and record attendance.
Common questions
- Does Discord voice attendance work on Free?
- No. Voice attendance and /track-activity need Core. Free guilds record attendance from the addon's raid log and from check-ins.
- Can several officers log the same raid?
- Yes. Guild Manager merges their logs into one raid report for the activity.
